    Chips & Salsa

This Folsom location has great service, friendly staff and has tasty food. We like to dine here when we are in the area. Every time we came here, the restaurant is clean and the customer service is great. I love that Chili's in general has their margarita of the month and the 3 for me meal deals. If you have to eat out and you are on a budget, this is the place for you! It is totally worth it because you have your drink, appetizer and meal all included in a reasonable price! There's plenty of parking in the parking lot. I love that this location is resting on the corner so you have decent views of the Folsom scenery. Overall, check out this location if you are in the area because you will not be disappointed!

Classic Ribeye - Roasted Asparagus, Mashed Potatoes, Rare, Mushrooms, Add 6 Shrimp ($32.98)

Date: Saturday, January 31st, 2026 Party of: 2 Meal: Dinner Takeaway Ordered Thru: Chili's App Time Placed: around 10pm Picked Up: about 15-20 mins later *Chips & Salsa - Fresh Salsa (complimentary thru app, typically $7.29) *Southwestern Eggrolls ($15.69) *Triple Dipper - Nashville Hot Mozz, Bone-in Buffalo Wings, Big Mouth Bites ($18.79) *Classic Ribeye - Roasted Asparagus, Mashed Potatoes, Rare, Mushrooms, Add 6 Shrimp ($32.98) *Tax ($5.23) I kept seeing Chili's mozzarella sticks in my feed. Being easily persuaded, I finally decided to give them a try. The hubby and I were on our way up to Tahoe and stopped by to grab some takeout. First off, they gave us a huge bag of chips! They were light, thin, and crispy. The salsa itself didn't have much flavor, but fine for a free app. The tripper dipper was a good way to try a few items. Since we got this to go, there was no cheese pull, but I'm sure if I heated it up, it would have been fine. I did find these overly salty, but the ranch did help a bit. The wings were fine. Very standard. I didn't try the sliders, but the hubs seemed to enjoy them. The steak was what I expected. Not exactly rare due to to transport time and thickness, but fine with some A1. They don't include steak sauce with the order, so I do suggest asking for some if you don't have anything at home. Probably better for dine in, but okay for takeout. REVIEW #3975

    Chipotle Fresh Mex Bowl

9 of us went on a Sunday night. Moderately busy but we were welcomed and quickly seated at a comfortable table (that doesn't happen everywhere). Excellent service and above average food. I really liked my Chipotle Chicken Fresh Mex Bowl.

We got an order to go, and there is always something wrong when I order from this Chili's. My 6 oz. steak in my dinner was only 2-3 oz. The price has increased, but the portion is less than what is advertised. I have called to complain about either something that is forgotten or something was not right with my order at this particular restaurant. I'll just stick with the location on Sunrise Blvd. This location never meets expectations, and I'm not a picky person. But, I DO expect to get what I'm paying for.

Today I didn't like where the hostess sat us in the corner of the bar area. She said it was more quiet there. Honestly it was loud with a couple sitting behind me and another group at the bar. The fries were really nice and crispy unfortunately the burger was soggy. Service was good

It's Chili's! I've been here 100s of times since I was a teenager and I wouldn't say that it's my absolute favorite, but it does have some timeless redeeming qualities! -it's a crowd pleaser -the new deal options allow you to get out pretty cheap if you plan well -Their chips and salsa!! 10/10 -Easy to get in and out if you need to -Football games on in the bar! -Always delicious burgers -delicious margaritas -Show atmosphere no dress code needed For all of those reasons, I'll give it a four star -but it's a giant chain restaurant so don't get your hopes up too high- it is what it is and I'll keep going and going and enjoying a burger

Triple Dipper: Fried Mozzarella, Big Mouth Bites, & Southwestern Eggrolls!!! Win!!!

This place was busy 2day!!! We were able 2 get seated right away & our waitress wasted no time coming over!!! I ordered a flamingo freeze that had margarita, Tito's, & maybe cranberry? It was a delish beverage!!! We decided 2 split the triple dipper: regular mozzarella sticks, big mouth bites w/ no onions, & southwestern eggrolls!!! Everything came out perfectly & hot!!! We love their mozzarella sticks: soooo cheesy, crunchy, & great flavor!!! Southwestern eggrolls r my favorite appetizer of theirs!!! And the big mouth bites came out juicy & saucy!!! The venue was packed so it was a tad loud in there, but who cares when u r enjoying the food!!! I would definitely go back!!!

