WORST COMPANY / LOCATION - They gave me a cup in the drive-thru with a lid that was not working because when they pressed it down it dented the rim of the lid leaving it insecure. When they gave us the cup in the car due to how filled it was and the kid not working it spilled over the edge of the cup all over my new car driver seat. The staff laughed as if it was funny they messed up and when I asked for napkins they kept laughing and ignored me. I asked for the manager to have the car seat cleaned and they said they would take my information and forward it to their insurance. She admitted there that the cup was faulty and they would fix the problem they had caused. I spelled out my name and email and phone number and they read it back to me clearly. Now I have to call they're insurance because they gave them the wrong info to follow up with me and I talk to Spencer Lewis from Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. telling me they still haven't given him the video weeks later... SUSPICIOUS. I have to keep following up after more weeks go by and they still haven't gotten the video. Finally, I receive a call saying they will not clean the car because they saw the employee press down on the lid, which we agree they did but a faulty lid doesn't help if it's not secure. Just put a different lid on next time it's 2 cents compared to messing up my new vehicle's upholstery. They also said it occurred inside my car, which again we agreed because if it spilled outside the car we wouldn't be in this situation... It amazes me how unprofessional Chick-Fil-A staff, management, and even the 3rd parties services that represent them in business matters can be. For a chain that prices themselves on service and customer experience I have to say they do a horrible job and would not recommend this franchise to anybody. Just go to PopEyes... I recently relocated from Florida... and Chick fil a is a part of the southern culture/hospitality. I've come here a few times and my order is always fucked up or an employee is always rude. Today specifically, I went during lunch and ordered the nuggets meal. Of course I didn't check my bag and get home and realized my 12ct nugget meal became a 8ct nugget no sides. So I called and was put on hold for 15 minutes, so I hung up and called back and the phone was busy each time for two hours. I happen to head back that way and stop by. The manager is sort of being nonchalant about the situation as if it's okay and was like well I can just give you the side for free. Every CFA I've been to on the east coast takes pride in correcting the situation by going above and beyond for the customer. This one clearly does not. We go to this location all the time and get great service. Tonight we went through the drive through and were greeted by the sweetest young man ready to take our order. He had the sweetest smile and seemed happy to be working on a Friday night at 10pm. We ordered an extra packet of nuggets for our dog which he thought was funny. I'm not a huge fan of the political stances that this corporation takes and know it's not the healthiest option for late night. But, it's always reliable and the people are always warm and friendly. I have eaten here approximately 8-10 times since they have opened. I realize everything is new and the staff is new. 3 times I have left the drivethru now with missing items. Not like ketchup or small things but sandwiches. It is a real pain to fight traffic and return to the location with traffic and the drivethru setup. Honestly, have you been to a bad chick-fil-A?! Customer service always on point. The quality and quantity is always fair and consistent. I had a #1 which is the basic chicken sandwich with fries and a sweet tea. It was delicious. My only complaint is the small parking lot and the wait times, but it's certainly worth it. Being a southern girl, I do have to say they need to step up their sweet tea game. But thankful somewhere in Cali has sweet tea. I do recommend this place and I will be back. read more

Service was very good, young gentleman was extremely polite and my order was correct. The food was good. I ordered spicy chicken meal (only lettuce) and my son had the chicken strips. Chicken was flavorful, lettuce was fresh and the bun was good too. All in all we'd definitely return! read more

Wilson P the manager at this location was very condescending and I am still trying to process why. My gut is telling me he did not have respect for me or my poor customer service experience because he was speaking with a dark skinned black woman. I came to this location because I happened to be in the area doing something for a friend, placed an order, got to my friend's house and the order was completely incorrect. I call the store back because I can't go back and a manger, not sure of their name, apologized, told me he would add my name and phone number to a list an onlu of i brought back the incorrect food I would get a refund and an entree on him. I dont eat meat and I told him this but I love chik fil a milk shakes and fries so he said I would get that when I came in. I came to this location today and the Manager Wilson P from the moment I opened mh mouth talked to me like I was lying even after I handed him the bag with the incorrect food in it. I asked for the number to corporate and he said he will give me an empty bag and the number was on there. I told him he can read me the number I dont need a new bag with nothing in it. It makes no since why you can go to a place, pay for something, not get what you pay for and people treat you rudely. Just give me what I pay for. The design of the entrance, exit and line is unorganized. The entrance blocks off the exit so they have to have someone directing traffic so people can leave the restaurant. On top of that traffic/line for the restaurant usually stretches all the way down the street and down Sunset Boulevard. 2 stars and my first review at this location because yes I'm complaining and need something out of it. My friends family and I eat here often, and more times than not there is something missing from our order. Fries, or a drink etc... This time I spent $40 for my family and I, and we were missing half the order. Fries, a drink, and a whole god damn salad......... This was after the order was repeated back to me twice. This is probably the worst chick-fil-a I have ever been to. I eat out quite a bit and frequent Chick-fil-a and this has the worst, slowest, and dumbest employees. Definitely expected more from this Chick-fil-a. Granted this is a new location and could have new employees, by 6 weeks open, you should be able to have the processes down. My go-to! It's just a bit weird that they have this huge building but there's no sit-down place other than a tiny patio they set-up with chairs and tables. So far, customer service has been okay. I go there, get what I want, then drive away. Very easy. read more

I have been eating at chic fil a for years from Rancho Cucamonga Cali to Torrance to Georgia. I travel back and forth now from vegas and tried this location now 3 times. All 3 times were not up to standard. The quality for this brand is consistent in all the locations I've been to over the years but not here. The chicken is soggy not fresh at all and juicy. The hash browns were greasy and not warm straight from the window drive thru.The biscuits tasted like they had been there since the day before and my last visit of over 15 dollars was my last for you. If the manager doesn't want to clean up her act then promise you Yelp Will help you lose business. I'm never gonna revisit this location. My daughter and all their staff work in the area and they are just shocked at the repeatedly awful quality. GET IT TOGETHER because you are losing customers fast. I'm very disappointed. read more

Chick-fil-A is always one of my favorites. Except for this location. The low rating comes from the lack of indoor seating. Why would you not have an indoor seating area? You make it very easy for me to choose my other favorite eating establishment in the area like Freebirds and Fatburger. Instead you make an outdoor seating area next to drive through line making car exaust another condement for your sandwich. It't not like there wasn't any room. Well after hearing so much about this southern fast food chain most of it great I expected to be blown away. While it isn't bad there's really nothing that stands out of sets itself apart from other fast food chains. I went thru the drive thru and for the most part the service was great and prompt considering there was a long line and it was lunch hour. If you plan on dining in they have a walk up window and an outdoor patio adjacent to the walk up window. The food was ok and as I would return to chick fil a I won't go out of my way to come here. There southern tea was very good I must say not to sweet not to bland it was just right. Although it wasn't bad on any aspect of my visit there really isn't and wasn't much for me to get excited to make another stop at any chick fil a in the future but it was worth checking off my must try list. read more
