I have been coming to Chili's for years. This location has a serious service and food problem. We arrived and our party of 5 was promptly seated. We ordered drinks and non alcoholic beverages. The non alcoholic beverages came right out along with chips and salsa. Then everything fell apart, the cocktails we ordered took a lot of time and our server did not take our order until he brought the cocktails. Most of us ordered 3 for 10. It took along time to get our soups. Finally they came out, we ate them. Expecting entrees to follow pretty quick after, to no avail. Another couple with 4 kids had came in 10 - 15 minutes after us. We saw they had gotten their order before us. So we asked our sever, a few minutes later he arrived with our entrees. The problems continued. My shrimp fajitas were aweful. The black beans were cold. Server took them back and returned with more cold beans. The shrimp were only warm and seemed the only way they got warm was from the metal fajita plate. Rice was then same way. At this point, I quit eating and told the server to take it away. Oh yes, one other thing, one of our party ordered coffee to drink. Server said they had run out, and it had been out all day. How hard is it to go get coffee? The server never seemed apologetic or had his manager come over. Server did have the fajitas removed from the bill. They should have given the whole meal free DUE TO POOR SERVICE AND LOW QUALITY FOOD. Avoid this location. read more

Stopped into Chili's for a late lunch and to watch the football game. Our server came immediately to us with full hands of dirty dishes and said she would be right with us, as she was. We got our drinks and appetizer order in right away, Spinach queso and two cups of soup..She promptly brought some chips and salsa for our queso, and then we waited, waited and waited. Our drinks were empty and it wasn't until another person brought our entrees and refilled them that our server made it back to the table. We mentioned we didn't get our appetizer nor our soups and to cancel our appetizer order and prepare our soup to go. She was very apologetic and took full responsibility for not having checked on our food. She explained she was busy and we politely agreed, thanked her and went on to eat. She checked on us and apologized several times.She was busy, I could count at least five tables, (that we could see) including a party of 6-8 people. I heard her decline to take another table as she could not keep up. We waited for two soups to go, one finally came. We had to remind her for our second soup, and then had to wait even longer. While we appreciated not being charged for one of the soups as reconciliation the experience was not great. I feel as if our server needed help and there seemed to be nobody around to help or care, besides the nice gentleman who refilled our waters. Also, she expressed that her manager was aware of the situation but we never saw him. With one appetizer and two soups missing I felt as if recovery should have been necessary. I am not one for asking for free food or discounts, so again the free soup was a kind gesture but maybe the face of a manager would have been nice. However, we tipped our usual %20 and went on our way. It wasn't until tonight when we finally got around to eat our soup that I decided to rate this experience and share details. Below is the soup I got, southwest chicken soup, I believe. Actually a VERY good soup and is what I was most excited for. If you are coming here be prepared to wait to be seated for at least 30 minutes even though there is no wait at all. Just the hostess is always rude and has you wait forever. Then just to get your drinks that's another 30 minutes. The waitress most of the time is rude. We have been here 42 minutes and finally got our drinks. As a person who answers says they close at 11, that is fine, but crap that times are hard, but if your hours say that what you work too, you work to them. i understand but it is a business. rolled up here right at closing, instead of being jerks they were super nice and fed us. I was expecting some whatever shit- but no---I was delivered straight up one of the tastiest burgers i've had in a while. I ordered pick up, app said the food would be ready at 4:27, app asked for the make and color of my car. I pulled up on time, nobody even came to us, we waited for 5 min before I walked in. No one greeted me at all, two bartenders just glancing a couple of times. I was left standing there for a couple of minutes in my home clothes and not one person acknowledged me. 5 minutes pass by after I walked in and finally the manager just looks at me from the kitchen and says"Johnathan?" I nod and as I'm walking back to my car I hear him ask the kitchen to start on my appetizer.. I'm already 10 min past the finish time and he is just now starting on my damn appetizer? So I get home and open all my food, and I'm missing my queso that I PAID for.. Not only am I missing the queso that I PAID for I was also missing chips. So I call and complain and the manager swears up and down the queso is in the bag.."it's just in a small Togo container"... So you're in the wrong and you're telling me you put queso in here but there isn't any at all.. I have no queso and I have no chips to eat my guacamole. So you make me wait, make me hunt YOU down to pay for my food, and you forget part of my order?? Never again. Manager offered to give me a fresh bag of chips or to send me gift certificates, I declined. Why? Why would I want to even come back? Free food? I enjoy an establishment that takes pride in their service. The manager was the one who got all this wrong. I want to move this to 2 stars, but I do love their 2 for 1 drinks, the bar staff and the majority of the food. However, now you have to pay for chips n salsa! WTH?? WHY? WHY!?? I love the new additions to the menu. Everything is pretty consistent and delicious. I do love their 2 for 1 drinks every day, all day! I think it's wine and draft beer. I love the margarita chicken bowl and tacos. The chicken sandwich is great too and their desserts are pretty solid. My only vice about this particular location is the bar clientele who pretty much drink their weight in alcohol and the manager doesn't seem to mind them talking at the pitch of an announcer, getting into the personal space of pretty much every customer at the bar and never being cut off. Probably why they keep coming back. I've been to this one about 5 times and we sit at the bar and it's always the same. D-runky drunkertons pretty much any day or time I've been there. I love sitting at the bar, but when you're surrounded by people who pretty much invade your personal space slurring and yelling you kind of shrink back. The manager always comes over, the bartenders all seem to know them as I'm sure they are regulars, but sheesh. How about just telling them to be a little more respectful and if you've ever read any of my reviews, you know I love to drink so it's not like I'm opposed to imbibing ;) read more

