Ok so the food- is GOOD. Everyone knows that. But, I can't stand ordering off an iPad and having to look up the menu on my phone. God forbid you ask a price or options on drinks. We went with high expectations because chick fil a is notoriously AWESOME. Yesterday was not. We first were missing 3 kids meals fruit. Secondly we were missing an entire kids meal and drink. No straws. No napkins. No ketchup. No toy (book) for the missing kids meal. The girl handing me everything that was missing: thank you. The girl in the window that shouted "I just f***ing gave her that in the bag... Seriously? I get that it's busy, but getting wildly upset that I want what I paid for??? I think it would be impossible to make Chick-fil-a taste bad. My wife and I come here once a week and it's amazing. My only complaint is the girl who works the window with the 2011 Justin Bieber hair cut and glasses always calls my dog a guy, and her face and voice bother me. It was bound to happen at some point, received old food for the first time here. 445 on a Friday, eat in. 6 other tables seated, drive thru had about 5 cars in line. Food was brought out before our drinks were made so it had obviously been sitting, surprised how long though. Unusual for Chic Fil A. Our fries were soggy, not the normal fresh fried goodness. My nuggets were rubbery and all of it started getting cold immediately. Like I Said, highly unusual for this chain so I will definitely be returning, just surprised. read more

This Chick-fil-A is literally the worst Chick-fil-A I've been too. (And I worked at a Chick-fil-A so I know how you're supposed to act) The last 3 times I've came here I've gotten the same short girl with glasses and no name tag. She's definitely not what Chick-fil-A supposed to be. She doesn't not have any excitement or never smiles no respect. There is a whole order talk you're supposed to do. She walks away while taking your order doesn't even look at you. Doesn't ask for sauces. I can keep going. The line of this Chick-fil-A is crazy no organization. If a order is waiting and holding up the line where you have to walk orders so far you almost to the end of line you should park that car that's holding it up. Even the guy with dreads handing out orders look miserable and was gross holding the food with his hands all over the stuff. All that needs to be said you need better friendly people taking orders and the people handing out orders need to know how to run a line. read more

I was in the drive-thru at 10:28 AM with one car infront of me placing their enormous order. Right when I finally get to the speaker box it just strikes 10:30, and they refused to make A breakfast burrito. When I said that's bs, the lady at the window acted like I was trying to kill her or something, slammed the window shut, and opened it a little bit to say they're calling the police....Just wow! I use to work at a different Chick-fil-A, and let me tell you, they were MORE than capable of making it. They just have a hot flat top, and they need to grab the carton of precracked eggs, pour it on for a few seconds, throw some chicken in, sprinkle some cheese, on a tortilla, and that's it! My family loves chick-fil-a. Went through the drive-thru today, ordered #7 grilled chicken club. We received our food timely but had to wait longer for our drinks,coke, lemonade and ice water. After the long wait, I drive off them get to where we were going and open my sandwich to find no Chicken! I tried to call twice but no one picked up. So disappointing! read more

Great experience at this Chick-Fil-A. I enjoyed the multigrain bagel with egg, cheese and fried chicken. All ingredients were fresh and made to order. The sandwich was so good I forgot I was eating at a fast food chain. The coffee was hot, fresh and strong, just the way I like it! The place is clean and all the condiments were nicely arranged and easy to find. Great service with a smile. This Chick-Fil-A gets nothing short of 5 stars. Come here very offten. While waiting on my number one combo I couldn't help notice the cook staff speaking very loud spainish. Not sure what they were saying but they were loud and seemed upset. I don't speak Spanish i only sprak English so I'm not sure why they were upset. Not sure if they even speak English. Alot of the patrons were looking for a manager to step in. Service is not good at all. I have been here multiple times, and nuggets tend to be cold almost every time. Today I couldn't take it anymore. I specifically asked for a fresh set off the grill 12 nugget count - nope, still cold. "Tommy" at the counter was clueless, got 50% of the order wrong and when asked about my "fresh" nuggets, he brought me back an 8 count which was at the same temperature as all the others. I love Chic Fila normally but lately I have found I enjoy going to PDQ or even to Zaxbys more. The last couple of times I have been to this Chic Fila have been terrible. My main gripe today is the drive thru at lunch time. They have three people out there taking orders in order to speed the process up. The girl I ordered with today didn't have a menu and I couldn't see the board. I explained to her what I wanted and when I got to the window they had no clue what I had ordered. I had to wait for them to sloppily throw together my club sandwich. When I asked if my coke was the right thing they assured me it was. By the time I got home and put my straw in and unwrapped everything is when I realized that my chicken didn't have the bacon on it, I didn't have a whole fry in the bag (all burnt ends) and then my drink was definitely diet coke, flat diet coke at that. I think if Chic Fila spent more time making their customers happy during lunch time with the customer service they are known for instead of trying to rush everyone through, this location would kill it! read more

I love Chick-Fil-A! It's one of the only fast food places that we venture. My children loves it. They even order it for lunch through their school every week. But I must rate this particular establishment one star. We placed an order the night before for a soccer party after a long hot day on the fields. When I arrived to pick up the order, it took 45mins before it was ready. Very disappointing. There was no explanation of why such a delay. read more

I generally love Chic Fil A but I will NEVER be back to this location. I thought most people had a bit of class but this VERY ghetto woman in a Hyundai Elantra cut me off in the drive thru and then proceeded to get out of her car and threaten me. I called in to the manager and asked that she be denied service and the cops called. Obviously they needed to deny service to allow time for the cops to arrive. I was told it would be handled but when I got to the window they handed her her order and told her to have a nice day....hmm that doesn't seem handled to me. I complained to the manager and asked for the franchise owners number. The manager said "oh we got her license plate." Whoop de do. What are you going to do with that?! NOTHING. And then refuses to write down a number for the owner. This is the worst customer service I have ever received at a chic fil a and if their staff cannot handle a dangerous situation I absolutely will not be back to this particular location. Thankfully, these are franchised so just because one is poorly run doesn't mean they all are. read more
