Chick-n-Minis, Hash Browns, fruit cup, and bottled water.

There isn't anything negative to say about this Chick-fil-A location. Employees are kind and attentive. Service was wonderful. And, my breakfast was on point! I very much enjoyed my Chick-n-Minis, Hash Browns, and fruit cup. Water washed it all down.

One of the coolest Chick-Fil-A's I've been to. Very diner aesthetic inside, I wish I could've stayed to eat! I ordered a bacon egg muffin sandwich and it was delicious as usual. The staff were really welcoming and friendly so I will definitely be back!

The service was good, but my main concern was as I was eating my girlfriends chicken nugget, I discovered the chicken was partially raw.. ideally the chicken is supposed to be fried and stirred in their deep fryer for about 3-4 minutes but I'm assuming a lunch rush occurred and they just sent out the food.

Waffle Fries Large (how?) and Chocolate Chip Cookie

I stopped by this Chick-Fil-A for a quick afternoon snack. I had been waiting for a while since it first opened, so I was excited to check it out. On this visit, I had their large waffle fries with Chick-Fil-A sauce and a chocolate cookie. The chocolate cookie was super sweet, but the texture was neither brittle nor chewy. The waffle fries were such a sad serving. (They didn't even touch the top of the container!) This Chick-Fil-A is definitely much better designed than any other ones that I've been to. The food, though, has me considering eating elsewhere.

The coolest location in the valley. You know what you're getting at Chick-fil-A. Always good, always fresh (for fast food). Friendly staff. Reasonably priced and plenty of seating and a good parking lot. This is a good place to come and enjoy some holy chicken

Stopped by Chick-fil-A (no drive-thru here) and really liked the layout. They have some outside seating and even a few electric chargers. Service was fast, and the staff were super nice it almost felt like table service. A great spot to grab a quick bite and relax a bit. Spicy chicken deluxe hit the mark with the spice level!

Absolutely loving the new Sherman Oaks location of Chick-fil-A! They did a beautiful job with the interior and really maintain the flavor of the old Corky's. Patio has six tables in the shade. It's completely covered and will be so nice to sit here and have lunch at Chick-fil-A in the rain! Food is fantastic as always. Service is exemplary, as always. We are so fortunate to have a new Chick-fil-A in Sherman Oaks! Right across the street from Hazeltine Park on Van Nuys Blvd. off Magnolia. I was lucky enough to meet the owner and operator, Brad Boerneke, who came over personally to check on us. I was helped by Sarai A., who was 100% sweet and friendly and efficient and professional. A true Chick-fil-A employee! Can't say enough good things about Chick-fil-A. This new location has created 90 new jobs! All the employees are professional and helpful and young and bright and up-and-coming. Eat more Chikin!

Another amazing experience here. Went for breakfast to use my birthday reward on a Frosted Coffee and used the app once I found a table. I placed my order, entered my table number and within 5 minutes, my order was at the table to enjoy! I consistently have a great experience here and the staff is so friendly.

When did Chick-fil-A become a dining experience? It's clean. The people here are friendly and you get your usual Chick-fil-A taste. Overall it's a great addition to Van Nuys.

I came to the new Chick-fil-A in Sherman Oaks on a Friday night and pre-ordered my food on the Chick-fil-A app, anticipating that parking might be tricky or the drive-through line might be long. I waited nearby until my order was ready and to my surprise, there was no line (and no drive-through) and very few people for a Friday night especially since this is the first Chick-fil-A on this side of the city. I went inside and waited a couple of minutes for my order, which was a two-piece chicken tender and a side kale salad. When they called my order, I looked in the bag and noticed that the four sauces I requested were missing. The manager checked the side of my bag and said, "Yeah, it's in there," but when I showed him by removing the salad and flipping the chicken strips bag, it was clear the sauces weren't included. He then tried to grab my bag, insisting he needed to take it back to add the sauces. I didn't understand why he couldn't just bring me the sauces separately it felt unnecessarily rude. All in all, I still like Chick-fil-A, but I didn't appreciate his rudeness. For context, this happened Friday night, December 12, around 9 PM, and the manager wore glasses. I'm calling him out because I thought the interaction was unprofessional. That said, the new location itself is great, there's plenty of parking and the interior feels charming and more upscale compared to other Chick-fil-A locations. And my food was okay -- not hot at all.

    Large fry not filled

I'm a Signature Member of Chick-Fil-A so you know I support the brand but come on. I hate to complain was gonna let the fries slide even tho they left them like 30% empty but the chicken looking uncooked is too much. Not sure what that is, just praying I don't get sick. Been here plenty of times and this is not the usual experience, so I'm going to give them some grace.

What a great suggestion for a breakfast restaurant from Yelp!…read more This spacious yet cozy restaurant was a perfect spot to relax with my family and enjoy a delicious meal. The atmosphere and decor are fun, clean, and inviting. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and hardworking. The Latin music softly playing overhead was soothing and pleasant. The food was perfectly prepared and delicious! Each dish was flavorful and fresh. My family and I ordered a garden omelette with fruit, a two-egg breakfast, and penne pasta. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor dining, and the restrooms were clean. As we finished our breakfast, a band was setting up to perform on the outdoor patio. Live music is performed here free of charge for guests several times a week, both during the day and in the evenings. Parking is limited, with perhaps ten spots in total; however, street parking is available. We definitely plan to return here soon.

