    Cuban Chop-Chop (cold)

It's a shame. 3 women working.. gossiping ... dirty serving area. Appears they had another section closed off, cleaned off. Only go my bowl, cold. It's a shame, because it's a good product. But presents a risk factor with the chicken temp and bacteria. One bite and it's in the trash. Check ur items prior to leaving. Make sure it's hot.

As a long time chicken kitchen lover -- I am sad to say that I am officially boycotting the restaurant. Not sure if they are under new ownership but the quality and quantity they provide their customers has diminished atrociously. Super sad to see this. They barely put chicken on the bowls, but charge you $3.00 if you ask for extra chicken. (Almost sounds like a trick they use...) The toppings are all an extra $1.50+ and again... they give you the least possible amount. The worst of it all is the sauce cups. After 3, they charge you AGAIN for extras. But now here it goes: they CHOPPED the size of the sauce cups in HALF. So you have no other option but to ask for more. What happened to the old chicken kitchen??? This was one of my favorite chain restaurants, especially for blue collar people who need a quick healthy lunch. Extremely let down and disappointed as a long time customer. The stores have no new renovations either. Its just become so greedy. Thats the one word I can use to describe chicken kitchen: G R E E D Y.

Tried CK after years of not coming here and I wasn't missing out on much. Once you find the few pieces of chicken underneath piles of lettuce and tomato, you'll find that it's bland and has little to no taste. The cilantro garlic sauce is the only thing that gives the food flavor and it contains way too much garlic - in a very overpowering way. Got the Cuban bowl and the only thing that diferentes it from a regular bowl is the beans. The beans aren't seasoned and much like the chicken have little to no taste. Plantains were hard and disappointing.

I have been eating Chicken Kitchen for many years before all the bowl counter service restaurants exploded in Miami. There are several locations and thankfully they opened one close to our house on Sunset Drive and 87 avenue. The bowls are called Chop Chop and I usually go for the regular which is chopped chicken topped on a bed of rice. Than you are able to topped it off a sauce of your choice, my favorite is the famous mustard curry but since I am try to diet I choose the salsa. The bowls also come with a slice of pita which I usually opt out since the rice is enough carbs.

The only complaint I have is that it would be nice to have the curry sauce already packaged and offered to me.

honestly, 5/5, 10/10…read more the service was very good, the food came out super fast, and everything was delicious. next time, though, i will get something other than the kkq boneless wings bc the real wings looked a lot better - and the employee also suggested it. definitely get the katsu sandwich, fries, coleslaw, and the platter with mini sausages and rice cakes. that platter was covered in a sauce and it was super good, i got another because it's only $2.99. the donuts were DELICIOUS, so so good; they are big so you can share 1. the ambiance was good, we got there basically when it first opened; everything was clean and fast. also really liked the kiosk, as i could see pictures of everything. prices were standard, for the most part... it was $50 for 2 people, and that was with an appetizer and dessert. obviously take all the reviews into consideration but im telling u, worth a try!!

Had to ask for an update after seeing other orders go out only to be informed they ran out of onion…read morerings. Took 43 mins for onion rings, ten wings and a donut. Should have just gone to an actual sit down restaurant. If I hadn't ask for an update no one would have informed me. And if I hadn't asked to get my drink first I would just be waiting and waiting and waiting. The wings were okay. Lacking the actual yangyeom sauce. Same with the onion rings. No other sauce came with it. Needless to say, definitely not the same Bon Chon I'm used to. Probably won't come back.

(2/5) -- Great concept, but this visit missed the mark…read more I really wanted to like this Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers location more than I did, because the concept is solid and, generally, Cane's food hits. But this visit? Frustrating from start to finish. First off, the setup is misleading. The inside looked empty, and even the drive-thru appeared manageable--until you actually commit. You have to drive deep into the parking lot just to see how long the line really is, and once you're in, there's no easy way out. So now you're stuck. Not ideal. Then comes the wait. About 10 minutes just to place an order, with aggressive drivers jockeying for position like it's a race. I get it--no one wants to sit in that line--but the flow (or lack of it) makes it worse. For a place with two lanes, the organization just isn't there. Service at the speaker? Rough. I felt rushed the entire time, struggled to hear over the noise, and kept getting hit with "I can't hear you, speak up" in a tone that felt more dismissive than helpful. No upsell, no real engagement--just hurry up and move along. To their credit, the pickup window redeemed things a little. Once I got there, the food was ready, and they even overdelivered on condiments (asked for two ketchups, got four). That part was efficient--but it came after a pretty long wait for only about seven cars ahead of me. Now, the food... This is where things really slipped. * The 4-piece tenders felt noticeably smaller--more like large nuggets than actual tenders * Fries were undercooked and skimpy for the price and I had to ask for ketchup * Sweet tea was mostly ice, barely any drink * Overall portions just didn't match the cost For a brand that usually delivers consistency, this felt off. Like corners were being cut. Final take: Started as a 3-star experience based on the process, but dropped to 2 stars once the food came into play. If I could split it, it'd be a 2.5--but Yelp doesn't do that. This place should be better. The foundation is there. But between the chaotic drive-thru, rushed service, and underwhelming portions, it's just not hitting right now. Hope they tighten things up--because Cane's can be really good when it's done right.
