So I met my Wife and 2 Daughters because it was family night there and WOW! We eat there a lot because it is a very family oriented fast food joint with very good Christian base with the most nicest employees. They had a balloon guy and a face painting woman who by the way were very skilled at what they do. My family spent maybe $20.00 for four meals and ended up having a night of safe secure fun. The girls also enjoyed the play area. I'm just so thankful to Chick-fil-a for actually putting time to throw these family nights it meant a lot to my kids and wife which in return makes it Huge for me. so to end $20 buck for food - a safe night of enjoyment Priceless !!!! Another huge part I really enjoyed was seeing that it is a favorite place for the local police also. :) Way to go chick-fil-a you got a life long costumer. read more

Decent food for a fast food place. Nice addition of grilled nuggets to menus. I like that they serve real chicken and not some processed nugget that is more fillers than chicken. A little salty, but that is fast food. Also, nice to have a decent salad as a side option. Right now they offer a really wonderful peach shake also. Yum! read more

Where is pulling up to the Chick-fil-A it looks great the line was a little long but that was to be expected especially during COVID-19 we get asked by the In-N-Out employee are you here for In-N-Out or Chick-fil-A and It was pretty cool to see those two companies doing a Collab like that but then once we pull up further they take our order and that was all good too I'd like to shout out Ashley for that one. We get to the next part of the line and the lady was just not having shit this day she says "order for vato" and I tell her and also "____" buy she completely ignored it then just tells us they'll take care of it at the window then we pull up on the dude, all windows down cuz you know we don't play that he says the same thing, only one name and I have to tell him no man there's another name then he says oh then just tells us to pull up to the window. We pull up to the window with no windows cuz yar ready know then these two girls help us with charging and handing our drinks one of them with black hair is pretty kind but yet other one just completely ruined my experience for this Chick-fil-A, by far the worst one I've been too they didn't even give us the sauce and it says it right on the bag too for the sauce. A lot of people go here to to be blown away by customer service but this place was just not having it at this time 3/10 won't return to this wack kitchen. read more

This is probably my best chic-fil-a experience ever. This location is so well groomed no trash. And the tables even have fresh flowers. The manager was SO nice as I walked in and throughout my order. He asked about myself and was so ridiculously friendly. It was genuine as well not the phony robot nice. Definitely will come back. read more

I go to Ontario Mills, they are always busy, no matter when or what time you go. The line in the drive thru or inside are so long but people don't mind waiting. Myself? I discovered a little secret that I would share with you... I got the app and I place my order. So easy to use and you can pay as soon as you can finish placing your order. When you are parking, just click "I am here" button, just walk in where it says pick up your order, and you will be so ready either to go home or eat inside while everyone else is still in line. Also, if you order online, you will get freebies such as chicken sandwich, treats, refreshments etc. Their food is great quality and so tasty, and you will always get great customer service. Food is bomb, store is clean, staff is friendly. Minus 1 star bc today 7/12 @1230 pm i got quite a show.. the gentleman who was taking all the food out to customers in the stripped shirt was very frazzled/stressed due to how busy they were. The blonde lady in the stripped shirt behind the counter expiditing the food told him something and he goes "Im trying my best, so and so should be out here, im trying!" Then there was a lady playing or looking at her cup/table device thing and he just straight up grabbed it out of her hands and set it on the table. With out explaining or apologizing. He just snatched it and walked away. Then he had food in his hands and hes walking around ppl, he got blocked so he huffed and puffed so loud. It was interesting to watch. I get it was busy, but he needed a brake, they definitely needed to switch him out. read more

The girl on the window Brianna was very enthusiastic, friendly, and genuine. The service was so fast they already had my food before i could put away my wallet. The taste was fresh and hot. I usually LOVE Chickfila but this location will keep me away for a little. The food was just OK and the lemonade was from some random pitcher and warm & the bathrooms were not kept up either. Steve Sanders (looked like he was management) and was very Rude to his employees, it was very upsetting to see that! He was taking trash out and got wetness of trash on my face, it was disgusting and very upsetting! I tried to get his attention to tell him about it and he completely ignored me. He was spinning the trash can to put a bag on it and was blaockingboff guests which I thought was unnecessary. You can tie a trash bag without having to spin the can. Then one of the most horrific things he did was Handles napkins and straws with dirty hands! He was taking the trash out and blocking the napkins and straws and he handed guests straws and napkins. read more

