Friday night around 6pm wasn't terribly busy so we got seated pretty quick, service was fantastic, couldn't ask for no better. I ordered ribs wife ordered a salad, I'm spoiled to Texas Roadhouse ribs, I was disappointed. Got bbq sauce all over me you would think it was anti seize, not like Texas Roadhouse at all. Ordered a Santa Fe Salad from Doordash this evening, while stopping in this town along a road trip. No cutlery was included in the bag, and this Chili's doesn't give the option to request it. The salad was hugely disappointing. There was seriously about a teaspoon of Pico de Gallo. A huge box with a small pile of lettuce, an absurdly large amount of tortilla strips, and some basic prepackaged, over-seasoned chicken. Apparently they don't serve fresh grilled chicken with salads anymore. And they sent the wrong dressing, which is probably because the expo receipt was not legible and their printer was out of ink. Where could you improve you ask? Make sure someone is always at the take out counter. I had 5-6 employees walk right past me as im waiting at the take out to order. Only one girl spoke up & asked if I needed anything , waited over 5 minutes standing there. Double tasking is definitely not a main skill for them! Even one of them seen me and decided to plug up their vape & walk away. Definitely doesn't seem like a place that is held accountable & professionalism. My wife and I stopped in here while we were in the area for a much-needed dinner date. We have not had Chili's in a very long time so we decided to stop in because we had a gift card to use. We go in with seated immediately I got the 10 ounce sirloin with broccoli and mashed potatoes and she got some kind of mango chicken with rice and broccoli. We both enjoyed our meals very much my steak was cooked medium and it tasted surprisingly good I was really happy with it. Also our service was excellent I will give her a five out of five she was working very hard and was very good. We will go here again when we are in the area read more

I don't even want to give them one star... walked in at 3:00 on a Sunday- only three tables were in use. Sat for 10 minutes before and saw two waiters- one sweeping the floor and one hugging and leaning on the wall taking to a 'friend' / customer. Then husband got up and asked the Hostess if we had a waiter. Finally the lady sweeping come by and said have you been waited on- turned to go to the kitchen... and never came back. As soon as I walked in there was a 10-15 minute wait but it was actually 35. It smelt pretty nasty like a rotting bird. The environment looks nice on the outside, but on the inside it's disgusting. The last 4 times we have ate there our order has been messed up in some way. (Burnt burgers, raw burgers, incorrect toppings, missing toppings). We hadn't ate there in over a year because of it. Today we ordered and every single item we ordered was missing multiple ingredients (burger missing bacon and Mayo, second burger missing tomato, Mayo, queso missing guac and pico) and then had the audacity to give me brown old stale fries with both meals. Even the chips were stale. Waited 40 mins for a remake when they quoted us 20 mins and 2 of those items were messed up too!!!! This is truly the last chance we give this Chili's. WTF! Wish I could give a 3.5 stars. This was my first visit in over a year to this location. (See review from May 2015) We arrived around 8p on a Saturday night and had a party of three. We were greeted and seated immediately by the hostess. Morgan, our server, was attentive and excellent in every way. Our food was not to salty. In fact, it was flavored quite well. My chicken salad had special request and our server Katrina brought us exactly what we wanted. The drinks were good. We found the restaurant clean but It wouldn't hurt to replace the carpet or floors. There is a funny smell at the main entrance or maybe a good cleaning is needed. Went there for lunch with co-workers. One person ordered queso, and myself ordered half order of cheese fries. When it all arrived the queso was cold. It was sent back and when returned it was only warm around the edges, not even warm in the middle. I completely finished my cheese fries only to find a piece of plastic that I had put in my mouth and had to pull out. Manager came by and I explained to her what had happened, she took the queso and my empty plate and left. Never came back. Never told us what she was going to do, if anything. Finally, asked the waiter for a check for him to tell us that we were only paying for the one mail that came out correct. She gave him a $50.00 bill, and he returned her $15.00 when it should have been $35.00. When she said something, he says "oh yeah, here it is" and like magic it slide out from his sleeve. Made you think he was hoping we wouldn't notice and he got a $20.00 tip. Will not be returning. read more

Chili's is typically my go-to restaurant in town for a night out. You can't really go wrong with a cheap meal with your significant other with their 2 for $22 meal deal. We split a chips and salsa appetizer (my favorite). I had the 6oz steak sirloin with fries and a side salad and my husband had the bacon bbq cheeseburger with fries. My daughter had a random combination of a cheese pizza and mandarin oranges. Everything was cooked to perfection and we all cleaned our plates. The only drawback we had was with the service. The woman helping us was very distant. I'm not sure if she was just busy or didn't really want to be there. Other than that the night was great. I recommend chili's to anyone looking for a great night out. Not too cheap and not an expensive spot for food. read more

Since reopening for dine in this place is obviously struggling with serving customers. The service is very slow too. You would think for them being limited on how many are allowed in the restaurant, that service would be faster. We have been waiting about 20 minutes for our food. A table next to us asked for a refund because she never got her order. We saw a drink order placed at the wrong table. It's like everything fell apart when they reopened. Maybe they can't afford their staff now? Maybe some employees found other jobs? I know I've seen employees complain about working here on Facebook since the relaunch. My experience here today has shown me I haven't missed eating out at all. I hope things improve for them soon. read more

Great service, friendly, attentive. That is the only reason they get one star. Food was really not good. I just ordered a chicken bacon quesadilla, and it was void of both chicken and bacon. The tortilla was burnt all the way around and what was actually in the tortilla was as dry and burnt as well. The sour cream, lettuce, tomato's were the only thing that made it edible. No it will be quick, 30 min later, your food will be right out, 45 min later, I am blaming on the cook she is new and asked the manager to boil noodles. 55 min later, I just watched them put in on the plate, hope you enjoy, apparently the laws of physics do not work in the Chili's kitchen in Bardstown, if these noodles just came out of the pan and on to the plate, you would expect to see steam, no steam plate edges warm, and took one big bite and the pasta tasted like it had been sitting waiting for pick up for 45 minutes. Needless to say, very disappointed! Asked for a to go box as I did not want to send it back, because if I had I am sure , spit and boogers would be in it by then, so heated it up, for dinner. I had the worst service at any place I've ever eaten today. We waited over an hour and a half for our food just to get it ice cold. We asked for the manager and she said well we are short staffed dealing with carry out orders. So carry out takes priority of customers in the store. We saw two parties leave. I get people don't want to work and want to stay on unemployment because they're making more money but there are people who are looking for jobs. They close at 11 on Saturdays and we were told we could not be seated because they were 45 minutes behind on the food and that they stop seating people in 10 minutes (8:45). As someone who has worked in the food industry, I understand trying to close up for the night in a proper manner. With the worker shortage it makes even tougher. However, when you have multiple working just sitting outside doing absolutely nothing, I have no sympathy for them being "45 minutes" behind on the food when they are opened for another 2 1/2 hours. It's your average chain place but OUR Chili's does have super nice employees. I usually get dinner to go and the Carryout staff is efficient and considerate- they remember my order (I really don't order out THAT much!) and always get it right. Pretty much your basic run of the mill, chain style restaurant. Depends what day of the week you come as to what kind of service you get. Nothing special here, just a plain old generic Chili's. I always get the same thing (honey chipotle chicken crispers), so kinda hard to mess that up. read more
