Had a not so pleasant experience here on a Saturday morning. I ordered breakfast using the chick fil a mobile app and input that I at the location prior to 10:30. I waited for a good 20 minutes before a supervisor told me that they received my order however the person in charge of mobile orders wasn't "paying attention" and they missed my breakfast order. Since it was past 10:30 they said they could no longer fulfill my breakfast order. When I then showed them proof of my order being placed prior to 10:30 another supervisor then told me something completely different. Now I was being told that the order came in late and there was no way that they could place my order due to their hard 10:30 deadline despite this never being an issue in the past and me overhearing the supervisor telling staff to "cancel the breakfast burrito order" it was very obviously within their power to just make the food as they still had the ingredients necessary and the proof provided but they just wanted to make a big deal over something with an incredibly simple solution. The fact that staff was just standing around watching us have a conversation was also extremely embarrassing. A customer at the location was kind enough to give me one of their breakfast burritos which I am extremely grateful for. I took the liberty of calling corporate on this location due to their lack of customer service and misinformation. The customer service contact admitted that the way this store operated was extremely poor and unnecessary for such a simple fix. To anyone interested in filing a complaint the corporate number is 404-765-8000. They'll contact the store shortly after you file a complaint. Hopefully these supervisor gets training on how to properly operate a store after learning from their obvious mistakes. read more

This Chickzfil-A location is conveniently situated close to the 580 exit. It's always busy from Monday to Saturday. I've nevwr gone here where there's no line inside and at the Drive Thru section. Fortunately, they're service is fast and efficient. The kid's meal is good value. My kids like getting the chicken strip with a side of fruit and milk. I think they always default to Chick-fill-A because of the indoor play area. Most of the choices are good. My only complaint is the salty chicken noodle soup. I love Chik Fil A and never had any issues with this location until recently. The past 3 visits they have messed up my order, yes I returned thinking it was a fluke but now it's become consistent. The folks taking the order in line need to repeat back the order to ensure the order is correct. Used my app to order and their team forgot to include an item. I submitted a complaint on their app. The corporate response to my complaint didn't offer to replace my missing item. I submitted another complaint saying "thanks for the apology but you still owe me my item." The store manager called me back to apologize and offered to make it up with a breakfast voucher. I haven't received anything and it's been three weeks. This is about the 8th time this location has forgot to include an item I've ordered. Ordered online for pickup: fries (no salt, medium size), hash browns, chicken nuggets, two spicy chicken deluxe sandwiches, and picked a bunch of different sauces to try. My order seemed to come together pretty quickly (I pressed the button that said I was present in store while being a short distance away). The fries were lightly crispy (could be fried a little bit longer in my opinion). I liked that I could chose that the fries come unsalted (since I was going to dip them in a sauce that contains salt/sodium-no need for extra salt). The hash browns were cute little coin shapes. My bf preferred the hash browns from McDonalds more (larger although greasier). The chicken nuggets were crispy on the outside. They are made from pieces of chicken breast compared to other chicken nuggets that are made from frying pieces of blended chicken meat plus other ingredients. The fried chicken in the sandwich wasn't too spicy. I felt the heat during my last couple of bites of chicken that was sticking out of the burger. I was able to enjoy this meal in the outdoor dining area. I picked Polynesian sauce to be one of the sauces I wanted but it wasn't included (and I didn't bother asking about it so I don't know if they ran out or forgot to include it). Our(hubby and I) second time eating at Chick-fil-A in 7 years. We ate at the Fremont location. Had breakfast. While waiting for our order, I was reading their advertisements, and learned that they cooked their food in peanut oil. I told my husband to confirm that they cook their food in peanut oil and if there were other non peanut oil options. Our daughter is allergic to peanuts and ordered the oatmeal instead. This is probably the reason why we never returned. Our older kids really enjoy eating here and the hubby and I decided to try it again without our daughter. Husband ordered a #2 spicy chicken deluxe , extra crispy meal. I ordered the regular chicken sandwich . Husband really liked the sauces that they offered, which is quite a few. He liked the siracha and House sauce. My sandwich just had the chicken a d pickles. It tastes better with their house sauce. Not bad. It was pretty busy when we got there. This location has always been busy, but has been unbelievably busy during COVID-19. The drive thru line wrapped around the parking lot, with cones guiding us along the way. The wait was quite long. I must say they are well equiped with staff and were very organized. Canopy tents were set up by the front of the line and several workers were standing out to take customers' orders. Once you get to the front, things tend to move quicker. The food is simple and good... a "healthier" choice of fast-food. I like the variety of sauces they offer. The criss-cut fries are delicious! I also like the wrap and the spicy chicken sandwich. The shakes are ok... A bit too sweet for my taste, even though I am a sweet tooth. I ended up drinking both chocolate and strawberry shakes because it was too sweet for my friend. I'll opt for a soda or water next time. Overall, you chat go wrong with Chick-fil-A! This is the only chick-fil-a I've ever been to that has had really bad service , I ordered a regular deluxe sandwich with pepper jack cheese and it was made wrong. One mistake no problem , asked them to remake it and that takes 15 minutes and I get spicy sandwhich . I ask for it to be remade again and the did it on the spot . It is hard for me to take a liking to chicken sandwiches since a lot of places made them so terrible, but I suppose chick-fil-a gets a pass. Is the chicken juicy? Yes. Is the chicken crispy? I suppose so as long as it's fresh and you didn't have it sitting somewhere for a while. It's hard for me to say I would come back to order again since after having popeyes chicken sandwich, there's really no going back to any other chicken sandwich food chain since they give you the largest piece of chicken in a sandwich over anywhere you look and its crunchy and juicy for cheaper. I would say the thing that chick-fil-a beats popeyes is the sauce and customizing, can't go wrong there. Customer service here though is excellent, and inside is clean. They could have more space somewhere even more outdoors because this place is always filled to the brim with people, and it's gotten worse since they let customers dine-in. I mean covid still flying around can't really go back to the less than 1feet apart shoulder to shoulder wait lines right; but that's what I'm seeing inside. Go inside at your own risk, drive-thru's still there it's just usually also really long, or do online order so you only go inside when it's ready for pickup. Price point though for the food, it's decent. It's like in the middle you got popeyes/kfc at $4 , then you got chick-fil-a at $5-6, then you got the other places with disappointing dry chicken at $7-10+ dollars. read more

