Let me tell you, this will FOREVER be my favorite chilis just because of their to-go service. I'm not sure her name but the tall blonde at to-go has frequently been giving unbelievable service towards me and my family. Oh my chili's I always forget how good your food actually is! It had been a minute since I had visited a chili's and one night I randomly decided to eat here. It was a Sunday night and the dinner madness had died down. We were greeted by the hostess and asked where we wanted to sit. We sat down and our server came on over right away. She was friendly from the start. We looked over the menu and surprised to see it was different from when we had last visited. I ended up going for a 6oz sirloin with mashed potatoes and sweet corn. My friend ordered a big ol feast to share with our other friend. It consisted of brisket, ribs, chicken tenders, street from, garlic bread, and French fries. We also ordered a potato soup. The soup came out first and it was delicious! It hot which made the cheese melt, yummy. Our food didn't come too long after and whoa was everything delicious. Food was good. Ambiance is always a little noisy, but not bad. The thing that gives them five stars is their staff!! Waiter was awesome, helpful, friendly and went out of his way to "make it right" when my sister's food was too spicy for her to eat. What made this Chilis experience so great is Lesley the bartender. I think I wrote a review about her last time too. She was handling the bar and everyone in the bar and providing excellent service. We were a super cheap date, drinking water and ordering a big appetizer to share. She still took great care of us like we were good customers. I'm cheap on the food and I like to leave a big tip, LOL. We also order light on food so we can get the Molten Lava Cake. It was a bummer it didn't have that hard shell on top because you ran out but it was still delicious. WARNING! If I owned a restaurant or bar I would do whatever it takes to steal Leslie from you. We decided to go to chilis today to meet my in-laws for an early lunch who we haven't seen in awhile. We were the first customers at 11am to arrive at the restaurant and we got sat right away. The server got us drinks and took our order pretty quickly. Myself and one other both ordered the Santa Fe chicken salad and when it arrived to our table, it came with no dressing. We also both asked for no cilantro, and when it arrived, they both had cilantro on it. Also, the chicken was real funky. It felt rubbery and I just didn't true it so I didn't eat any of the chicken. It was a disappointing as we were the ONLY people in the restaurant. Over the year's, the food quality at chilis has really gone down hill which is unfortunate. read more

This chili's is by my house so we decided to come on a Sunday afternoon. It was just two of us and we were seated right away. Our server brought us our drinks super fast. We decided to get the 3 choice fajitas (carnitas, chicken and shrimp) which was suppose to be for 2 but it was really for one. I'm glad I ordered a side of Texas cheese fries or else I would have been hungry at the end. The Texas cheese fries were good but not hot enough. Our sever checked on us like twice the whole time. Okay, I may have high expectations, but in my view it's only so-so, or maybe slightly above average when it comes to the likes of Bar-Food and its ambience! Chili's has become renowned for its status quo-like entrees nationwide and, yet it maintains excellent staff, is diligent, are very nice and above all incredibly attentive. Its Tex-Mex-like emphasis although seeming like a potential draw, most their menu items are basically run-of-mill and non-descript eats, with an abundant packed menu array of offerings, and variety within said items overemphasizes quantity as opposed to distinction. Their portions are well endowed, but taste to value tends to be limited. This is a place that most undoubtedly becomes a fun place when in the midst of friends, family and co-workers, as that will make the atmosphere enjoyable. With such an abundance of National brand and Local pubs, bars and lounges in the Valley, I tend to think one can do better, unless you're just within walking distance from this watering hole. read more

Server, Shawn, took our order and didn't come back I went to this chilis 5/30 around 6:15, 3 adults 1 kid. We had our server come take our order there was no problems. We waited awhile for our appetizers to come out but weren't mad or felt like it was too long. After just getting our appetizers we got our food right after. Again which is fine just weird. Once our food came we started eating and our server never came to check on us and ask if our food was good. Our food was fine besides the chicken being dry and the fries cold but we weren't going to complain either way. My problem was that he never came back to see if our food was correct or needed anything. We saw him talking to other tables and going to them I even saw him sitting at another larger table with guests. When we were ready to go we called him over to get boxes and to go drinks because we never got refills. When we asked for to go drinks he gave us them in the regular cups then we asked for to go cups and he brought us one . Everyone in the restaurant seemed very friendly the hostess was nice and so were the people who brought out the food. Our server didn't seem mean he just ignored us after taking our order. We still tipped even though it felt like he deserved nothing because all he did was take our order and ignore us. read more