Colin our server, and Noah were absolutely amazing! Best service I've had in a while. They went out of their way to make sure our table had full drinks, any side dips we needed and more. Their great attitude and hospitality were a whole vibe honestly. 10/10. The food was obviously fantastic, but shoutout to those two for being amazing

Fun at the Chili's!!! The food was amazing!!

Jordan was the best server!! Made the night awesome, the broccoli was seasoned perfectly. This Chili's is so true to character and has the Folsom charm you would expect. The food is scrumptious!! Had the best night ever

I have not been to a Chili's in forever. But Hubs saw a commercial for the 3ForMe. The cheeseburger looked mighty tasty on TV, so what the heck. He talked me into dropping on in for a lazy Sunday lunch last month. So glad we did. Our meals were tasty and bargain priced. The customer service all around was fantastic. The place was clean, inviting and family friendly. But the day we dropped in, the TVs (in the dining room) weren't working. We ordered off the 3ForMe menu. The 3ForMe is offered everyday and not just for lunch. Meals come with fountain drink or iced tea; choice of starter (chips n salsa, green salad, caesar salad); and entree. Hubs ordered the Old timer cheeseburger and opted for chips n salsa. $10.99. The burger patty was hefty sized. Juicy, flavorful. Tasted fresh and looked free formed. The chips were served warm and lightly salted. It was a plentiful serving size. The chips were delicious. The salsa was tasty, it had a sauce like consistency. I ordered the 6oz steak. $16.99. It was cooked to a perfect medium rare as I asked. It was tender, soft. It came with loaded mashed potatoes and brocilli. The brocilli was cooked to a perfect doneness, not crunchy nor mushy. I opted for a green salad, it was basic iceberg. Nothing wrong with that. Michaela was our server. She was terrific.

The happy hour at this spot is pretty great with all draft beers priced at $5-While also having Jameson-Tito's and Cazadores priced also at $5 There are many discounted foods available during happy hour, prices anywhere from $5 to $12. These foods range from pretzels to BBQ meatballs, Fish tacos and pizza. We tried the BBQ meatballs ($6.00) and they were extremely tasty. As the former Prime Minister, Winston Churchill (during WWII) of the United Kingdom would say,…read more"Success is not final, failure is not fatal; it is the courage to continue that counts." With that said, I am a sucker for a good British pub as I've always been a fan of the atmosphere that goes with it; lots of beer choices and of course, British food! This includes fish & chips, bangers & mash, Scotch eggs, Shepherd's pie, and much more. This takes me to the heart of Folsom where I had the chance to check out "Churchill Arms Pub". Located directly on East Bidwell St and in between Glenn Dr/Wales Dr in a very commercialized part of Folsom, this very popular pub has been in operation dating back to mid-2012. Prior to that, it was still a British pub but under a different name, Streets of London. And if you want me to go back even further, this is where a Denny's once stood for many years. During the times I have been here, parking has never been an issue as the primary businesses are a Dollar Tree and a McDonald's. Since it has been a few years, I figured why not give this place a try to relive some old memories. First of all, the interior is fairly dated but that adds to some of the rustic charm of the place. Don't expect shiny or upscale counters as this place has straight bar vibes. Here you will get that aroma of stale beer and a hint of some comfort food traveling through the vents. However, the bar area is quite spacious (with at least a dozen barstools). Additionally, they offer a lot of tables for actual dining as well as a billiards table, a dartboard, arcade machines, and a respectable amount of TV's for watching the games. The layout is quite typical of what you'd see at other sports bars/pubs/restaurants. As I previously mentioned, the menu is quite extensive as they carry a ton of British-inspired dishes. Additionally, they carry a nice variety of burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, soups, salads, appetizers, and kids meals. Beer selection is also quite extensive as is a huge assortment of spirts/hard liquor drinks. Since I had just eaten about an hour prior to arriving here, I was craving a refreshing cold beer. Therefore, I settled with their "Mango Wheat Ale" on tap which was a fairly reasonable $6.75 (as of mid-2026). My bartender was sweet and accommodating as was the vibe I got from the patrons that were enjoying their time there. I will say that my time here was well spent as I had thoroughly enjoyed my beer. However, the ambiance and atmosphere left a lot to be desired. Some of the negatives were several flies swarming throughout the inside of the building as well as it not being very sanitary. Some of the fixtures looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in years so I hope the back kitchen isn't as bad as the main area where customers sit. All in all, I would recommend coming here for the drinks but as for the cleanliness, the food might be a hit or miss. With that said and done, I am giving "Churchill Arms Pub" just an average three-star rating.