Thank goodness for the chicken sandwich ;) I gotta say that this is my favorite place to eat when I visit Cali, and all my friends would tell you the same, haha... So if you've never eaten here before let me tell you this, they have chicken sandwiches, strips and nuggets and so much more! I beleive it's the most succulent and tasty chicken that I've had from a fast food restaurant!!! The staff is always friendly and polite. And besides their chicken which is the best, they also have the best sweet tea and fresh made lemonade in the business :) I wish they had one here in Vegas, but not so much :( but i digress, anyway it is a great fast food place and has a lot of healthy choices for those who want to go that route, it's probably the most well rounded fast food chain that I know, that is if you dont count them not serving red meat ;) and the tastiest too! So unless you don't like chicken, which almost everyone does, do like the logo says and eat more chicken! read more

Who doesn't love chick-fil-a?! Food is always good. However, this location really needs to work on their drive-thru. I spent 20mins in their drive thru line. I feel they should be faster than 20 mins. Whatever system they are using isn't working and is taking too long. I probably will never come back to this location because I don't have that kind of time to spend in in a drive-thru line. I hope they can get time efficient system down. read more

He also had a positive attitude that made the visit really nice. I have worked in a position where i had to give a lot of good customer service and I know how easy it is to get stressed out especially when it is very busy and crowded. This Location sucks! I love Chick-fil-a but the customer service is horrible. I went through the drive thru and ordered two meals. I drove away without checking the bag because that is one thing I love about chick-fil-a they never mess up your order. I noticed both French fries were missing so I walked in and told them I am missing the fries for the meals. Instead of the cashier apologizing he asked me for my receipt. I told the cashier I left it in the car. He then told me he couldn't give me the French fries until he sees the receipt. So I went back to my car and got the receipt. The cashier didn't even bother reading it because he only gave me one fry. I then told him I was missing both. If he would of looked in the bag and also on the receipt, that he made me go get, he would of noticed! Then I received the most insincere apology. Never going here again for the lack of care for customer service! read more

I will NEVER go here again! Ive been visiting chick fil a's for years, and have never encountered an issue. Icame here with my husband and 4 children after a night out at a Christmas festival. It was 830 pm First off we walk in and I literally had to grab onto my husbands arm because I almost slipped the floors were wet and slippery. Yes the wet signs were up all around the restaurant along with stacked chairs and all sections were closed off but but geez I couldn't see the signs from outside as I was walking in to know. My kids had to move the chairs aside to get to the play area. So I order our food the girls behind the counter seemed very nice as we went to look for seats the only ones available were the high tabled ones off to the side because literally the whole place was blocked with stacked chairs. So as were waiting for our food this young kid asks if the kids in the play area were mine and I said yes and he says oh they can't play in there its closed! And I asked why and he said for cleaning! And I explained to him the whole reason I came was so my kids can play. He didn't care though he just said sorry its closed very rudely! I grabbed our food to go. As we were in the car I called the industry location as well as the upland location and asked if their play areas were closed and both said no! Hmm so I guess this policy is only for Ontario chick fil a. Which is fine but maybe they should put up a sign that says NO KIDS AFTER 8, and if this experience wasn't bad enough the food was cold and not even fresh! Looked old! My family and I come here ALL the time. Great service and even better food! We are always greeted with a friendly smile that makes us feel welcomed. If you download the app you get a choice of a free entree too!! They have a variety of sauces but my go to sauce is the Honey Roasted Barbecue. I put that in my sandwich and dip my waffle fries in it too, so so good! And their Frosted Lemonade is to die for, absolutely delicious! read more

Wow horrible. I am a huge fan. I frequent the corona location. But this Is dirty. All the trash cans over flowing. The bathroom a mess. A kid peed in the play area and employees seemed so lost. Took them forever to go clean. They closed the play area down while it dried. 30 minutes later i went and asked if they would be opening it anytime soon. The manager supervisor said yes in "1 minute" they were waiting for it to dry. 20 minutes later still closed. I asked another employee who gave me the same answer. When i left it was still closed. My kids were so devastated. The staff in general seemed to be too busy standing around chatting and not caring. This is not like any of their other locations i have visited and the manager, horrible. read more
