With my husband and two (very well behaved grandchildren) we had dinner last evening at Chili's Restaurant at 9051 W. Charleston, Las Vegas, Nv. At approximately 6:15. There was one other occupied table on our side of the restaurant. After 10 minute wait our server, Shannon, came to our table and took our drink order and walked away. It was 15 minutes before our drinks arrived at our table at which time she took our dinner order. The children ordered their meal and I explained that my husband and I would like to split an entree and a salad, as we wanted to eat light because we wanted to have dessert this evening. With this Shannon rolled her eyes in disgust. My granddaughter said "wow"! Noticing the rude gesture. 20 minutes later another person brought our dinners and my grandson received a different dish than what he ordered so we explained to him and he picked it up and left our table. Taking a long time for him to receive his order he was eating off my plate as we had a busy day and the kids were hungry. He received his order 15 minutes after the three of us were finished. Our drinks were never filled, we were never asked if everything was okay. Shannon came to the table one time and all she said was "I guess the chef messed up your order". We asked for our check and I told her "I have a coupon". She turned away rolling her eyes again and said "I'm sure you do" and we never saw her again. My husband finally went to the bar tender and asked for our check. They were not busy, we again were never asked for a refill, or if everything was okay, of what we wanted for dessert as we have previously explained that we did. Being upset when I got home I called Ron, the Manager of the store to explain what happened and he said "well, things happen". I was literally speechless of his response. Service was attentive and food came out fairly quickly. The restaurant was kinda busy on a Sunday night. I ordered the chipotle chicken and waffles. It was so filling but very good. I ate maybe 1 and a half and took the rest home. I would have preferred for it to not be as spicy but or was a sweet spicy and that is all in personal preference. read more

