We have never had such terrible service going to chic-fil-a. The guy that was at the window handing out food prior to us picking up food he dropped the car in front of us meal. Then when we arrived to the window he was not welcoming.. he was rude. Bad costumer service and they put our VERY large order meal in ONE bag! No wonder he dropped the other persons meal! read more

Love, love, love Chick-Fil-A; I never grow tired of the chicken sandwiches or the nuggets. And for breakfast, the chicken biscuits = YUM! I'm not going to say too much because it's a chain fast food restaurant and if you haven't heard of Chick-Fil-A... well... Hello??? Very clean, friendly employees, drive-thru moves really fast even when they are really busy, and the pieces of chicken are nice and large which fill the bun well (I state this because there are some Chick-FIl-A restaurants that have really dinky pieces of chicken. When I'm in diet mode, the grilled chicken sandwiches are great and their chicken noodle soup is pretty good. I also like the fact I can substitute out the waffles fries for a fruit cup. I am sorry I have to do this BUT I am a fan of Chick Fil-A. Perhaps even slightly bias to them. BUT this location apparently if you aren't there at rush hours the food more and more becomes worse. Tonight Order Number 6827761 Drive Thru at 8:05:29pm Both my Spicy Chicken and Fries were barely even luke warm. Like room temperature. The fries possibly worse. Now the strips were decent. But I am used to fresh hot, savory chicken melting in my mouth when I bite into it. So flipping hot you have to control yourself and back off from biting it so soon. Not this place. Sorry to say this but damn this is horrid. This isn't the first time either. Which is ultimately why I am posting this here. This location could use some serious pointers from the one on 414 (Maitland Boulevard) location here: 8673 Summit Centre Way, Orlando, FL 32810 Sadly I couldn't leave a review on their receipt or else I would so I had to bring it here. I have tried various locations. Almost all the same, hot, stupidly fast drive thru that completely baffles me how they move it so fast, and crazy staff with appealingly beautiful smiles. The positively friendliness reminds me of the Philippines people. Makes you wanna scratch your head and ponder if you are still in the USA. Any ways, I just wish this location didn't stand out so differently. Both times I came during 5/6pm rush hour, no concerns. But if you come after say 7pm or later, just beware. Growing up in the South I'm no stranger to Chick-fil-A's Definitely among one of the most missed restaurants since I moved up to the Northeast. After a long day at Universal Studios I'm happy to find one that's only minutes drive away. The staff I encountered were quite friendly and helpful and took our orders right away. Although I wish they would open little later but honestly even though they close at 10pm as long as you can get your order in before 10 you can stay as long as reasonable. Inside is very clean and modern, I noticed now they even have LCD screens on the side much like MickyDs. I guess its been a long time since I last visited a fast food place I didn't expect the restaurant to be this well kept. The food were delicious just as I had remembered and they were very quick in wrapping up the sandwiches and nuggets. Overall a very pleasant visit to this location. Although I visited right before closing time so haven't had experience with the lines and wait. read more

Have been coming to this location since it first opened. Friendly staff members that get whatever you may need. The store was recently renovated and is very nice inside. There is a play area for young kids. Quality of food is always excellent here. Parking and access can be tricky because it's right off W Sand Lake Road, but that's not caused by anything the restaurant can control. read more

Myself and a few of my co-workers ate here because we were tired of eating at the other fast food chains. I've eaten Chick-fil-A before and I always enjoy it, to my surprise though three of my co workers have never tried it before. Be aware that this location is very busy, drive through line was so long it wrapped around the building so we decided to eat inside. Once inside we were greeted by the staff and assured that we would be ordering shortly. The line inside was moving pretty quick and in less than 5 minutes we were ordering our meals. Everyone ordered either the chicken tenders or the chicken sandwich, with waffles fries and a fountain drink or sweet iced tea. Our food was brought out to us in about 5-7 minutes and all of our orders were correct, food was steaming hot as well. Chick-fil-A meals are tasty and the quality of food is far better than the rest of the fast food chains in my opinion. As for my co-workers who never tried Chick-fil-a before they thoroughly enjoyed the juicy & perfectly seasoned chicken tenders & waffle fries. We all agreed that they have the best sweet iced tea in the game. If you're tired of the burger gang fast food chains you can't go wrong eating at Chick-fil-A. Their customer service is light years ahead of the competition and the quality of food is far above the rest. They also offer breakfast items that are filling and tasty. If your in a pinch for time you can order using the Chick-fil-A app as well. read more

