    Molten Chocolate Cake

The last time I had chilis was probably 10 years ago and remember them having greasy fatty food. My friend insisted on going and I must say the rumors are true - there has been a huge improvement in the options offered and there is a guiltless grill menu with healthier options for those that are health conscious. I had the Santa Fe salad that was actually delicious, chicken had a good spice to it. The skillet chocolate chip cookie and molten lava cakes also delicious. Our server was very attentive and checked on us multiple times. Also a family friendly establishment

As someone who visits often, I can say this is my favorite spot for reliable, delicious food and incredible service. It's a 5/5 experience every single time and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal at a good value. The entire staff from the hosts to the servers are genuinely welcoming and incredibly nice. Over my many visits, I've met several of the workers, and they are all equally professional and kind. Even when the restaurant is packed, they work flawlessly under pressure, maintaining a great attitude and always ensuring the tables are clean. I've noticed the cleanliness is maintained even during the busiest rushes. Their steaks and burgers are surprisingly good for a casual dining chain. A crucial detail for me is that the meat is always cooked to the perfect internal temperature. You absolutely must try the Chicken Tenders. Best chicken tenders I have ever had. They are crisp, fresh, and juicy. For an appetizer, the Triple Dipper is the way to go specifically the mozzarella cheese sticks included in that appetizer they are superior to almost any other version I've tried. Great deserts as well! It's not an expensive place to visit and this Chili's provides an great dining experience. If you are looking for a reliable meal with great service you need to visit.

When we stopped by for lunch, we decided to try the Chili's 3 for me special, which included a drink, along with a salad and entree. The salad was average, but the hamburger and fries were served in large portions, which was a surprise. Usually an inexpensive meal means smaller portions, but not today. Hubs had good things to say about his steak, potatoes and asparagus. My lunch was 10.99 which is an amazing deal for expensive Naples. There was a bit of a wait, but the service was good and so was the food. They have generous parking and it's right off Collier, which is an easy to find location. Chili's has a varied selection of sandwiches and pasta dishes, along with a casual pub atmosphere. This is a place we eat at occasionally and poor service or poor quality has not been an issue.

The waitress was friendly but not super attentive, never checking in until we were done which prevented me from reminding her she forgot part of my order. What my side and I did have was good, although mine did not look like I expected (see pictures). I'll chalk this up to overworked staff and bump what should probably be a 3 star review up to 4 stars.

Hummm only 2 Stars , when I went to leave my review. Our waitress Haylee was great, she was friendly and did a good job. The food came out hot, my burger was delicious a d my wife Quesidia needed a little more chicken. Over all great experience.

It's a nice place inside of Great Wolf Lodge. A very simple menu. I kind of like the kids options more than the adult options. That's just my opinion. I had a cheeseburger. Asked for it to be well done. But nope. It was pink. More pink than I cared for. But ate half of it. I'm still alive. My husband got wings with sweet chili sauce. Grandson got Mac and cheese with French fries. Granddaughter got chicken tenders with fries. Very very pricey. But you pay for the place. Definitely not for the food. Our overall experience at Fireside was nice. And I do recommend because it's on property.

When we arrived at our reserved time, we stood at the front while the hosts whispered to each other, waved their hands around, and even covered their faces with a menu while talking--yet never greeted us. Why have hosts who can't even acknowledge arriving guests? Our server, seemed unenthusiastic. You would think that with how expensive it is to eat there, the food would at least be good--but it wasn't. We ordered the crispy smoked pork belly, which was pretty good, but everything after that went downhill. I got the buffalo chicken mac and cheese, and my boyfriend got the chili lime chicken bowl. Both were disappointing. I had barely any chicken, and the flavor reminded me of frozen buffalo chicken you'd heat up for Sunday night football. The mac and cheese was bland and tasted mostly like noodles and butter with a bit of ricotta, buffalo sauce, and a few small pieces of chicken. Also the onions on top tasted disgusting, the breading came off the second i ate it, and i ended up with soft pieces of onion in my mac and cheese. My boyfriend's bowl also had barely any chicken and was mostly just rice--you pay $23 for essentially a bowl of rice. I'm extremely unhappy with my experience at Fireside.. Everyone is eating in the same huge room that echos and all you hear is kids screaming. At the end of our dinner, when our server dropped off the checks, we realized why she might have seemed unenthusiastic and provided only mediocre service: an automatic 18% gratuity was already added. I feel like i just wasted an hour of my time along with 80 dollars

From the moment we walked in, the hostesses and manager made us feel welcome and had us seated right away. Our server, Angel, was fantastic. He walked us through the menu, explained how many of the dishes were prepared, and made thoughtful recommendations without ever feeling pushy. We started with the octopus and fresh focaccia with honey. The octopus was exceptional--easily one of the best I've had and on par with dishes I've enjoyed at Michelin-starred and James Beard-recognized restaurants. We also shared the beet and goat cheese salad, followed by the local snapper and the ribeye cap topped with lobster claw and tail in chimichurri. Every dish was beautifully prepared and showcased the quality of the ingredients. The cocktails were well balanced (not overloaded with ice), and the Thyme on Thyme is an easy recommendation if you're looking for something light and refreshing. The wine list paired nicely with the meal as well. Watching the sunset over the water while listening to music drifting across the park made the evening even more memorable. He was warm and friendly and was attentive throughout the night. They had a good selection of wines by the glass, and specialty cocktails From the summer dining specials, we all ordered different entrees. Everything was delicious. My wife ordered the fish tacos, which came with a side salad topped with blue cheese crumbles and red onion. The presentation looked great with nice char on the fish, fresh pico, and shredded cabbage piled high. But the execution fell short. The fish itself was chewy and not very tender.
