This place is ok. Certainly not the best (even when comparing it to other Chili's), but then it certainly isn't the worst either. The upholstery was cracked and/or ripped in most booths we passed by before getting to ours - which also sported cracked and ripped materials. As always, the pictures in the menu looked Way bigger than irl. I was kinda disappointed by the way the steak fajitas looked when they came out - they were much smaller than depicted in the menu. I guess it has something to do with their recent menu change. They now have a mix & match fajita plate and they will charge you double if you want all steak, which I don't mind. However, when the sizzling plate came out, the meat portion was the same size it has always been. I did notice more peppers & onions, but why so brazenly stingy on the meat? I will not be ordering this dish again. Disappointing, as I really do enjoy this dish, but I also do enjoy not getting ripped off as well. A new fun feature (perhaps adding to the extra added cost of their fajitas? *still sore*) is the option to order drink refills from the bar & pay for your bill right from your table. The tablet interface was very easy to use and gave no problems whatsoever. You could also play games on the tablet for free, but I think someone mentioned an added cost for games at the table in the near future (then why aren't my fajitas cheaper???). Service was friendly, but we were not checked up on after our food came; no drink refills or anything. It wasn't a completely terrible experience, but I don't think I will be back at this location since there's another Chili's closer to where I work and they have a newly updated interior. read more

We went to chilis for my disabled nieces 8th birthday we first sat down in a seat that really didn't accommodate her wheelchair then were moved to a worse spot we didn't get drinks for at least half an hour the waitresses were all out of sync and our drinks were watered down when we got it let's then go to how they didn't take our order for an hour then waited almost an hour to get our food I'd have left except my niece was really hungry. I complained to the waitress and she wouldn't even acknowledge my complaints she ignored me even walked off. Worse chilis I've ever been to!! Wow. This place has really gone down hill. I don't know if it's just this restaurant in particular or new chain wide standards. But, I will never return to this location! First off, when my boyfriend went in to add our name to the list the busy hostess looked at him and said, "I'll be right with you." and he stood by the podium and a minute later she returned, by that time another party had arrived and was ready to also add their name, she looks up and and proceeds to look behind him and asks the other party, "how many?", completely overlooked him. So, he brought it to her attention. - If it would've been me I would've made a complaint then left. After 20 minutes of waiting our party of 4 was seated in this weird corner half booth that was right next to the kitchen/staff doors. Three of us ordered strawberry lemonades and we all agreed that it was extremely sweet and had a really weird aftertaste. I actually asked them to add unsweetened tea to try and fix it. Didn't work. We ordered the onion rings as an appetizer and they were greasy and had a weird seasoning salt on them. Not appetizing at all. They no longer have the onion tower because they changed their menu. After we ordered our food, there was a long wait to get our food. My poor niece kept telling me she was hungry. Finally our food arrived... I ordered baby back ribs with a side of corn. The ribs were so dry, the meat was non-existent that I had to ask for a replacement. Which they did replace. The corn on the cob was pretty good. I ordered my niece the kids meal of mac n cheese and tangerines as a side. I paid $5 for them to give her kraft mac n cheese with canned tangerines. She didn't want to eat it because it tasted pretty bad. I will say that my boyfriend ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and he really enjoyed it. The wait was fine however I wouldn't mind waiting more if the server wasn't ready which she wasn't. Once seated we waited 20 minutes before we were even greeted by the server and got our order. At full capacity and staff that gave us the drinks rudely placed on the table almost spilling them and not wearing uniform so it was odd to see her serve the drinks. Food was good took awhile. Came here yesterday because my boyfriend wanted to eat here so badly .. chili's is bottom of the food chain definitely everything frozen which isn't a problem you get what you pay for right? Only spent about $80 compared to outback or any other higher up steakhouse. The drinks were good , tasty very strong but the problem is my margarita glass was dirty .. I told the server who then grabbed me another dirty glass lol our table was dirty and sticky we had to ask for them to clean it for us. restrooms were dirty , overall