I normally love chicken salad chick. But I've had a really crappy work week and all I wanted was some reliable, yummy chicken salad chick, and I was just disappointed. I ordered online and showed up to pick up 20 minutes later. They told me they didn't have an order from me. Then after checking multiple times, they said it was payment failure and to order again. My card is working just fine, so I'm guessing it's the app. Because it's also not showing their cookies/cake/soda options when they had plenty. I went to order again at the register, and I hear them say they're out of like 6 salad types. One of which I ordered online for my sandwich. I ended up moving to the back of the line to order all over again :( I got to the register and ordered, but couldn't redeem my small quick chick because they didn't have enough Dixie chick for that either. No problems with my card this time. I ordered a bacon cheddar melt and to my disappointment, my sandwich isn't even warmed. The cheese is cold and like it came straight out of the fridge. They threw it together quickly because I'd been waiting but I would've preferred it done right. I'll definitely be back, but I'm hoping next time I won't have this many issues.

We've been enjoying CSC for years now after living in Georgia for a spell. Note: We're HUGE tuna fans and rarely try, like, or enjoy chicken salad. CSC has completely mastered the chicken salad texture (between chunky and puree), flavors, and presentation. Further, CSC has been able to standardize and mass produce their winning formula in different states. Service is always friendly and QSR style. Dining room is designed to look/feel like a home. Yes, we're big CSC fans. We love the basil and jalapeño flavors the best. Both are perfect and compliment each other. While you can get a sandwich or salad at the restaurant, we usually just pick up a couple tubs to go and bring them home. On crackers, wheat bread, or even just by itself, CSC's chicken salad is 100. We've hosted friends and turned them on to CSC and encouraged them to try the different flavors but yes, most confirm that the basil and jalapeño are also their fave. We look forward to our next "tub" run and flavor-packed lunch.

While that sandwich was tasty, it wasn't completely what I ordered. It was missing the B the L and the T. The broccoli salad was nice and sweet. The watermelon iced tea was a first and the taste was surprising. More ice would have made it more refreshing. I would have given more stars if the sandwich was complete. It was tasty.

The for was good, also well priced. Was greeted when I entered the establishment and she was helpful with the menu. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place seemed very quiet and chill around 5 pm.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had an egg salad sandwich with loaded potatoe soup. It also came with a small cookie

Fancy Nancy chicken salad on croissant and a side of grape salad.

I've driven past so many times, so I decided to try it out. I was pleasantly surprised. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I chose the "fancy Nancy" chicken salad and a side of grape salad. I chose the refreshing watermelon tea to wash it all down. The restaurant itself is bright and cheery and pretty lively. Everyone seemed to be enjoying their food as much as I was. I felt the price to be fair.

I have seen the signs and knew they existed, but I've never been inside. Had the kids out enjoying the day on spring break, we had to run an errand. So we came in here because it was close by. I did not know they had so many different flavors of chicken salad. And so many different kinds of sandwiches. Anytime I go to a good sandwich joint I start feeling like brother man from martin. That's when I know it's on. So you can pick any one of 20 different flavors of chicken salads and then have them make a sandwich or salad with it. That is super crazy. I got the spicy chicken. But I also bought two others for a wifey to try. She loved them both. Their croissants are extra rich and flaky. Makes for the perfect sandwich. They have a white chocolate cake that is so good and moist. Their service is pretty fast we were out the door in no time. This is the third spot I visited in the shopping center. A lot of goodies here.

The food is always great! They have a new Southwest Chicken Salad and it's delicious! I ordered the Potato Soup as my side and it was the perfect match! Always eat here when in town!

Let me say that I love chicken salad! I'm visiting this area and went out of my way to visit this restaurant. They will let you taste the different varieties (I'm very picky with my salad). I had 3 choices and it was hard to choose one. I decided on the Fruity Fran, with grapes and pineapple. It was a tough choice. They were all delicious. I can't wait to go back the next time I'm in the area.

We are out here visiting from Oregon, and if I could BEG a company to move to Oregon, it would be this one. The flavors are on point! We have been here twice in the week we've been visiting and I'm hoping to go in one more time - trying different flavors each time. It is a refreshing place with folks there to help out with anything. Everyone was always smiling and super helpful. Thank you to all the ladies that have helped us each time we've been in there - all while smiling. Absolutely IN LOVE with this place and will be back on our next visit out here. Thank you!!! Oh! And if you get a chance, buy a dozen of those little cookies that come with your meal. You won't regret it! The BEST!

The interior has humorous things…read moreon the wall, dollar bills signed and stapled to the bar, and a great vibe in a very clean environment. We had to try the Apple Pie shots since everyone seems to talk about them. This is way more complex than some apple flavor liquor. The ingredients take some prep work, and the result is something that literally tastes like apple pie. If they bottled this, I would definitely buy it. They have two specialty drinks, the Freshy and the Orange Crush, both of which are made with fresh squeezed juice squeezed right when you order. I had the Freshy which is orange or grapefruit juice with your favorite liquor. I chose grapefruit with vodka and even though I am not a huge fan of grapefruit the freshness and tartness of the drink made it quite enjoyable. My wife had the Orange Crush with Deep Eddy's O.J vodka, Triple Sec, Sprite and some of that fresh squeezed orange juice. It was nice and sweet which was good since we were ordering a lot of savory options. The Potato Skins arrived first and they were truly impressive. Good sized skins with the perfect amount of potato, not too thick or too dry and definitely homemade. They had mixed cheese, bacon and green onions served with sour cream also loaded with green onions. As far as all the potato skins I have had these were a standout. Next came the onion rings with an absolute massive serving for just eight dollars. You could tell they were homemade and served with a chili garlic sauce. The best part was the batter coating which was crispy yet didn't fall off when bent or bitten. They reheated nicely in the air fryer. Next, we tried the Toasted Raviolis which were filled with Italian sausage and served with a house made marinara. They were nice and crispy, but the true star was the marinara sauce which was thick and chunky with parmesan mixed all throughout. I wish they had more dishes that used this sauce as it was excellent. On the advice of some regulars, I tried the chicken fingers which were all breast meat, dill brined and hand battered. It was good advice since the chicken was juicy and tender with a flavorful coating. Sometimes it pays to ask. My wife ordered the thing they are known for their Philly Cheesesteak. She decided on double meat, and they were super generous to the point she looked at me and said, "I don't know how I am going to finish this!". This cheesesteak gets nominate for a lot of best of lists and I could see why. I liked that the cheese was mixed in with the meat and not just poured on top. She enjoyed it but said next time she will order it as is. This is a great place to hang out and relax and maybe catch a band or some bluegrass and enjoy a great meal!

For food, I tried the fried catfish entree and Green apple-cauliflower soup. Both dishes were good. The fish was very tender and juicy. The butter bean succutash, which I never had before, contained butter beans, black eyed peas, corns, green and red peppers and red onions. It was delicious but since beans are of high FODMAP, I only had a little. The fish was topped with tomato jam made with crushed tomatoes, onions and sugar. It was served chilled. Paired well with the fish and succutash. The soup was creamy, silky, and full of flavor from cauliflower. The pistachio added some crunchiness to it. The taste of "green apple" was not obvious; in fact I was expecting there to be some apple slices, which could add extra texture and sourness to this rich soup. I also asked for a side of sourdough. A bit too salty for me. The service was kinda slow, except that food came out in reasonable amoutn of time **after I placed the order**, that is, I waited quite a while to order my food.
