So the Boss and I have seen them, you know the cows on the billboard that cause vehicles to lane straddle on the freeway because the driver is looking at the cows tagging the billboard. This brings us to we have never tried this place so I go to the Restaurant as the Boss stays home and do Boss Stuff. The drive through line is long but we love our cars in California so we sit and send our carbon foot print into the air without a care to our Mother Earth or the other inhabitants of the Blue Rock we call home. Chicken Chicken where is the Chicken, maybe someone hear knows me but I got a bun, 2 pickles, mushy tomatoes, and lettuce along with something that looks Fried, NO mayo, NO ketchup, NO strange secret sauce that that are in any semblance proud of, NOTHING. As my eyes start to gaze at the Dry Chic-fil-a surprise in my hand the mushy checker board potatoes snaps me out of it and leads me to hear. Drive thru backed up as always so I went inside. Only four people in front of me. It took 23 minutes until I got my simple order of CFA biscuit and hash browns! I ordered 4 ninjutsu after getting in line. The other 19 minutes is how long it took to give me my one biscuit and hash browns. When I finally did get my food the girl didn't say a word to me. Not a sorry it took so long or anything. Just called my name and stared blankly at me. Chick fil a used to be head and shoulders above any fast food restaurant in terms of service but sadly they are now exactly the same. Nothing special about them anymore, at this location at least This has happened several times and I stopped visiting this location for about a year because of it. Guess it's time to find a new place. I've been hearing goods about this place, so I finally decided to make this trip on a hot noon today. Arrived there around 1pm and didn't have to wait long until my turn to place order. The person who took my order was extremely nice and very well mannered, big plus. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich regular meal, paid, and got my meal no more than 3 minute after he gave me back my change. Then I browse around the store and went to get sauces. Never have I seen a very-organized and clean sauce table, everything is placed nicely and looks nice. They have some good selection of sauces, and the taste will surprise you. I got the chick-fil-a sauce, honey mustard, and the polynesian sauce. The chick-fil-a yellow sauce was incredibly delicious, and the polynesian sauce taste a bit sweet like the sweet & sour sauce, but much better flavor. DIdn't get a chance to try the honey mustard as I totally forgot about this in the bag. The waffle potato fries was unbelievable. It was not oily and greasy like some places where they deep fried them. This tastes like baked potato fries and it tastes so much better. Eat it with their sauces.. will blow your minds away. I didn't like the spicy chicken sandwich as much as the waffle fries, maybe because my drive back to the office took about 10 minutes, so the chicken got a little soft and not crispy anymore. It was still tasty and well flavored, just if it was crispy it would taste a lot better. The sandwich is stuffed with pickels only, no other vegtable, which is ok because they mixed well together and won't get the chicken wet like if you were to put lettuce and tomato with it. So I had no clue that this location didn't open for business until 6:30. I pulled up to the speaker phone to order at 6:20, said hellos couple times then drove up to the window. There were two ladies talking near the register. I honked thinking maybe they forgot to attend the drive thru, and they both looked at me and just kept talking. No one came over to see what I needed or even looked my direction long enough for me to signal of they were open. This is definitely not the service I'm used to at chik fil a. A few months ago I picked up food from the drive-through and my order was wrong. The nuggets were left out of both the kids meals I ordered. I called the store and the manager was polite, apologetic, and respectful. He took my name and placed it on a running list they keep so that on my next visit I simply need mention the mishap and my name, and they replace the food that was left out at no charge. I never redeemed this because I understand mistakes happen and it wasn't really a big deal. Tonight I picked up food from the drive-through again and my order was wrong. A 12 piece nugget was left out and my kids meals were almost not given to me. I asked for extra pickle on two sandwiches I ordered. Each sandwich had two pickles. Personally, two pickles is sad for a normal serving, let alone a request for extra. Needless to say this experience has left a very bad impression on me. I would expect this sort of service and quality from places like McDonald's and not Chick-fil-a. My fault for not going through my order with a fine tooth comb before driving off. We live in Upland but usually prefer to go to another location than this one. We are used to the Ontario Mills store and when we come here we are so disappointed. They've gotten our order wrong several times, are not as friendly as many other locations, and are not helpful. When I go to other locations with my kids and I'm alone they will come by and ask me if I need a refill or anything else. When I'm here, no one EVER comes by. I had to flag someone down to ask a question and she seemed annoyed by me doing so. I guess the bar was set higher at other locations. But when the food does come (and is correct) it's always fresh and very good. read more