While in the area for a workout, I found myself famished and decided to stop here for a quick bite to take home with me. I ordered a bowl to go and it was made promptly although the order didn't end up being completely correct. I ordered a create your own bowl with some wild rice and kale, cucumbers, apples, chickpeas and sweet potatoes. I had also ordered the spicy cashew dressing and pesto vinaigrette but in place of the pesto vinaigrette I was given hot sauce. I double checked the order slip that was placed on the package and it was marked with both dressings, so I know the mistake wasn't on my end. Regardless, all of the veggies were very fresh and the dressing and hot sauce were very flavorful. Everything was portioned well and the meal was very hearty. It was also packaged in a way that made it easy to take with me to go. They have a lovely spacious outdoor patio that I would have loved to sit on, especially since it was a gorgeous day out. The inside and exterior of the restaurant was also very clean and tidy and bright. The service was friendly but it was busy when I came, so it felt like they were very rushed. The salads when we got them home were just about inedible. The actual "greens" were OK, I guess. But: -the dressings sucked...bad tastes and so sweet. -both of us bit into chicken pieces that had the crunchy cartilage part. This is BASIC for any restaurant serving chicken... no Crunchy Cartilage Parts! -the assembly line preparation looks like it could be kind of cool and efficient if all the elements were crazy good. Like Chipotle back in the day. But this looked like what it was... children dipping their ladles into not so great-looking bins of ingredients. (The kid serving us was actually quite nice and personable.) -I went and looked at the calories, fats, carbs, etc (online)( and was not impressed. Not how I want to use up that 755 calories for a salad. I predict this place will be gone within a few months of the new Whole Foods going into this complex. I'm so bummed... I just wanted a decent place to grab a decent salad that is walking distance from my house.

While we waited, I got us water, and because we were catching up, it took us about 15 minutes before we were ready to order. We both ordered iced coffees. I ordered the steak and eggs (medium with scrambled eggs), and my friend ordered the huevos rancheros. Around noon, the lunch rush started, and that's pretty much the last we saw of our waitress. Someone else brought our food, and I immediately noticed two issues. First, the eggs were overcooked. The presentation is beautiful, but it's not practical. They serve the eggs in a cast-iron skillet, which continues cooking delicate foods like eggs after they leave the kitchen. Before I even flipped them over, I could tell from the bubbles on top that they had overcooked. Sure enough, the bottom was browned and overdone. Then I cut into my steak. I ordered it medium, but it came out well done. It was tough enough that it took effort just to cut through it. After finally flagging someone down, my waitress returned, and I explained the problem. She asked me to hand back the entire serving board so they could remake the steak. That honestly surprised me. The only issue was the steak, so I simply moved my toast onto the board and handed her the plate instead. It was a small interaction, but it made me feel like the staff lacked experience handling situations like this. The replacement steak was much better, and I genuinely enjoyed the potatoes and the garlic butter that came with the meal. Unfortunately, the service never recovered. From the time our food arrived until we left around 1 p.m., nobody checked on our table, refilled our water, offered more coffee, or brought the check. It was frustrating because I saw our waitress walk around with water for other tables but didn't come to us at all. I eventually had to flag down another employee, who apologized, offered us water to go, and brought the check. Ironically, that's when our original waitress finally came back saying she'd bring it. Whether it was poor communication between staff or simply inattentive service, I honestly don't know. I usually prefer speaking with a manager directly rather than leaving a negative review, but getting anyone's attention was difficult enough that by the end of the meal I was simply ready to leave. I really wanted to like this place. The restaurant is beautiful, and it's easy to see why it's become popular on Instagram. Unfortunately, it felt like the focus was on creating an aesthetic experience rather than a great dining experience. For two people, the bill came to about $65 before tip, and it just didn't live up to the hype. The food alone is a 3-star experience, but the service is ultimately why I'm giving this restaurant 2 stars. A note for management: I'd strongly reconsider both staff training and how certain dishes are served. There's no practical reason to serve scrambled eggs in a cast-iron skillet when the residual heat continues cooking them after they leave the kitchen. Just as importantly, servers should be ensuring the entire dining experience is enjoyable not just taking an order and disappearing until it's time to drop off the food. Guests shouldn't have to flag someone down for refills or even the check. If you're looking for a trendy brunch spot with great photo opportunities, you'll probably enjoy it. If you're looking for thoughtful cooking, attentive service, and a restaurant where execution matches the presentation, I'd skip this one.

While we were already in line paying for our order, the owner or manager approached us and informed us that outside food and drinks were not allowed because the restaurant is kosher. Although he said he would make an exception this one time, he approached us again while we were waiting outside for our food. We had chosen to sit outside because the restaurant was crowded, loud, and stuffy inside. Despite us not causing any issues, he again insisted that the smoothie could not be on the premises and began explaining that his license could be suspended due to association rules. We politely told him it wasn't a problem and decided to take our food to go. I understand businesses have policies, but the way the situation was handled felt unnecessarily confrontational, especially considering the drink was for a toddler and we had already spent nearly $70 at the restaurant. Between the mediocre food, high prices, and rude customer service, I would not return. There are plenty of better dining options in the area.