the place was dirty. The free chips and salsa comes with watered down tap water salsa. I took a sample home and it tested positive for chloramine. The drinks are watered down as well. I ordered strawberry lemonade and Blackberry ice tea. I complained and after 10 minutes waitress come out with syrup. When I asked for a refill and extra syrup, it did not come with extra syrup. I had to ask again for syrup. Another 10 minutes. My burger and my wife's quesadilla tasted good, but that was it. The side salad was below par, and the chili was salty. Bill also came in screwed up. What can I say, I heart chili's! I always know that I am going to enjoy my presidente margarita and turkey burger. The rest of my family loves it too. They also have pretty great deals that one would be pretty silly to pass up. I mean come on, the three for ten deal is almost the same amount you would spend on fast food and you get a steak, yes a steak. So my bf ordered the three for ten and it comes with app, choice of salad, soup or chips and salsa, beverage and entree. He got salad, coke and steak and it comes with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The only thing we can complain about was the salad. It was toddler size with literally two rings of onions and no croutons!! But they are forgiven because everything tasted delicious. The team at this location was on it and who doesn't love that you can reorder drinks on that kiosk thingy? Food came out super fast, there was hardly a wait at 4 pm and everyone was nice. Chili's overall is a good place to me. I'm merely rating a certain dish one star because of the aftermath my girlfriend and I are dealing with. She got the "LOADED CHICKEN WINGS" (hopefully I got the name right) they're new so she wanted to try them and so did I....look I don't know what it was; like which ingredient could've done this but we both are sick ! Neither of us can sleep...I already threw up a few times, it's just something neither of us have experienced from Chili's before. My family and I had lunch earlier at this chili's. The wait was kind of ridiculous considering half the place was empty and everyone waiting to be seated. We had a server named Mike and he was great. Not once did we have to ask for refills or to go boxes to go he just got them and he had another's 4-5 tables he was taking care of too. Me and my friends got all dressed up super excited to have a dinner together for my birthday and when we got there we got seated and they took our drink orders, they came back fairly quickly with that but then rushed away it took 47 minutes for them to even take our order and they were constantly forgetting pieces of our meals or our refills it took 15 minutes for one of my friends to get his meal after the three of us already had ours my other friends steak was incredibly small and not what we were expecting. They only brought us one of our desserts at first and we had to ask multiple times to get it, along with other things like refills. it to be it it took like an hour to get our bill and finally pay to get out of there overall we spent like two hours waiting. Not a bad little eating place. This one's located off the beaten path of sorts, from Moreno Valley Mall. We went during their 2 for $20 deal. I'm not sure what the deal between chicken crispers and crispy chicken crispers is beyond... well.. crispness? What makes them 'crispers' then? Beer wise, Sam Adams Seasonal is always a good pick, though if you come in during the end of the seasonal pick on tap, you can end up with some not so great tasting beer. The Oktoberfest was good but it had definitely run its course and was on its last legs for taste. Service was excellent and kept checking in to see how we were doing and refilling as we needed it. Many thanks and props to the staff at this Chili's. The entire kids soccer team with parents in tow converged here for lunch on a hot Saturday afternoon. We just came off of an impressive 6-1 win earlier and were in the mood to eat, quench our thirst and celebrate a victory. Arriving first, I asked if they could accomodate a party of around 30. With the entire team arriving within 15 minutes, the staff quickly set aside a wing of the restaurant and assembled a line of tables together. The team sat at the tables and several of the parents took up booths. 