Just stopped by this place for a quick breakfast. The staff was nice and patient but my order was just wrong. I got a biscuit sandwich with egg and they gave me the bagel one. The hash browns were so so greasy. For $9 bucks because I added fruit, it was pretty expensive. I can get a good meal that's not fast food for $9. The chicken was soggy and barely breaded. This Chick-Fil-A is ran like an express station. You order and pay at one window and you pick up from another window. They also have a drive-thru option that is much quicker than having to wait at the windows. There's a outdoor eating area which gets a little noisy since the drive-thru line runs about 25ft away. Some tables are lined with umbrellas and gets pretty chilly if you are trying to dine out here in the evenings. The staff is very kind and pleasant. The velocity rate at which service is performed here is hit or miss. It all depends on how busy they get. Lunch time is always busy. This location is good for pick up orders but a little uncomfortable if you are trying to dine al fresco. read more

Went on a Saturday using the drive-thru which went very fast. An attendant takes your order on the drive thru line before u reach window. There is a seating area outside. I ordered the grilled chicken wrap meal which came with fries and a soda. The quality of chicken is very good; much better than your standard fast food place. I wasn't even that hungry but Chick-fil-A was an oasis after being stuck in that awful Lincoln Blvd. traffic one recent weekday evening. Found out they just opened very recently, and the girls standing outside taking drive thru orders were complete sweethearts. This was definitely refreshing after some of the attitudes from the Hollywood location. Although I didn't eat in, I did see a patio outside, kind of across from the restaurant if that makes any sense. One interesting thing I saw was a cop car came zooming in with their lights on, but I wondered if they just had those on just to rush their way to get to some food or something. I just saw about 2 of them hanging outside so I have no clue what that was about. I guess it was entertainment for those enjoying their food onsite. Back to what counts; picked up my food and service was just as good as it was by those who took my order. Bonus: I received one of those free sandwich coupons! So, this is my second review for this Chick-fil-A. I live 2 blocks away, but go to further locations because the food and service here is terrible. The first time I reviewed them, I ordered Splenda Lemonade because I'm diabetic and have to know how many carbs (aka sugar) I'm having so that I can calculate how much insulin I need to give myself for my meal. The employee gave me regular Lemonade and then lied to my face and became aggressive with me when I asked him to replace it. Today, I accidentally ordered food from this location via Door Dash (I thought I was ordering from Jefferson Blvd). I ordered a large fry, but they gave me a medium portion and also a medium fry, but they gave me a small portion... Why charge the difference if you're not going to fill up the box and give the correct serving? This is an interesting Chick Fil A! No inside dining in, instead you order at an outside window and take a seat outdoors (covered). Customer service great per usual! First time trying Chick-fil-A (we had a couple coupons for free sandwiches). Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and it was pretty decent though there wasn't much in it - just the bread, the fried chicken, and a couple of pickles. The chicken had a nice crunch on the outside and was moist and tender on the inside. It wasn't very spicy though it had a nice flavor. Waffle fries were meh - I prefer my fries on the crispy side and these were pretty soft. Child had a chicken nuggets kids meal, which came with waffle fries and a drink (we picked the Honest Kids apple juice). I tried a chicken nugget, which was pretty tiny, tasteless, and on the dry side. The prize was pretty cool, though - a little paperback book on animals and camouflage - way better than the McDonald's Happy Meal toys that my in-laws keep getting for her, IMO. No indoor seating. There's a walk-up window in the back where you order from and a little outdoor patio across the parking lot with tables and chairs. No heat lamps that I could see, so it would be a pretty miserable place to eat in cold or wet weather. Drive-through was doing a brisk business while we were there. read more

The best place on the Westside to get The Lord's Chicken Sandwich. Been going since they opened a few years ago and it's still the go to. The Drive-Thru is efficient and in these trying times, they go ABOVE AND BEYOND health and safety measures to limit physical customer interaction. The only fast-food place I've been to that serves you your food on a literal tray! Food is always on point and tastes as fresh as when God created it.
