I visit this location when I was at my brother house, I forget to check the reviews on yelp, big mistake. Order food take long time to bring food and when bring the burgers it was without the fries because it was not ready. This was the worst meal. I have been here before and it was ok, but last night was just awful. The meal start with chips and salsa, so salty that we couldn't eat them. My husband had a chicken sandwich and the chicken was over cooked and tough with a hard stale bun. I had a veggie burger with the same same hard stale bun. Not the best operated Chili's or experience. We were visiting from out of town and went at about 7:30 PM on a Friday night. We expected it to be busy, which it was, but not incredibly. We only had to wait about five minutes for a clean table. Once seated, we waited about ten minutes for a waitress to appear and while she was nice, it was obviously forced. It was busy and she was probably tired. My sister ordered the fish taco platter and was told she could not substitute the rice and beans with anything, which she normally does at other locations because she doesn't like beans. She didn't argue this, but the rice was extremely dry and the small bowl of beans was slopped over dripping onto the plate. We ordered the cheese fries as an appetizer and someone other than our waitress dropped off two small plates for us to use and they were clearly dirty with some sort of green sauce splatted on them, When our waitress came by, we ask for different plates and pointed out the sauce. She was very embarrassed and brought us clean plates. While waiting for our food, I could see our waitress busing tables as well. The place was obviously understaffed and she was doing two jobs. The floor was filthy everywhere with food spilled under tables, etc. At the end of our meal our waitress explained how to use the small computer at the table to pay and advised about the guest satisfaction survey that pops up after payment. She told us that any score other than a "5" on the survey questions was considered "poor". I have worked at other companies that doe this same illogical reasoning for guest experience surveys, so I gave her all 5's. It's shame she had to mention it and also a shame that I could not give my true opinion about our experience without penalizing her. Finally, I totally understand that Chilis is supposed to be a fun atmosphere, especially when it comes to celebrations. There were about 4 birthday "clap and sing" occasions by the waitstaff in the place during our visit. Totally expected, but one of the female staff members that participated in these, did some sort of strange high-pitched howling before and after the song which was worse than nails on a chalkboard. Sometimes, they just go a little to far. The bottom line is that this area of Naples has a very limited amount of restaurants on this same level, and this restaurant has not managed to get the right balance of staff for how busy it normally must be. We drove to other areas of the city to dine for the rest of our trip. read more

I don't think there is a Manager on duty. The service is so slow and disorganized. Food comes out cold because the waiters are not paying attention. The bar is really slow, it takes 20 minutes to get a drink. They will continue to go downhill if they don't hire a manager and train their staff and have their staff continue to go to the kitchen to deliver the food. read more

I decided to give this restaurant a second chance before reviewing it... I am not one to frequent chain restaurants, but this one is in a very convenient location with a lot of interesting menu options. On this latest (and final) visit, we were not acknowledged at our table for about 10 minutes upon being seated. We initially ordered the Mountain Melt-wannabe , (boneless chicken smothered in jack cheese with bacon and chives) it was OK. Our drinks were served promptly, and that is where this experience took a turn. After ordering our entrees consisting of a burger and fish tacos, we waited for a solid 30 minutes without anyone coming by our table again. After that time, the manager stopped by to inform us that it will be just a bit longer and he wasn't sure what was going on with our food. Ok... 10 minutes more and I grabbed the manager (as the server hadn't stopped by once since taking our order), he informed me that the burger had been cooked incorrectly twice.. I mean how difficult is it to cook a medium burger? And I could only imagine what the fish tacos looked like after being under a heating lamp that whole time. HOWEVER, my intent is for this review to be seen by the GM to please do something with you staff. The service is terrible!! After a bad experience last August (2015) at this particular Chillis, we decided to give it another try. Same management, same problems only worse than last time. Food order was wrong, asked for no tomato on flatbread-server came out with it with tomato and told me the manager said to bring it out and maybe I would still want it-not too bright. Managed to mess up the other food order. Was told a new flatbread would take 7-10 minutes-it took 20 and came out too well done. Then they took off only one of the meals that they messed up-not both. Again I emailed the main headquarters to complain. Only saving grace was I got gift certificates to us which I did at my local Chillis (Bethpage, NY) which has much better service and they do not mess up your order! We came to this Chili's a couple days after it opened recently. It wasn't busy when we got there but it was