Great wait staff but I met a friend there and his truck window was smashed and his briefcase and gym bag were stolen. I picked the place so I feel terrible. We were there 2hrs max. When I lived in Carrolton I stopped eating at Chilis there because they were always out of everything and always got my to-go orders wrong. Tonight, eating at this location and off the bat they are out of the appetizer we want. To top it off, service is extremely slow. Our waitress is very nice but they have her covering way too many tables. Think I'm going to give up on Chilis altogether, I don't eat out often and for them to always be out of things is very disappointing. read more

This is the first time I've had a bad experience with this location. I have 2 favorite locations Alliance town center off 35W near work and this Lewisville one near home. Last week my coworker's and I ordered "to go" their current $10.99 1/2 rack of ribs special that comes with fries, salad & mini dessert and all 4 of us were finger licking pleased with our orders... I enjoyed it so much that today I was craving for it again... So I call in a order to go just knowing I was going to be thrilled again... WRONG!!! Came in for an early dinner before it got busy. Only had a single server working and he did a fantastic job!!! He had at least 8 tables on top of ours! We got our appetizer and my drink from the bartender in a matter of no time and our food then followed! The manager on duty also helped out with clearing the tables and running food to make sure the other guests were taken care of. I definitely will be coming back to this location over some of the other local Chili's! If you get a choice for a server I'd choose Cristian! read more

Worst service I have ever had in a chilis. I just left your restaurant. I was the only customer at the bar. I ordered boneless buffalo wings for an appetizer from one bartender. After 20 minutes I asked another bartender if he could check on them. He brings them out and after sitting under a heat lamp for 20 they are dried out and disgusting. I had to wait 5 minutes for a water refill because there wasn't anyone behind the bar.I ordered a burger and the bartender never asked me how I wanted it cooked. You would think that sense I am the only customer at the bar I wouldn't have these issues. They never bussed any finished dishes out of my way, so I'm sitting there with a pile of dirty dishes in front of me. I had to wait ten minutes for a Togo box because the bartender I asked was too busy on his phone. You guys dropped the ball on everything. There are two bartenders and I am the only customer at the bar. To top it off I passed a manager on the way out and asked if he was the GM. The last time we go to Chili's in Lewisville. It's dirty, service is bad, and this last time the snotty little "hostess" unapologetically added 30 minutes to our wait from what she first told us of 15 minutes (after waiting 20) because they were "short-staffed". Sounds like a manager change should be a priority! read more

The service is only good if you are happy being ignored. The food is usually like warm and the only person who I have known to pay any attention to the customer is the bar tender. Which is lucky because he pours a heavy hand. Which I guess is the only thing going for this location. The bathrooms are always messy and there always looks like the staff has nothing do. The service was great! The food was very good!!! The only odd thing I found was there were whole cloves of garlic battered and fried with the fried pickles...If I didn't cook and knew what they were I might have thought it was chicken or fish. I don't know if this is normal...I love garlic so I'm ok w it but they should def but it on the menu description so people don't freak out. *Update* Once again, our waitress was on point and super sweet! The fried pickles were too thick for my liking, but still good. The boneless wings had a great crisp and were juicy on the inside. I love their ranch. Always have. The fried cheese curds were amazing while they were hot. Great flavor and nice and gooey, once they cooled they weren't as good. I got the bacon avacado grilled chicken sandwich. I couldn't remember why i didn't like it when I saw the pic online, so I ordered it. It was the bread, the pic doesn't make the bread look too great but it was amazing. I got it without the pesto mayo and got regular instead. I didn't want to risk not liking it. I'm not going to lie, I saw it when it was brought out and in my mind I thought it was a burger (it was huge) and got sad when I picked it up and remembered it was chicken. But after the 1st bite all that disappointment disappeared! So good. I got mashed potatoes instead of fries and they were great. We were sad to see our favorite waitress no longer works here, but we were not disappointed with our waiter in the bar area yesterday! Christian was great! He was very nice, and made sure we got what we needed and that our drinks were filled at all times. We never waited for anything. Food was good, and the bartender did great making our margaritas. We have eaten at this Chili's multiple times and the food has always been good. Today we ate here and had their 2 for $20 which includes an appetizer and 2 full entrees. Well they served the entrees on narrow long plates and the portions were not full size entrees. The Mango Tilapia was the size of a half of a half chicken breast, about 3 or 4 bites at best. The rice was about a tablespoon and a half and then a generous portion of broccoli that was very dry and tough (not edible). The grilled chicken salad was also served on this size plate and when leaving, I noticed someone else had a salad and it was on a regular size plate with a full portion. I am very disappointed in Chili's for showing on the menu that these were full size entrees when they were more like child's plates. read more

Visited the new Chili's this evening and all I can say is gross!! The restaurant is clean but the food is horrible!! Ordered the 2 for & $20.00. We saw they had fresh made guacamole and chips, the guac was frozen and chips had so much salt on them it was unbelievable! The burgers are not as good as a few years ago, I hated the pretzel bun they are using. My girls ordered the hot wings and the chicken was brown and under cooked. I'm sorry but I hadn't been in a few years and from this experience I won't be back ever!! read more

The last couple of times my family has visited Chili's we've noticed the practice of the server dropping off the check when the food arrives. My husband commented his displeasure at this to the the manager who replied that it was so the customers could have a speedy exit during busy lunches. A more efficient staff could take care of that. One time I came in for a to go order and ended up walking out after ten minutes, not once being acknowledged by the to go girl or the manager. I've been at this location several times. Afternoons are the worst. Ive been there with friends and with my family. We are a young couple with 5 kids, so when we are seated by hostess there has been times where the servers who i know have the section bypass us several times before management comes and ask have we've been helped yet. I use to be a server so I know why servers do not want to wait on us. We are young and they dont think we will tip well. Especially with all the kids there. One server walked passed us several times when he only had one other table. I knew this was his section because the hostess said his name. I just waited there to see if he would help. Well there goes his tip if he ever gets to us. Finally before we were about to get up he came. Just horrible. I usually tip 25% or more because thats just how I am. I still even gave him a tip also with a little advice! Night shift is okay I usually try to get this one server who is always on point. I always forget his name but he is awesome! read more