This place is better than many fast food restaurants. It's almost always busy so coming here at 9PM was a good idea as I didn't have to wait in line. Ordered the chicken sandwich deluxe meal. Chicken was decent and waffle fries tasted great. I thought the sandwich was a bit small. Like In N Out, you could ask for well-done fries, but forgot to do that this time. I really liked their lemonade (refillable). I paid 30 cents more for it, but totally worth it. The squeezable and dippable ketchup packets are awesome. They offer many different sauces too. We ordered CFA deluxe sandwich, Spicy deluxe sandwich, 12 pc nuggets, 2 large fries all for $22. We washed our hands and sat down for like 3 mins and someone came with our food. The price isn't bad at all considering the quality of food and speed in which it arrived. 4. I love that they have 2 utensil/condiment stations. There are even trays for people to leave their unused sauces that others can take and use. 5. There's a play structure inside this CFA. 6. Loved their regular side salad with ranch and those crispy Charred Tomato Crispy Red Bell Peppers. Not a fan of the green bell peppers but these I love! It's not really a very sophisticated menu, but we've always found them very clean and the employees very friendly. At this location, the employees were equally friendly, as expected. This parking lot can be a complete madhouse, with traffic backing up a long ways. The area surrounding the parking lot is likewise very junky and congested. I think my car bottomed out driving through an adjacent parking lot. It's just not worth the effort to get here. I was very surprised to learn this Chick-fil-A offers no senior discounts whatsoever. So, we wait patiently for those waffle fries. Menu is pretty much the same, as with the decor. Diningroom was long with lots of tables, yet hard to find a seat. It wasn't that long ago that the only Chick-fil-A in the area was in Fairfield. Now there are at least three - add Walnut Creek and Pleasanton - and I think there may be one near San Jose too. Many more chances to eet mor chikin. Chick-fil-A and I go back a long way. My first date with the Hunny was at the Chick-fil-A in the Parkdale Mall, Beaumont TX. For her, a day that will live in infamy. We also went to the Walnut Creek location on opening day, and many times since then. Last week, on one of the few days I go to a restaurant for lunch, I found that there's a Chick-fil-A a few miles from my workplace. Well, there I go. And wherever I go, there I am. Even better: wherever I go, there HE is (Psalm 139:7-10). Chick-fil-A is one of those fast-food places with food that tastes *far* better than fast food quality. All the entrees I've had have been top-notch. But I've settled on the spicy chicken deluxe; tasty, not too spicy, big chicken patty. If the price was doubled, it would still be a good deal. Unusual decor, lots of metallic finish on the walls instead of the usual wood. Friendly, smiling workers. Strangely, the front door is around the side of the building, not near the main parking lot. They put more emphasis on their drive-through than other places. Hence, minus one star. Lots of seating inside, though. I am very happy to see more Chick-fil-As open in the Bay Area. Their food is so good and so affordable. Their stance on social issues is laudable too, making them the un-Starbucks. So, if you're looking for a great meal in the Tri-Valley area with little dinero, Chick-fil-A should be on your short list. First time at a Chick-fil-A. The parking lot was packed, but if you're willing to walk a bit, you can park further near Smart&Final. The line inside was long but it moved really quickly. I ordered the Original Chick-fil-A sandwich per my friend's recommendation (just the sandwich, no other items) and got one of each sauce to try them all. Staff was very friendly, but I had a hard time hearing what they were saying because it was so loud inside. The sauces were good and I had my favorites, but the sandwich was suuuuper oily. The oil soaked through the bun and onto my fingers. I was also a bit taken aback that the "sandwich" only had the bun, chicken, and a couple slices of pickle if I remember correctly, which wasn't really worth the price. Despite the oil and lack of filling, the sandwich still had nice flavor. There were some hand sanitizer wipes (yay) by the kid's play structure so I used those to clean my hands afterwards instead of walking to the restroom. Overall, the food was good and the service is quick, but if I had the patience to wait and wanted something more wholesome and less greasy, I'd probably walk next door to In-N-Out. read more