We stopped here at the location to eat dinner after enjoying a wonderful production of The Christmas Carol at the Hale Theatre. We entered at 7:15pm and was told by the young man that the kitchen was "backed up " and that there was going to be a 30 minute wait. They did not look very busy and not many cars in the parking lot. We left! That is a sure sign of a poorly run restaurant. We have had service problems at this particular location in the past. I would think that the problems would be fixedby now. We drove to to Power location where we were seated and waited on very promptly. Corporate should fix the problems! Next time we will just walk over to the Texas Roadhouse Grill. read more

Since we come often and are usually happy with the food, I will not give too low of score. Ribs, which are usually fall off the bone, were really fatty and undercooked. Fries were cold. Salad arrived after main course and had to ask for it. No refills of drinks. Hopefully this is just a one off. Will update my score next time. read more

During my undergrad years, Chili's was our "go to" spot for happy Hour. They used to offer a free basket of wings, chips and salsa and $3 well drinks during happy hour. Yes, you read that correctly. Back in the day (2005-2007), Chili's in Chester, VA used to offer free wings, chips and salsa during happy hour. Needless to say, I wore Chili's out. Or maybe Chili's wore me out ... I won't say. Fast forward to March 2018, I stopped in to Chili's for a quick happy hour while running errands. I don't know how new the happy our menu is but right now, March 2018 they are featuring $5 Presidente Margaritas, $3 wells and appetizers for $3, 4 and 5 bucks. I ordered a Presidente Margarita and a half order of the Texas fries. I asked for them fresh and pippin hot because I remember ordered them back in the day and it appears I would always get an old order of fries with cheese barely melted on it. It took no time for my order to come out and guess what ... the Texas Fries were hot and fresh. The cheese was melted in between the fries, not just thrown on top. There was plenty of green onions, bacon and flavor. They were loaded with flavor. I enjoyed the fries, my drink, the service and my time over all so much that I vowed to come back to try them for dinner. I'll definitely return! read more

The service at this Chili's is unmatched! We always have the best servers. I wish I could name all of them but sadly I only remember one name and that's Anthony. I've had Anthony as a server a few times and every time has been a great experience! He makes sure your drinks are full and the food is prompt! He's so polite and always makes sure we have everything we need. This locatio is the best but Chili's as a whole has a great menu and it's budget friendly. It's where I like to go with my friends because the 3 for $10 is a great deal! However we got to choose which area to sit in which was nice (lounge is quieter vs the other area which was slightly noisier). Clean place. My mum and I ordered the dinner for $22 (what I usually get with a friend or family of mine) and chose the half order texas cheese fries (let's ignore how unhealthy it is and talk about how yummy it is LOL) and had the Cajun Chicken Grilled Pasta and the Bacon Cheese Ranch Quesadillas. Chilis. My sweet baby chilis has a special place in my heart. The chipotle chicken tenders 3 for 12 combo is the best. It comes with a great amount of food and its all very scrumptious at a reasonable price. I don't have to spend too much bullion which is important to me. For the food, Ive tried the crispers with the waffles and they were splendid. The waffles were so good I still think about them its been a while. If i could eat chilis every day i would. Im a chilis monster. Im fearful that capitalist greed will ruin the great deals and the amount of food and quality. Right now its in the A tier rank for deals. I love deals. I am the deals man. I recently discovered chilis so i wonder if the deals used to be better. But for now i can say I am very appreciative of the service, the deals definitely and the food is a gift from god. Food was as expected. We went for the lunch specials. $8 lunch specials and include soup or salad with entree. We both got burgers with fries and tried the soup for a starter. Food was good. Came out fast. Bartender was quick and efficient. This location was remodeling so distinct smell of kerosene was a little unpleasant. My husband ordered a drink special that was only 5 bucks. So, I was hanging out with a friend on this side of town and we decided to grab some food, and we ended up here, at Chili's on a Sunday afternoon. For starters, the place wasn't to busy, which was greati. After reviewing the menu, I realized they had happy hour specials all day long in Sunday. Bonus! They had a nice but small selection of alcoholic beverages to choose from, but since I was driving, I had to pass on those. Notated that in the future, I can come here any given sunday and get some food and booze for cheap! I went with the buffalo wings and the free happy hour chips, and my friend got the triple plate where you could sample a few things, which he liked. It actually looked really good! Drinks were always topped off and full, along with the few other requests that we had, like extra ranch dressing and some napkins. The service was pretty good, but I felt a bit rushed at the end. The server was polite and all, but he asked us like 3 times of we were done. Um, yes, and no, I don't want my food cleared right away! He gave us our bill and we sat there for a bit. I mean, it wasn't busy so there wasn't a wait or anything and I don't know what his hurry was. Since I'm stuffed beyond words, I would say it was actually a really nice experience overall. They had a few different games on the TV's throughout the bar, so that was a nice distraction during our lunch/dinner. Overall, not a half bad experience.
