Food is always hot and fresh. Love the chicken biscuits in the morning. The lines are long majority of the times so don't be in a rush.

Asked for two single chicken nuggets which threw them off and had to wait forever for this order. When I finally got my nuggets they were hard and almost cold. Pretty area, not great staff. This Chic fil a had poor customer service, their shake machine and frozen coffee machine weren't working. They had us wait for a good while, I recommend going to the one in jefferson, it's worth making the 5-10 min trip. read more

This is our favorite place on Lincoln, regardless of all the fancy trendy places, chick-fil-a, time and time again makes us so happy. The staff are sweeter than my grandmother, I could live in there, if there was indoor seating, but there is not. So I admire from the outside. I love chick-fil-a. Very strange to me since this place had no indoor seating and the only way to order food was through a small walk-up window or to actually do drive-thru with a car. There is an outside patio area with tables and umbrellas though. read more

I love chick fil A ! But this visit was not good this. We waited for our burgers for about 5 mins and our food was cold. Not warm, cold. They forgot to put some fries from one of the combos, so I went and they gave it to me along with some of the sauces that they did not give me. read more

I went for lunch to go as I was having s very busy day with work. I ordered the chicken salad and a large ice tea and side of waffle fries. I DID NOT receive my waffle fries and no straw for the drink. I am disappointed as I don't have the time to go back and ask for what I already paid for. Been a fan of chick fil a for years now. I'm very familiar with their restaurants. After visiting this new location in my hometown, I was pleased to be greeted by the warm staff and delicious chicken. I've come here about 15 times since opening. Approximately 4 of the times I've been there, some of the staff weren't so friendly and were just going to through the motions of taking orders and working the cashier. That for me has been a first in my long time experience with chick fil a restaurants. It was a little disappointing, but it wasn't the end of the world. They are relatively new and hopefully they will iron out those details. read more

So the reason I am giving this business a one star is because during my visit my children's food has been wrong and I called and I let customer service know that my children's food was incorrect a plain chicken sandwich With no pickles is what I ordered. And instead I got the opposite this has not happened to me once this has happened to me at least two or three times at this location. So this is a reason why I rate this Chick-fil-A location with a one star. The only reason they are getting a one star is because there is about two employees who were Great with their customer service skills. Other than that I would definitely not recommend this location. When my kids are in the mood for Chick-fil-A I will take the extra drive and go to the 405/Jefferson location instead. There are other location has a dine in location and they get the orders done correctly. This location needs some work hopefully the management is paying attention to some of the comments coming in on yelp. You'll know if Chick-fil-A is on it if the manager comments on this post I love Chick-fil-A and have had a great experience at all the newest locations including the one in Culver City that works like clockwork and is a clear example of why Chick-fil-A is a cut above. I agree with the previous yelper I've had some issues with the food not being on point and actually I've never had that happen before at any Chick-fil-A location. Granted they are new and may have some kinks to work out but since it is basically a drive-through only location they should really focus also in managing their drive-through line. Last time I was there on a bright sunny day it was chugging right along like it should with people standing outside managing the line and taking orders. Today it was raining on and off and when I pulled in it was maybe a light sprinkle and the line was a total mess no one standing outside managing the line or taking orders everybody had to wait and jockey for position to get to the one speaker box order center. When I asked the girl at the window what was going on why they weren't out there working and making sure their customers had a great Chick-fil-A experience she says to me "you really want us to work out in the rain" welcome to the real world girl don't be lazy put on a rain poncho and go out and manage the line at a drive-through only Chick-fil-A. Granite we don't get a lot of rain here in Southern California so probably won't be an issue very often but it just in my opinion doesn't represent the work ethic of other Chick-fil-A 's and maybe that is why they're having some initial problems. read more

Received absolutely horrible service today at this location. We were waiting in the drive thru which was long this morning because the speaker box wasn't working so there was a male employee working out there on a tablet to take orders. Because of this the line was moving very slow and we were worried we wouldn't get our order in until after 1030 which is when breakfast ends but we got up to give our order at 10:28 which was displayed on both my friends phone and mine. The breakfast menu was still displayed yet the order taker said breakfast is now over and refused to let us order anything off of that menu. I'm sorry, I know tech fails sometimes but because the speaker wasn't working and they were manually taking orders the line was super long. They should honor the customers in line that had waited. This isn't the first time I've had an issue with this location but I didn't leave a Yelp review about it but this warrants one. Whoever owns this franchise location needs to train their staff to be much friendlier and accommodating towards their customers! read more

Severely disappointed with Chick Fil A and more specifically this location. I ordered the chicken strip combo (4pc) and got the smallest strips, if you can even consider them strips. The waffle frys did not have much flavor and had the consistency of cardboard. The only positive thing I have to say is that both the sauces I tried were good. This location has no interior dining which I thought would be an interesting experience, Marina Del Rey is a beautiful area and the weather is nice enough, so what's the harm in eating outside? Their small patio was dirty, every table. The trash was overflowing. Disgusting. I went up to a cashier and asked if I could have the code to the restroom and she tells me. I punch it in and it doesn't work, I try a couple more times. I go back to the cashier and she proceeds to tell me a different code. I finally get into the restroom only to find trash all over the floor, graffiti, it smelled horrible. To top it all off, there was no toilet paper. My overall experience here was less than satisfactory. If this is how you want your brand to be represented, you won't find me dining at any of your other locations. For express station, this was anything but quick. We waited about 20 minutes in line and there were only 4 people in front of us. The staff seem exhausted and overwhelmed. Asking for extra sauce seemed to exacerbate the man behind the window. This is actually the first chick-fil-a that I have been to that has not been a positive experience. I literally made a yelp just for this review! I literally come to this Chick-fil-A four times a week! I placed an order and they didn't give me my drink or my condiments. I called the store so I could let them know about my drink so I could come back and wouldn't have any problems. When I called the store a girl answered the phone I was explaining my situation she said something. I said hello I can't hear you she hung up. I called right back someone picked up and hung right up. So I called back and they had the phone forwarded straight to voicemail. Completely disappointed. I will be going back and giving the food back and want a refund! read more

On Valentine's Day I stopped by for breakfast and the staff were handing roses for Valentine's Day which was very kind!