3 servers came out and took the drink orders immediately. We were also under the clock as our 2nd game was set to start in less then 2 hrs. Drinks arrived and our coach took charge herself and placed the kids orders. Now imagine having a group of thirteen 10-12 year old boys concentrating and focusing on the task at hand to figure out what they want to eat. That can be an imposing and daunting task for a waitress... Our coach literally told them what they'd be eat and placed the order for them! Everyone was fine with either chick strips or hamburgers. The parents got their order placed and in no time, food was served. The orders were correct and imagine only 1 had to wait a little longer than everyone else for his burger. We got our checks split among the parties and a big thank you to the staff for that! Thanks for accomodating such a large and noisy party at the drop of a hat! Honestly? It's terrible. I've been to Chili's 3 times, all 3 times have proven to be inferior. This time, I ordered a House Salad and BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich. Now, the salad was perfectly fine, a bit on the small side maybe, but tasted fine. The BBQ Sauce for the Pulled Pork is what ruined the whole thing. It wasn't BBQ sauce at all. This was my first time at Chili's ever and the only reason I went was cause someone gave my dad a $50 gift card as a gift. My family never goes to chili's so he gave it to me, a broke college student that would benefit from this gift card. I took my boyfriend and decided let's use the entire balance of the card cause we never go to Chili's We ordered the Triple Dipper appetizer, a full rack of mixed baby back ribs, the chipotle chicken flat bread, and a side of the sizzling mashed potatoes. You choose from 3 appetizers; we chose the Honey-Chipotle boneless chicken wings, the Southwestern egg rolls, and the Spinach Artichoke dip. All the food was pretty decent, but it's nothing that would make us come back. Luckily, we got our flatbread for free because they accidentally made it a different type of flatbread but we didn't know until it came out. The service was not good not bad. If I could give this Chili's 0 starts , I would. we called ahead of time to see how long the wait would be for a party of 8 with an infant. We were told less than 30 minutes. We go inside and we waited over an hour ! Finally when they did decide they want to seat us , they put us at a small booth we're we did not fit or have room to put the baby in a high chair. We ask to be moved , the host told us she'll see what she can do. On the other side of the restaurant there were two tables that sit 8 people and another two tables that only seated 4. They decided to put us at the two tables that seat 4 so our family was separated , we were celebrating a birthday. They took about 45 minutes to take our order and about an hour two bring us our food/drinks which they messed up multiple times . We were here trying to order/eat/pay our bill for over 4 1/2 hours !! I noticed that the people who brought out the food would count the tables and still give our food to other parties. One of the hosts, Alexis , was complaining to the table next to us about how rude another table was being to her which was very unprofessional. When we finally got our food , the food was cold and undercooked. Service was horrible , food was ridiculous. The margaritas were the best !! I came here with my family and waited in the front and observed the hostess ignore us for a while until we were finally able to put our names on the short waiting list. The hostess said the wait was 30 mins and I would be contacted by phone call when the table was ready. We sat in the restaurant waiting area for a table and watched as several people who showed up and reserved tables after us get tables. We ordered take out from here and it was TRASH. I mean absolute garbage. I can't believe how much they charge for these meals and you don't even get what you ask for . First of all, I ordered a southwest chicken CEASER salad. In the description, it says that it is a chicken ceaser salad with queso fresco grilled chicken and tortilla strips with Caesar dressing. When I got my order I opened it up to see a basic ass garden salad with some stale ass tortilla strips and a piece of chicken. And some sweet nasty dressing on the side. But the service at this Chili's is beyond *~* F-U-N *~* , I mean how many times can you say that your waiter rubbed his "moobs". yaaaah didn't think so! haha They entertained me and it made me want to tell the world! They are on top of their game and I think this spot might be adopted into the place me and the girls go to for our "girl's night out" from now on. Their food is pretty decent and a-ok in my book. It's not "HOLY MOLE YOU NEED TO TRY THIS!!!" But it's good enough to eat to where it leaves me feeling like I have the "itis". I usually get a "Triple Dipper" appetizer platter since I've only been there to grab a beer lately. I've eaten their meals before a looooong time ago but wasn't too impressed on the service which made me forget if I actually enjoyed the food. :-P sad to say. Wife and I have been eating here on and off for many years. They have had the police department come and serve for tips to give back to the community. This is a great place. The staff comes and goes but the atmosphere remains the same. For the ones that have had a bad experience here it's not the staff you must have been having a bad day. No matter what time of the day or night we come here everyone is great. The way I see it. I treat people the way I want to be treated. I believe this place has the same people skills as I do lol.
