The to-go and door-dash orders that I've been getting from this chillis for the last 3-4 months have been so disappointing. I keep trying in hopes it gets butter but I'm over the sub par food. Examples: entree salads have about a quarter cup of lettuce, quesadilla had unmelted shedded cheese, dressing was missing from a salad, medium steak was totally raw in middle. Smh. My dad was very pleased with his last visit. The young lady Serena that greeted him by opening and holding the door as he walked in-to to-go. My dad is getting old so it made an impression on him he asked me to write a reveiw for him. She had a smile on her face an was very polite and didn't make him feel rushed. Walked in was told there would be. 30 minute wait... okay. After an hour and 15 minutes I'm finally told my table is ready. Go inside and the hostess says there cleaning a table for us then she seats the party that just walked in at that table and here we are to wait again for a table to empty! Excellent service, attentive server and always consistently good food. I love the choices they have for low cal salads - many an option. If you want a little more food, the nachos are incredible and filled with lots of cheese etc. Sandwiches are big and lots of protein on them. Great drink selection and lots of fun beers to try. Been to a lot of Chili's Restaurants. By Far this is the WORST of them all. My waitress was Great!!! Too bad she has to work at this particular Restaurant. Ordered the steak and Chicken fajitas. We ordered take out food for four and the food was ok. It's what happened after we ate that was terrible. Myself and 3 co-workers became sick to our stomachs hours after we ate lunch. 2 of my co-workers were still sick the next day and had to miss work. My family of 4 (Husband a retired military officer, my 13 yo daughter & 9 yo son) dined here a couple days ago. The server never refilled my coffee, forgot our fries, forgot our chips that were supposed to come with our guacamole but we understand things happen & the restaurant industry is struggling right now. What I didn't appreciate is when I notified my server that my salad was drenched in dressing & I couldn't eat it he got the Manager (that's fine) but she argued with me that I ate half which I told her no, I took one bite. Now I know it looks like I ate more because I modified my salad to have no chz & no bacon & asked her to check her cameras & she could see I wasn't eating it. She continued to argue with me & was quite loud bringing attention to all the surrounding tables (very unprofessional). If I'm trying to run a scan for a "free salad" why would my entire family have ordered entrees, drinks & an appetizer?! Was it really worth losing a family of 4 business and this bad review over a salad? Treat people better by not assuming everyone is out to get something for free. PACE PICANTE SAUCE. I usually like to eat at Chilis, because it is the nicest restaurant in town, next to Cracker Barrel. I especially like the chips and salsa. But this time, when we ordered chips and guacamole as an appetizer, they brought out some weird salsa. When I asked, the waitress said they had run out of salsa, so they ran to the store and bought PACE PICANTE SAUCE. It kinda put a damper on the meal. Also, they had once again run out of corn-on-the-cob. Not the first time! Sometimes they're really understaffed, so I wasn't able to get my drink refilled. 1 star for the food, which was decent and not that great, and -4 stars for the service. There was a female waitress, I couldn't remember her name (she had dark hair and was super skinny), but she literally could win the "resting b**** face of the year" award. When we were being led to our table to be seated, I walked by her, nodded and smiled saying hello (as any other human being would) and she had THE WORST stank face I have ever seen in my life... she didn't even say anything to me either. Honestly after that, I knew the whole experience was going to be crap. I mean her stank face was literally so impressive that she probably could be featured on one of Drake's music videos or something. I wish I could have taken a picture of it just to frame it and make money off of it because it was just that impressive. (claps hands) You go girl. The silverware and napkins never made it to the table until we had to find some random employee to give us some...half an hour after being seated and after we had already started on our chips and salsa. Yes thats right folks, the appetizers and drinks came to our table before we even had any silverware or napkins. If it was busy then I would definitely understand why the service could have been lacking, but it was almost completely empty in there so no excuses bruh. Worst Chili's experience EVER! Decided after a long day at a baseball tournament we would go somewhere that we knew what to expect rather than try a new place (we are from out of town). Waited an hour and 5 min after being told 45 min but for a Saturday night and being that it's only half capacity I was understanding. We all knew exactly what we wanted and ordered right away. Our server brought our drinks and said the soup would be out shortly.... 15 min later he comes out with 1 potato soup, 1 chili with cheese (asked for without) and 1 salad with cheese (asked for without).... he apologized and seeing as it took 15 min to get this to the table I said we would take the cheese off the top of the chili but we needed a new salad as the cheese was mixed in.... he comes back, still doesn't have our chips and salsa and hands my daughter a new salad with cheese again.... it looked like the same salad but the cheese on top was picked off.... sent it back again.... he came back with the correct salad... that was wilted and also apologized because the salad was on a hot plate, he handed it to her and said "be careful this is hot" and said he wasn't sure why. Finally got chips and salsa.... the salsa was half frozen and there was a huge tomato at the bottom of the bowl. The 3 people who ordered the enchilada soup were told there wasn't any so it was frozen and we would have to wait.... a salad came out, with chicken, which we didn't ask for but I didn't care to even mention that... the chicken crispers with fries were fine... margarita chicken was supposed to be grilled and looked boiled, maybe sautéed... definitely not grilled... still no enchilada soup.... the server mentions it's only his second week... I felt bad but he only had 3 tables! After waiting over an hour for the soup the manager comes to our table with him and says I'm so sorry about the enchilada soup, it's still frozen because they only started cooking it 5 min ago! I said it's fine. We are over it. She offered us something else in place of it but after being there for over an hour I was so irritated. She said I'll discount your meal. She gave us a $6 credit on a $70 bill. Horrible food and service. Feel bad for the new server who has no proper training or support from others. He did ask multiple people to bring us things when he couldn't and they never did. read more

