Me and my son making memories at the self seat bar area.

I enjoy coming here as this is my son's favorite place. But I do enjoy the burgers and wings and a very reasonable price. The service is quick and very attentive. It wasn't too noisey and the but was a busy day. It was easy to communicate as it was the right amount of chatter for a busy Sunday afternoon. I really enjoyed the afternoon out! I recommend this location in Lewisville on Stemmons Highway.

Nice spot to enjoy a variety of burgers, salads and other entrees. Great Customer service with on point servers who make sure you are enjoying your meal. Average price of cocktails are 15 and up but has full bar so no watered down cocktails. Average price of food is 14 and up. They do have a black bean burger as a veggie burger that you can easily substitute any of the burgers on menu with. Nice for family and friends or business meetings or eating solo. Enjoy!

We were in the area and decided to have tex mex food. Although it was busier than usual but we got our table as soon as we entered. First thing we noticed was noise due to game night but we were cool with it. We opted $25 for two deal and ordered chicken fajita and Cajun Pasta. They were amazing and I think better than other outlets. For dessert we ordered cookie which was like Pizokie of BJ's but good. One thing we didn't like was that tables were not clean and they were really short on staff due to which there were delays in processing orders.

Very disappointed on this Chili's I ask for a 6 oz. Sirloin steak and I don't even get that on the other steak had to be cooked medium well and it wasn't cooked to told the waitress about and she did nothing. I wont be eating at this Chili's anymore very bad services.

If it were possible I would just use a thumbs down for my review and move on. However, details are important and you have the right to understand why I rated this Chili's as I did. The Restaurant was packed this evening. We waited a good half hour to 45 minutes for a table and were then seated at a table that did not have enough seats for our party. So at first the hostess just crammed in another chair and then after an individual in our party complained another table was pulled together which gave us enough space to enjoy our subpar Chili's food. I will refrain from analyzing the food because in short I do not enjoy the cuisine at Chili's. And the new menus do not help. The Enchilada Soup is not good - too much cheese and what appears to be premade canned chicken. The Nachos were over seasoned. The beef fajitas were made with tough cuts of meat. The fries are cardboard. I could go on, but I won't. This evening the lights kept going off in this establishment. It is not a good feeling in the world we live in these days when you are in a packed restaurant and the lights go out. It happened 2-3 times during our 1 1/2 hour dinner. Not cool. Our server worked hard and tried to stay on it with the drinks. We had a birthday in our party and it was very sweet of the servers to sing.

Chili's off Stemmons freeway in Lewisville Texas is amazing... the staff is great ...food is great !! Emily was right there in suggestions about our food and our tea and coke always stayed full !!! She is an asset to Chili's :)

Came in at 9pm and got in so fast! Excellent service from start to finish. We came on my birthday and they were super sweet!! I got a dessert and a card even! Will definitely be back! My husband got the shrimp and steak quesadillas and they were perfection. I got the queso burger and it was phenomenal! My fries were so crisp as well! I applaud this chili's experience! So bummed I left the card they gave me!!!

Just bacon burger and the chicken with beans is the margarita chicken. Burger is very juicy but the cheese looks a little off. The margarita chicken sweet and tangy in flavor very good.

My 5 stars are normally reserved for exceptional service, good food, good experience, cleanliness, friendly staff, etc, and I got all these at this Chili's location which was just an after-thought stop on my way to DFW airport with family. We stopped by here at around noon on Memorial day with wife and our two small kids. Wife was hungry and Chili's has always been a sure bet for us. We had never been to this location, so we did not know what to expect. We pretty much received VIP treatment as soon as we walked into the door. The manager opened the doors for us and quickly ushered us to our booth seats, bringing a booster seat and a high chair for our kids. Our waitress - Savannah - was right there to guide us through the updated menu and help us with our orders. No wait for someone to attend to us unlike other locations. The restaurant had a number of patrons when we arrived, and the quick service was an added bonus. This is a busy location since it is located right on highway 35 and close to a bunch of shopping areas. The restaurant was super clean, and updated, and all the waiters/waitresses working were jovial - not sure if they got a bonus - but everyone radiated happiness. We ordered the following drinks: $8.09 El Nino Margarita - Wife loves this drink and it was great! $8.49 Triple Berry Margarita - This was a great drink. The margarita drinks at Chili's normally don't disappoint. Chili's have a consistent formula of mixing these drinks that is bar-none. You can always know if they didn't do the mixing right in other Chili's restaurants since they offer the same drinks..but for this restaurant, the drinks were perfect! For the food, we ordered the following: $6.49 White Spinach Queso - Great. $11.19 Triple Dipper - Never disappointing! $4.99 Kid Quesadilla - kid ate most. I also like the Ziosk Table entertainment console at Chili's where you can re-order drinks, pay for your order, and entertain yourself or the kids with the numerous games on the console. Overall, great lunch experience for us at this Chili's location.