We haven't eaten at a Chili's restaurant in awhile but was very disappointed that they charged us a $1.99 entertainment fee even tho we didn't play their game. Also, we could not pay in cash! By paying with a card, it automatically charged the entertainment fee and figured and charged the tip! I feel like that was a sneaky way to upcharge the customer without them knowing. Not a huge chain restaurant fan, but I am more willing to come to Chili's now that they made dramatic changes to the menu. The standard burger, ribs, and sizzling fajitas are still on the menu, but they now have a wider variety of tex-mex menu items as well as a lighter menu for those who want to eat healthier options. We recently went for a school fundraiser and the food was good and the service was excellent even on a super busy night. read more

I think I've come to this chili's hundreds of times at this point. I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is always friendly and I actually think the food is getting better. This is a good chain to eat at for an inexpensive meal and drinks. It's always happy hour! If you dine with someone who likes to share, you can get a meal for 2 for $20 (you have to split an app) The server was really friendly and the food came out quick. The place was packed as well. read more

My husband and I def won't come back to this location. The hostesses up front were the farthest thing from friendly right from the start and looked miserable. They took forever to seat us and when another customer finally said something about us getting there before they did, the hostess told them it was because we wanted a table in the bar area? I immediately corrected her and said I never said that and then she pointed to a table in the bar and said "yeah that's your table." A table that had been dirty for 20mins. Tons of tables needed bussed and employees were just socializing. Our server was very nice in the beginning but throughout the meal, she was much less attentive. She was very nice but we waited and extremely long time for boxes and dessert. I am not happy with the service tonight and will choose a diff location next time for sure. Our waiter was a total sweetheart, but his drunken coworkers made dinner suck. These two women (off the clock, who came on a Sunday to get wasted at their workplace, yikes) were entirely obnoxious and insufferable. I don't know their names, but we can just label them Becky and Karen. Becky and Karen shouldn't have been at their workplace getting sloppy, period. I've worked in the food service industry, and I was just hoping a manager would come by and tell them to cool it. It also doesn't help that Becky and Karen drunkenly pulled our server aside to gossip right as he was trying to take our order, oops. I walked into this location to order a "to go' meal at 4:30 pm...a server walked right past me and didn't say anything. I'm waiting in the front of entrance waiting to be greeted but no one is around. The place was half empty and as I looked for any employee, about 5-6 of them were in the back corner of the restaurant talking to themselves in a group. Two minutes pass and still no one. I ask the bartender where do I order for take out and she responds to go to the back corner. When I get to the "to go" register again no one to be found. So I start waving to the kitchen staff to see if some one will come out. Finally someone comes from the back kitchen and takes my order. She tells me that my order will take 15 minutes. The time now is 4:47. I then go to wait in my car. An HOUR goes by and still no food. I go back inside and ask the waitress what's going on with the food. She walks into the kitchen and walks pass a counter with only one bag of food on it. She assumes it's mine and passes me the bag. When I get home with the food, everything is practically ice cold and bland. Thanks Chili's for the bland service and food. I will never go to Chili's ever again! read more

My friend and I got the 2 for $20 deal. We got the Chips and Salsa appetizer. The chips were a bit overly greasy but the salsa was great! For the main course we both got burgers, with special orders (as we both have highly restrictive diets due to allergies). When the server brought out the food it was well prepared with all specialties accommodated, even without writing down our order as we told her (which I was highly impressed she remembered, even with just two of us). The waitress was highly attentive to our drinks and made sure to refill them before they were fully emptied. The machine for paying made the experience seem less personal and more businesslike. This location is not consistent in anything. Our last visit, our waitress was more interested in her daughter working at the bar than taking care of her own customers. The only thing she actually delivered to our table was refills on our drinks. We came in, ordered our drinks and food all at the same time. 15 minutes later, we still didn't have our drinks. Another waitress saw me looking for our waitress and came over to ask if we needed something. She then brought us our drinks. 55 minutes later we still didn't have our food. When our food came, a server, not our waitress, brought it to us. My quesadillas were mushy, my sons steak, overcooked, and hubby's chicken, dry. Manager took my quesadilla off the bill, but that was only a fraction of the problem. Our meal came with dessert, but after waiting an additional 15 minutes for it after the manager cleared our table of dishes, we gave up. Won't be back to this location anytime soon. read more

We haven't been to a Chili's in quite a while, so we decided to go today. 1st impression was great. Tried the new cauliflower appetizer, had a great margirita. I got the grilled chicken burrito. It did not look like the picture it was missing the sour cream and the sauce on it. I had to ask the bartender for it. It was really bland otherwise. I real issue came when we went to pay. It would not take a or card because a mangers had co.e in and forgot his ID card so he just restarted the computers. That ment when I put my card in it wasn't connecting. The server kept.telling at different time to try it. Our other party had a ready paid and we're waiting outside for us. I was getting frustrated and afraid it was going to lock my card. When I asked he why with this many people in a restaurant why would a manager do that. Her response to me was "Honey! I am waiting for you to pay so I can go home. " She is lucky I just kept my mouth shut. We spent over 140.00 between the 2 couples. If you wanted to go home you shouldn't have taken our table.