I know it's just chili's, which are all pretty much the same but I can't help but notice how shitty each visit gets. Portions being dropped down, quality, and occasional staff issues. I normally get their Cajun chicken pasta, but this time the chicken was cut almost deli style thin and looked to be about half the normal amount. It wasn't even grilled either, just plain boiled chicken breast. It was sad, dystopian even. Again, I know some of this is corporate issues (not this locations fault), but the menu is pretty much crap anymore. Almost everything has either bacon, ranch and avocado or all three. Then you find something you like and they replace it with something "edgy" like mango, and if they can do that, then they'll add bacon, ranch and avocado. Just shitty. My friend and I stopped here for dinner before driving back to Phoenix. The service was quick, and our waitress was great. The food was good. We did the 2 for $20 dinner deal. We shared the onion and jalapeno strings as an app. Im not usually a fan of jalapeno anything, but they were very tasty. She had a burger and i had the chicken fajitas. My chicken kind of tasted like the "smoke" on it was from a cigarette rather than a grill, but Ive noticed that at other Chilis locations as well. Came in late around 9 PM and they were to close at 10. Service was pleasant... ordered a Chili and Salad combo.... didn't want to eat to heavy so late. The Chili had a wierd burnt taste, the salad w Ranch was good... dressing had a nice flavor.... salad was fresh. To make is a 5 stars, I would have preferred a very delicious Chile. After all the name of the restaurant is Chili's...... My Husband and I were just there today (Sat. 7/20/19) We had a amazing waitress named Pamela, She's the type of person made for public service, exudes happiness, makes you feel welcome, attentive without being pushy. Unbelievably terrible service for a non-business Sunday afternoon. We waited over 10 minutes before the hostess even came up to seat us. Then, a wait person took our drink and appetizers order..and NEVER came back! After 20 minutes, we stood up to leave and another waiter saw and re-took our order. Horrible service. The dishes are always dirty for starters. The service is slow, every time I visit I find the staff sitting talking to each other or on their cell phones. I've seen the bar tender drinking on the job, brought it to the managers attention and he ignored it. The worst experience was waiting 30 minutes for a check already pissed I was trying to speed up the process after receiving the check by asking the to go station for change to leave a tip, the server had the nerve to yell in front of everyone thanks for not leaving a tip. The first clue should have been the hostess didn't know if they had happy hour that day. No, I'll find out for you, just a blank stare. We didn't have to wait forever for our drinks, but could have been a little faster considering the dining room was not even half full. We all order the hamburger and the server brings them out without our french fries. So we are waiting and waiting and ask for the manager. He comes over and we asked him why the fries didn't come out with burgers. He gave the dumbest answer I think I have ever heard. He says, We want you to have the hottest, freshest fries you can get. We replied what about the cold hamburgers? His answer is they don't want to leave our food under a heat lamp!! Huh?? They were more problems but I don't want to write a novel. Stopped in for lunch with a friend. Service was prompt and courteous. Had guacamole burger which was done to perfection. The cilantro and jalapeno was just the right amount to give it a zip without taking away from the taste of the burger. We also had the chicken tacos which were excellent. One thing I noticed was that the dill pickles are served on the side and are sprinkled with a little dill. Really brought out the flavor of the pickles! Good place for lunch. read more

I came here because it appears to be the highest quality restaurant in the mega-tropolis of Kingman. It was ok, your standard Chili's. The Fajitas Quesadilla was delicious as it always is... I got their 'Presidente' Margarita and it was good, as I have got it before elsewhere, knowing what I have paid for it other places (something around $11 or so) I was astounded to look at the check and see it was only $6.79! If I would have known just how cheap it is to drink in Kingman, I would have surely gotten two or three! In from out of town for work. Walked in at 6pm on the dot, desperate to get a quick meal so I could get back to work. Waited too long to be seated. Waited too long to order. Waited way way to long for the food. The food, steak and chix fajitas, huge pile of sizzling onions with 5 pieces of steak the size of the first two knuckles of my pinky finger,..... a few more pieces of chicken. (they up charge for the steak btw). The entree was tasty, good flavor and fresh tasting ingredients. Lava cake for desert, tasted like it had been stored for a long time in the freezer. (I consider myself to be a generous tipper. I literally received a fraud warning text from my credit card co. about a 30+% tip I left at gas lamp flemmings just a day ago) Additionally, this meal was expensed to my employer, I ground my teeth leaving 14% of their money. I won't go on about the service, as I've made my point....... I'm a huge Chili's fan and enjoy going here every time! I never have had bad food and the watermelon margaritas have become my favorite drink here. My girlfriend and I always love coming here, no matter the time! We always ask for Manny, he is honestly the best and most attentive server. He always remembers us and says hi to us even if we're not able to be in his section. My suggestion is to ask for Manny, he always makes sure we're happy with our experience and is one of the reasons we love our local Chili's. read more

Needless to say, my partner was 2/3 finished with his meal before I got the condiments to go with my food, which was cold by now. Asked for the manager, Sonya, who was very apologetic and did everything to appease me. She took my meal and my beer off the check and gave me a $20. gift card for our next visit to any Chili's, bought me a beer and demanded I take my meal to go for later. I had a very good dining experience here on the way from the Grand Canyon. Service was great. I received the wrong type of ribs and without a thought the server told me to enjoy those while he corrected the order. The staff was sharp and attentive. Definitely a good place to stop. read more