yummm! delicious, fresh, moist on the inside, crispy and flavorful on the outside chicken (i'm a fan of the deluxe b/c i feel healthy with the piece of lettuce and 2 tomato slices). they have wonderfully fluffy, sweet buns with the "healthier" wheat buns options too for a bit extra. criss cut fries are yum (although not as flavorful as carls jr) with the "healthier" option of chicken soup/salad/etc. combos are around 6 bucks with kids meal at a pretty decent 3-4 bucks (although toys are not as fun as mcdonald's). their drink selections are pretty sweet - they have freshly squeezed lemonade (original and diet with splenda) and an impressive soda selection, including cherry coke, dr. pepper, and diet dr. pepper! there's a large area for condiments and sauces - you add your own mayo and mustard but the best thing are their interesting sauces (polynesian, honey mustard, honey bbq mustard, chick-fil-a mystery sauce, bbq, and the unbeatable ketchup). i also love their dessert mints. the store is clean, has a large fun indoor kids play area, and even though it's a fast food, the sitting area is surprisingly large and actually feel cozy with their comfy booths and vases with fake flowers. service here is also really impressive - everyone here is always friendly and almost-crazily nice. feels kinda strange to give a fast food chain 5 stars but man, can't really think of anything that this spot can really improve on (and they sometimes have buy one get one free coupons in the mail!) oh, of note, closed on sundays. read more

Ever since this location began changing their drive thru operation to get your food to you before you even make it to the window where you would typically pay and receive your food, there's been multiple times that I have had missing items from my meal. I work in the shopping center and frequent this location with my coworkers. It's super convenient for us to all place mobile orders and send someone to pick up the orders. Twice they have forgotten a drink and one time in particular they actually forgot an entire order that was placed and we had to go back to get that order remade. I am beginning to lose faith in their efficiency but I am also aware thy covid has forced many places to change their operations so I believe they're trying their best. read more

Chick-fil-A has expensive chicken sandwiches but they are well worth the money. Chick-fil-A's sandwiches are superior because they use REAL chicken breast. Even though the sandwiches cost like three times more than a McChicken or Spicy Chicken from Carl's, Chick-fil-A is my go to spot when I feel like splurging on a quality chicken sandwich. The chicken is always moist, succulent, tender, perfectly seasoned, and flavorful. The veggies are reasonably fresh and I have no complaints about the bun. I also love the wide variety of sauces at Chick-fil-A. The array of dipping sauces makes for a special dining experience (the Chick-fil-A sauce is the best!). My one criticism is that the batter is not as crispy as it can be. All Chick-fil-A restaurants, including the Upland location, also have outstanding consumer service; they are always friendly and helpful. It truly makes the dining experience a lot better. I Mobile ordered this morning the same as yesterday but I hadn't noticed they changed to drive through only. We get there and ask an they inform us no big deal . My boyfriend gets into the line ( now I'd like to add he had cut the line unintentionally because a lady had not been paying attention and left a spot the size of 2/3 cars of empty space) at this location point I guess one of the order takers where made aware of the cut and didn't inform my boyfriend. We weren't helped to verify our order till the Window and had to wait for our food an additional time. Long story short we didn't get our food till an hour after I ordered it! I tried talking to the manager but she didn't want to take accountability for her employees actions so I will happily say I'm never coming back to this location. They had good service like always which we always love! They are very cordial and really seem to car when you come to order from them. I would have to slay the slowest drive thru. I was literally waiting over 15 minutes to get my food with only three cars in front of me. The biggest surprise was when I got my receipt to document the time it showed only a minute had elapse since I ordered. I almost laughed my butt off. I've been to this location on other occasions. I feel compelled to provide feedback from this experience as it is outside of the service I had received in the past. Not sure if it's due to the time of day, last hour of being open, or being a Friday... Regardless, service should be consistent and so should the quality of the product. We walked up to the register and there was no initial greeting. I don't mind leading a conversation, even if it is brief; however, that should not be the case for customers. The dining area was fairly sloppy as well with crumbs and debris being visible on the counter where condiments are kept. Tables appearing as though they had not been wiped. Trash was overfilled. The woman's restroom also appeared at though it had not been inspected in several hours. Trash on the floors in both stalls and trash was overfilled here as well. Quality of product was average if at best. Old oil or cooking product was used, chicken was fairly soggy, and fries tasted stale. Not sure if there has been a change in management recently, but the location is not performing in the manner that they were. I would seek an alternative location before visiting here again. I hope their quality control representative(s) brings their attention to this location. I know they will be expanding into the Las Vegas market and my hopes are they do not bring anyone from this location. **UPDATE** Appears to have new management. Service was much better. All staff encountered were anticipatory of needs, ensured cleanliness of venue (including bathrooms), and could be seen engaging with guests. Overall a vast improvement from my last experience. Hopefully this remains CONSISTENT and then perhaps the rating would be at 5. read more