Chilis on charleston and rampant is pretty good. This is my favorite location in Las Vegas. The food here has been 5 stars. I gave them a 4 because since the covid reopening the service isn't quite back to 5 stars yet, but you have to understand that it's hard to staff restaurants right now, not knowing what the crowd will be since the reopening so sometimes they get extra busy and it slows service, but they are still very friendly and they still check on you, just might need an extra minute. Glad to see them reopen. Also if you go every 60 days you always get free chips and salsa. They have a 3 for $10 deal that I like. This has to be the worst service today. My fam and i liked coming here and decided to take my parents out here for the first time. They have never been to chilis and it was a bad experience. Customers come after us got their food before we did. We were sitting at our table for about an hour. No one comes in to check on us or let us know hey your food is taking a little longer than expected. I had to ask a waiter and find out where our food was. Why is it other people who got the same food as we ordered get theirs before us. You guys lost a customer who used to love coming here. Thanks but no thanks. Our family has eaten here so many times and loved the food. So, last night I had a craving for the fried cauliflower. Our waiter took our order. About ten minutes later he came out and said they were OUT of Cauliflower!! So after trying to figure out what I wanted I ordered again. Our daughter ordered a pasta dish. Fifteen minutes later, I kid you, not the manager came out and said they were out of PASTA!!!! We place another order which took another 20 minutes. My husbands chicken was terrible and the rest of the food was so so. I thought the manager could at least comp us for an Ice Tea or something for the inconvience, nothing!!! I love this place. I don't know if they're cutting down on staff or what. As I'm standing up front in the hostess area, 3 of the staff see me and don't even bother to greet. Just had dinner at Chilis here in Las Vegas, our waitress Stephanie made all the difference. She's outstanding and superior to most waitresses you find nowadays. The food was awesome to go with it, she made sure our meal was to our liking before she left. We were at chili's (11/01/21 bet 1 p to 1:30pm) at charleston and fort apache, we have toni for a server. Base on the experience that i have i cant even give a rating. She seems impatient and in a hurry and rushing. After she got our order i asked her if they still serve free chips and salsa, her response was "you gave to order it" we're done eating when i showed the wrapper for the silver which says "free chips and dip" then she pointed the small print which says only if you are a chilis reward, which i am. I truly hate to be this person, but my family's experience this evening was unbelievably awful & absolutely unacceptable even for a Chili's & being that most restaurants read these reviews I will take the opportunity to have these issues addressed. My family & I, a party of 10 people came for dinner at 4:30 on a Sun. for a birthday. The meal started out pretty normal. Our drinks came out at a normal speed, some cocktails some waters some sodas, & the appetizer came out as expected as well, as did the side salads that followed suit. The issues started when my sister in law's fajitas came out wrong. We informed the expo who had the issue resolved but didn't see our server until well after the new plate came out. At this time 2 people ordered another round of cocktails. About 20 minutes later we still didn't have the cocktails, hadn't see the server, & we had all finished eating & our waters were empty. I flagged down a someone who was apparently a host & asked her if she could find our sever & bring us some waters. The host seemed very irritated that I had interrupted her on her way back to the host stand & even though she said she would help us did not. Eventually we were able to flag down whom I assume is the assistant manager & asked him to help with finding the cocktails & explained to him it was my mother in law's birthday & she had been 2 of the people to order the cocktails. He quickly returned with our cocktails, took our desert orders (which was a part of a few dinner deals), pre-bussed our tables, & got us new waters (because a few of the ones that were originally dropped off were dirty, but we hadn't been able to get replacements) & promised to comp the cocktails as an apology for the long ticket times. Still hadn't seen our server & it was getting on about 5:45pm. The server came around with our deserts a while later but dropped off one more ice cream than we had ordered & said it was a thank you/happy birthday but (comically) dropped it off in front of the wrong person. We probably didn't see her until around 6:15 & by now we had been waiting to pay. We had 2 kiosks on the table 1 that just had games and 1 that wasn't on. When she stopped by to ask us if we needed boxes, which the assistant manager had already brought us, we told her about the kiosk issue. Her resolution was to take the battery from the kiosk from the now deserted table next to us (which btw was a 6 or 8 top which had come much later than us & left 45 minutes before we did!) & put it in our dead kiosk & leave us to watch it boot up which took another 10 min. When it finally booted up someone attempted to split the tab to no avail & was prompted to swipe her card which then charged her for the whole tab. We were so beyond done at this point it was 6:30 & we'd been trying to cash out for 45 min. I had to get up & went to the 1st person I saw, the host, to get her to send us a manger. When he came out the server showed up right at the same time. We told her what was going on with the kiosk & her solution (which was kinda smart) was to print out 5 copies of the receipt and have us mark what each of us had on own tabs. At this time I noticed we were being charged for 2 ice creams instead of the 1 we ordered & the 2 cocktails that were supposed to be comped. I cannot express how frustrating this was, but beyond that, once the server dropped off the receipts for us to mark on she left & she didn't return so at 6:50 I got up again & had to go find the manager (seriously the host was gone, I went to the bar & the bartender was gone, & the other servers that had been around us were gone) & told him that this was ridiculous & he needed to handle this. I was so pissed off & my family was out of patience. So he came over then & the server re-appeared. She grabbed our receipts & split things off & gave us our individual tabs, but then there was something on my tab that we didn't order or mark on our tab. Thankfully the manager was standing nearby & he simply deleted it We finally paid and left, it was 7:00. This was absolutely the worst service I have every received ever. I am so beside myself. I hope that you guys use this experience as something to learn from and can grow from it. Best of luck. read more

This chilis is not good! The only reason I gave it two stars was for the halfway decent Texas cheese fries. My husband and I went here last night and got a to go order spending about $70: Crispy Asparagus- asparagus overcooked, limp, not crispy, not flavorful and extremely Soggy Ultimate Bacon Burger- asked for the sauce all on the side, there was spicy buffalo sauce all over it. When I was picking up I heard one of the gals working in the kitchen say "They don't want the spicy Buffalo sauce on it?! Bastards". I assumed she understood that meant no sauce on it and on the side as clearly indicated when ordering however it was still all over the burger. Trio Fajitas combo- Shrimp & Double Chicken. This really seemed like the double fajitas platter considering the amount of meat they provided. The shrimp was good, the chicken was mediocre and the corn tortillas were completely broken with an overwhelming amount of onions and little peppers. The food quality is not what it once was and there was an extremely long wait picking up. I hate leaving negative reviews but it is very disappointing when this place used to once be good. read more

It's my favorite thing here! Now that's all I get no matter which location I go to haha. Make sure you get the loaded boneless wings. They're so good! This location is a little smaller than most I have seen but it's right off Durango and Charleston! Right across the street from boca park. Brandon is a very great server!