This was one of the lower end CF's I've been to. It was filthy. It wasn't busy. Maybe not more than 5 tables with people at them yet I was hard pressed to find an even decently clean table. The one I did find still had some napkins on it and was likely only clean because whoever was at it before me actually wiped it off themselves before leaving. Now the order - guy who took my order was very nice and pleasant. Unfortunately he messed up the order. I didn't deduct any stars for that. He was nice and people make mistakes. Next - my CF sauce was dirty like it came from a table and was used and tossed back in to the bin. I asked for another. The server was nice and polite and gave me another two CF sauces. Unfortunately one of them was also dirty on top. Oh well... Now the food - my fries weren't cooked all the way. How does that even happen with the automation used in the kitchens at all fast food establishments? I've ate at CF for years and very frequently as well. I have to go ahead and give this location a full fail. If I were a health inspector I would have simply failed them for the filth visible to the eye. The kitchen floors were visibly very dirty. several floor areas in the dinning area were very dirty as well. Floors were slimy like they haven't mopped them in weeks. It reminded me of an old second rate Burger King that's about to close up shop. Lastly, whoever manages and owns this location has completely failed to even begin at keeping the Chick-Fil-A standard where it should be. Wow! I couldn't get to my car fast enough to right a review! Yes, it may seem silly for a fast food restaurant but I was just blown away by the service of just that, a fast food establishment! Every time I come to this location, it's slam packed! The drive thru line was busy as usual, I came at 12:00 on a Tuesday. I decided to park and go in to see if it would be faster (I think it was). While I waited in a very short line I noticed Joe the manager new customers by name and more than 1! What?! Chick-fil-a has regulars!! Beyond excellent customer service! Then the young gentleman who helped me, can't remember his name but it started with a D, was so cheerful, pleasant and helpful. In the short time I was ordering from him, he took time to start a conversation with me about the "cold" weather we're having today in FL! It I wasn't blown away already, on my way out the gentleman who was cleaning tables and sweeping the floor stopped what he was doing to thanked me for "choosing them today" and wished me a good day, with the biggest smile ever! This review doesn't do it justice and I am just blown away by the customer service, speed of service, friendliness of staff and the overall experience. read more

Worst service. This was a horrible experience. Going through Drive Thru with my two children that both wanted a meal and a parfait. They only had one person outside taking orders. After receiving the order and driving off-We noticed they only included one parfait and not one spoon. Obviously the kids were upset and have no time to wait in the long line again. My friends and I decided to take a break from bullying the squirrels in my apartment complex to make the trek out to try Chick-fil-a's new Frozen Coffee treat! As busy as always, much like the lake behind my childhood home that several people crashed into and died in, the drive-thru line was 6 cars deep. When we got to the window we began to place our order. If the drive-thru intercom had been a radio show, it would've been cancelled an episode in for too much dead air. "Four small Frozen Coffees," I said. "What?" the presumably pimply faceless voice said in response. "Four small Frozen Coffees," I repeated. When I pulled up to the window, the high school-age cashier read me back my order: "Four small Frozen Lemonades?" I said, "No, Four Frozen Coffees." She blankly stared at me, I could feel the world around us stop dead in its' tracks. "You're kidding, right?" She said, almost challenging me. I informed her that I wasn't, in a stern but encouraging manner (practicing for fatherhood). She looked annoyed. Inside, I WAS annoyed, but didn't show it as my group and I cordially, patiently waited, just enjoying the time together as friends and how lucky we were to be alive. Minutes later we were speeding off into the night, far away from a bumbling customer service experience. But hey-... At least the Frozen Coffees were worth the wait. read more