We came out to eat here. First time for us a Chick-fil-A. Heard talk about it but never experienced it. First off, in the afternoon here, the wait in a car for drive through was at least 45 minutes. No exaggeration. When we finally got to the ordering station and the pay station it was quick and easy. I would like to start by saying, this review is by no means an attack on Chick-fil-A as a franchise. The place consistently delivers quality chicken at a fairly affordable price, even into the final year of the Biden presidency. I'm a big fan of the franchise. With that being said, let's talk about their location in Pleasanton California that shares a parking lot with In-N-Out. I've been a regular here since it's grand opening a few years back. Recently, this place has been spiraling downhill. It started with shorting me sauce. I would request a total of 9 sauces for 2 meals and I would consistently be given 6. I'm not a Karen, I don't complain. It is what it is. About two months ago, they crossed the line and that's when I deemed it necessary to post this. On a random Friday night in May, my gf and I decide to get Chick-fil-A for dinner. I place a duplicate order for both my girl and myself (chicken nuggets, fries, Mac & cheese with a salad container to toss them all together). We get home, ready to feast when I start notice... the bags a little light. I pour it all on the table and much to my surprise, there were no mac & cheeses. Disappointed is an understatement. It took me over a month to get over it and eventually go back. I place my order, wait in line for 10 mins and get to the front where I am given my order. Now that I have been burned by this place, I have trust issues. I check the bag to confirm everything's in there and this time they "forgot" the salad container. I request the neglected item and the dude, who serves no purpose other than to hand the bag off from inside the window to the car, scoffs and gives me attitude and acts like I am holding up the line. Maybe give me everything I order and I won't hold up the line. I apologize for the long read but enough is enough with this place. I will be going giving this place one more chance. If necessary, I will update review, but I've lost faith. I'm just grateful there's another one opening in Pleasanton soon. read more

Never had Chick-Fil-A before and I wanted to taste what the fuss was all about. The new chicken sandwich place that opened in Pleasanton has had people lined up since they opened in November. I chose to go at 3 pm hoping the lines would be shorter, when I got there about 10 people were ahead of me in line. The lines move slow. By the time I got to order the must have been 30 people behind me and lined out the door. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal substituting the fries for a salad, one of the grilled nuggets and one of the regular nuggets $19.50 . They have a bunch of dipping sauces and salad dressings and give you a container to carry them. The food is brought to your table. The spicy chicken sandwich is smaller then your average Jack in the box or Burger King. Its a breaded white meat breast sandwich, just as I expected. good but not worth waiting in line and paying 5 bucks for. The grilled nuggets were average too. The regular chicken nuggets were above average crispy outer crust. Forget the salad , should of stuck with the fries. Parking is a ZOO with few spaces and plenty of cars trying to go through the Drive Through. They have a ton of employees all moving slowly, must be a Southern thing. Unless this fad dies down ,it will be a while before I try this slow fast food joint again. read more

WHEN: Friday @ 9:10pm DRIVE-THRU TAKEOUT EXPERIENCE Chick-fil-A closes at 9:30pm, we arrived 20min before they close and there's a long line at drive-thru getting to Chick-fil-A takeout. The drive-thru queue was very confusing. We entered Chick-fil-A through the hotel entrance, and it was blocked off to the Chick-fil-A entrance. When we drove to the correct drive-thru, there are 2 lines, and the staff was out on the driveway taking each car's orders. SERVICE The staff was very friendly and took my long order. The overall drive-thru experience is super confusing honestly. Especially the merging lines to get to checkout payment. It took so long to get to pay for our food. The staff at the payment checkout confirmed my order.