    Brisket quesadillas - yum!!!

Obviously Chili's is Chilis, but their new menu items are delicious so i had to write a review! I tried their new brisket quesadillas initially with the smokehouse platter (which was SO good, by the way, and comes with a ton of food) and had to come back for lunch a few weeks later because i was craving them! This time I just got the brisket quesadillas by themselves and they were just as good - super cheesy & a touch of jalapeños! Their $5 margarita for october, I think it was called Vampire's Bite, was BOMB. It had a touch of raspberry tanginess and it looked festive too with a red salted rim!

Cfs - apparently no longer on standard menus

The servers and food…read moreare good, but we have had some recent issues as a result of the new general manager, who is very sloppy and unqualified at his job, which is why we left upset and took our business elsewhere the other day. We went in on a Sunday afternoon so it was not too busy at the time. My girlfriend and I like to be seated at a "low top" because she has back issues with climbing up into higher seating. We don't mind waiting for that as inside "low tops" are limited. The hostess was very nice, as they always are. She took us to the middle of the venue to seat us and then walked away while we were waiting on our server. I stood up to walk around the table so that I could sit next to her instead of across from her. She stood up to move over and pulled out the chair next to her so she could sit back down. At that moment the new general manager walked up, and without offering any explaination, took the chair out of my girlfriend's hand and said, "We need this table for another party." He walked away and left us standing there without offering us another solution, and apology or calling the hostess over to seat us elsewhere. We were left standing there dumbfounded and looking around unsure of what to do. We started walking back toward the front of the venue as we spotted another open "low top" near there. At that same time the female hostess saw what had happened to us, and she started to walk toward us. Meanwhile, another male server - acting as host - seated some people at the new table we were about to get to with the hostess. We got mad and said, "it feels like someone is playing a game on us!" The hostess apologized as she could see we were aggitated. It was not her fault, and we do not blame her. We blame the rudeness of the general manager. We left to go eat somewhere else. This is not the first incident with this general manager, though. A few days prior, we were eating in there and had a good vantage point of one of the side kitchen entries off to the left of the bar toward the ffront half of the venue. A bus boy sloshed water all over the floor while moving wet dishes in a container back into the kitchen. He didn't have a chance to clean it up because he was buy walking back and forth doing other things. No big deal. The general manager walks up and proceeds to yell at another female server about the water who had absolutely nothing to do with the spill After she walks away, he did not take any real care to clean the spot up himself. He comes back after a minute to clean it up but not with a mop or anything. He takes two towels off the bar and mushes it around on the floor with his foot. He , then, proceeds to kick the wet towels under the bar before walking away. Talk about a safety and hygene issue. This kind of left a bad taste in our mouth. He does not treat his venue or his staff very nicely. We wantedd to get up and tell the other female server that we were sorry for her. This venue would be great if they would fire this rude and sloppy general manager. It's a shame because this used to be one of our favorite venues to go to all the time. The experience is starting to feel cheapened and sullied now.

In fact my four rating is because the server and hostess were great. Very helpful and pointed us in a good direction when we had questions. The space is nice and my wife and daughters said their bathroom was clean. So the food...what was ordered at our table... Chicken and waffles...great Grilled chicken sandwich and fries...great. The chicken was juicy! My daughter also got a side of Mac and cheese which was not good. I honestly think they need to rethink their recipe and until they do, skip it. BLT and fries...my wife loved it, I saw other comments about tomato size, I think this is really about preference. Corned Beef and Eggs with grits... the corned beef was over cooked and the grits were not good and were not eaten. Fried pickles with ranch were good. We wanted a late lunch and decided to give it a try. If you tend to get cold easily, bring a sweater, though I like a chilly dining room so I was fine. I had my heart set on their famous fried mushrooms, and in hindsight I wish we had ordered them as a side. Our waitress didn't realize we wanted them as an appetizer, so they never came out. Not the end of the world, but a small disappointment. Unfortunately, I wish the rest of the food had wowed us enough to make that a minor issue, but for me it fell a little flat. My BLT was very average. The tomato was sliced so thin it was barely there, and although bacon is always good, there was nothing special about the sandwich. I could easily make a better one at home with very little effort. My husband ordered a chicken-fried chicken sandwich, which was better, but still not something I'd return for. The waitress did offer to bring the mushrooms once we mentioned the mix-up, but by then both our plates already came with sides. I got the fried okra, which was actually the best thing on the table. My husband's mac and cheese had almost no flavor. Maybe we just ordered the wrong things. Maybe brunch is where this place shines. Maybe those mushrooms are worth the return trip. I'm not sure, but if I come back and find out, you'll hear about it in a future review. Stay tuned.
