This place is amazing in all aspects. The food for one is so tasty and is leveled up from your typical Mexican restaurant. The drinks are even better tasting. We are obsessed with the colada. Our only complaint is the serving size is too small for most of the drinks and should come in a larger glass or less ice because of the price. They add up easily. We've been 3 times now and the staff is always extremely friendly and attentive. The atmosphere makes it feel like you're on vacation. Definitely sit out on the patio if the weather allows and you get the chance. If you have a birthday it's definitely the spot to celebrate as they do a unique celebration for it. read more

This was my first time going to this establishment. I went with my boyfriend for a little after baseball game snack. I had previously had these coupons for (2) free tacos and (1) free margarita. So we went and I had brought with me (2) taco coupons and (2) free margaritas coupons. One for me and one for my other party, that also means I'm one customer and the other party is a separate customer coming into an establishment together. It says on the taco coupon "Limit one per customer per visit " so in my head I thought " oh! I get (2) tacos and my boyfriend will get (2) tacos since I have (2) sets of coupons (1) coupon per person. HOWEVER! That was not the case. The waiter (who was super nice) said "oh it's only one set of coupons per (2) people " which honestly doesn't make sense if the coupon doesn't say it. It should stipulate, (1) set of coupons per visit, not per customer per visit. However, this is FALSE ADVERTISING, because if I had asked for (2) separate checks then that's (2) Patreons getting (2) separate meals. So if I had one set of coupons and my other party had another set of coupons then that's (2) separate orders! Other than that, the food was actually really good. Reminded me of when I went to Mexico. And the margarita was strong! They had great music and the ambiance was pretty. Mind you though, if you bring in the coupons make sure you order more food cause my waiter kept asking if we wanted to order anything else instead of just letting us be. My husband and I recently had dinner at Mucho Loco Cantina, and it was such a fun and memorable experience from start to finish. Decent dinner experience here recently. I loved the spacious & eclectically decorated restaurant. Not to mention complimentary video games for customers with children. Upon entering, the hostess offered warm welcome. We were seated immediately for a party of three. Our male server was very thoughtful & made a separate plate of table guacamole just for my son, to mitigate spiciness. We also had ribeye ends atop of our guacamole & it was delicious. For mains, I had the sea bass with rice & buttery white wine sauce - absolutely AMAZING. My husband loved his chicken fajitas for the flavor & tenderness of the chicken. We came here to meet up with some friends. We were surprised it wasn't busy night before Christmas Eve. The place looked nice, the front room was nicer than the back room. Even though it was not busy, the service was kinda slow. Staff were friendly. The food was okay, nothing unforgettable. Presentation was great, they had a lot of drink options. When the bill came, it was kind of confusing that they had (2) service charges. One for a big group charge, which was acceptable but they were passing on a credit card charge of over 3%. It's a first for us to have a restaurant charge extra to use a credit card. Would we go back? Probably not. For mediocre tasting food, we should have asked them to split the bill for each one. One tip, restaurant staff should have been more upfront before we place our orders, it would not have hurt if they asked if bills should be individual and let us know ahead of time that they are charging fees to use a credit card, it would have saved time figuring out how much each one ordered, and we would have all brought cash. Thankfully we had enough cash to pool together the bill to avoid their weird credit card fee. I don't know if it's just them, but we've never encountered this type of charge in established restaurants in Vegas. read more

Looking for something new to try last Sunday, we stumbled upon this restaurant, Mucho Loco. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice this restaurant is inside. We were seated immediately upon arriving. Once we were seated, our waiter, came to the table and took our drink orders and another waiter, set complementary chips, salsa, and bean dip on the table. We both got water and I ordered an El Don Margarita, this drink was really good! My Husband ordered enchiladas and I ordered shrimp tacos. Both were delicious, but prior to receiving our food, we ordered the tableside guacamole, where they bring the cart to your table and make it in front of you to your liking. So I waited 6 hours to write this as I was really upset with my first time experience and had some less than pleasant words, but, the patio and decor at Mucho Loco are beautiful, but the service during our Saturday, May 2nd, 12:30pm reservation was incredibly disappointing. We waited 10 minutes to be greeted, 20 minutes for water, and 40 minutes just to place an order, all because the staff was reportedly preoccupied with "the owners" who were visiting. The drinks were underwhelming and lacked garnish, and a simple shrimp cocktail took nearly half an hour to 40 min. to arrive. To make matters worse, we were overcharged for a more expensive dish we didn't order. When caught, our server, JAIRO, returned the difference in cash but tried to pocket the tip based on the original, inflated total, a very sneaky move. The only reason I'm giving this place a second chance is because of the manager, NINFA. She was professional and genuinely apologetic. Nothing really stood out about either or-- the salad barely had any lettuce when you unwrap it from the cucumber bowl, i definitely did expect more lettuce. They do have kids menu dishes even though they weren't mentioned on the menu which was great. The small details alone is what makes coming to this place worth it. In fact we were charged $5 because we asked for sour cream for the fajitas- we received a good tablespoon of it for the price. Service a 2, food not really bad but compared to a lot of its competitors at this level in Las Vegas I would say about a 3. Place wasn't full when we showed up at 4 PM, but they still managed to stuff us in the bar because there was only two of us., if you're looking for a quiet nice evening with your wife or girlfriend, this is not the place. It's very loud in the bar feels like you walked into a dance club.! I can't speak for the Restaurant area because we never got to go there! Not sure why because they wouldn't take a reservation and it was empty when we walked in, but we were quickly escorted to a section. We did not want to really be in because of the loud music! Drinks are fantastic and they get a 5 Star! rating on the drinks! Would I come back given the options around Las Vegas, probably not and mostly because of the service and lack of attention to detail! I can only speak for our experience, but our waitress was less than good while she sat around behind the bar chitchatting with a friend! Good thing was we had nowhere to be by midnight so we were in no rush, but I cannot give this high recommendation for the overall experience. However, if you want some nice drinks at the bar, this is a place for that as long as you like loud music while enjoying your drink.! to the point where you will find it difficult to hold a conversation! Was hyped to try out Mucho Loco Cantina but wasn't all that. We were able to get sat pretty fast upon arriving. Had a few dishes and theres one I'd recommend. The ahi appetizer lacked in flavor even though it looked amazing with the sauces that were drizzled on top. Had the grilled octopus, that was not grilled at all. I think it was cooked then maybe thrown on the grill for about a second before being plated and served. The best dish I had was the bacon wrapped shrimp, with a side of stale rice and lime flavored slaw. I do have to say the presentation was nice. The churros were not bad but also seemed old.