packed towards the end of our meal. So packed that they gave our table to a group of people before we were even ready to leave. The people came and stood behind us and waited for a few minutes until we got up. We were really uncomfortable.. Our waitress was obviously new to waitressing but we expected that since it's a new restaurant. My food was really good, not overcooked at all. The fajitas are always good at Chili's! These things on the table are like little tablets that you can look through the menu on and pay your bill with your card on your own. You can also see a running tab. It's pretty cool. Our experience was good overall, we were just feeling really awkward from the people hovering over us thing. Very bad. Watermelon margarita had no liquor that I could detect. Very watery drink. Waitperson was jittery, overturned full glass of water with ice all over the table. Pleasant enough waitperson but not very attentive to table. Left menus on table after ordering, missing plates, missing silverware, never cleared dirty empty plates during service. We liked the appetizer bean dip with chips. When we ran out, asked for more dip, was bluntly told "no" not... "sure it will be another charge" or something to that effect... just "no". Very STRANGE. 3 people ordered Fajita dinners, Fajitas are now served with thimbles of condiments, literally 10 shaves of cheese in a thimble, a thimble of sour cream, only 2 cold tortillas? for a Fajita dinner, Really? They seemed busier than most days so it took about 15 minutes from the time my food was ready for me to have my order in hand. I placed an order online for a chicken quesadilla (you would think that isn't hard to mess up) and steamed broccoli... I picked up my food and got home and took a bite of the "chicken" quesadilla and something tasted strange...so I opened it up and I counted THREE DIFFERENT MEATS!!!! and I know for sure that 2 of the three meats were NOT CHICKEN(which is gross because I only eat chicken and fish). IT WAS DISGUSTING!!! I will never eat there and again... I would give zero stars but the steamed broccoli was good, I am surprised though that was not messed up. I called their corporate guest services hotline the day after the terrible experience I had at this restaurant. I was told their GM would call me within 3 days of my report. It has now been 27 days. I called the hotline again and was told to await a call from the GM once again, to which I replied negatively since I REFUSE to wait another month, and instead asked for the regional manager's phone number. I was informed that they do NOT give out numbers, to just WAIT. This company is terrible. Never have I seen a company where you are not allowed to call someone, they will call YOU. Mind you this entire thing is based on discrimination towards one of the people in our party. You would think they would act faster when such a sensitive subject is the issue. The Servers are or seem to be racist, I was waited on by a Caucasian man with my family and we patiently waited, the food was brought to us and the server spilled ranch all over the table and constantly stepped on my foot. I thought he would clean up the ranch but to my surprise he only said "DAMN IT" and walked away. My family is very patient and understanding so we left the restrain after eating and putting up with the rude mans attitude, we even left him a high tip amount although he did not deserve it, but don't get me started with that little Cuban girl. We have not been in here that this place has NOT been clean. Tables filthy, menus dirty with spilt food and walking to the restroom, the door openings leading from the kitchen, the floors are greasy and SLICK. We sat down at a dirty place, thinking they would clean it when they saw us sit down and they just laid out napkins on top of the food spilt on the table and water rings left from the glasses. Wife's birthday disaster!! Been to Chili's other locations and had great ribs and other meals. After ordering two meals of ribs and waiting 20 minutes we were told they only had one slab of ribs. Thank God, the one slab we got was dry and flavorless. Ordered a dessert skillet and coffee. The dessert was gone before the coffee arrived. Worst possible place in Naples to go for dinner! The service was extremely slow and they were not busy. Most frustrating part was getting the check. I've been a rewards member for years and also added the Plenti rewards to my card when asked the first time it came out. The last three visits didn't take my rewards ... said the email is already in use. Yes I know! It's MY email! The kiosk didn't work , so the server brought us another one with someone else's check on it. When we complained, after it taking 15 minutes , we were given the excuse that there was a bunch of teams with kids in the night before who messed up the kiosks. How is this my problem? That was last night. We spent 1 1/2 hours for 3 people from time in, seated and finally got our paper bill. The store had been open at least an hour before we got there . My sister, husband and I decided to go to chili's for a few drinks and maybe some food since their food is always mediocre if not just bad. Our waitress was rude and had a bit of an attitude when we started with our orders. We ordered the chips and salsa which is extremely salty and a triple dipper appetizer the burger bites were so under cooked the bottom bun was soaked in blood. After pondering whether we should stay we ordered sour cream enchiladas, fajita trio, and a quesadilla salad. The enchiladas were cold, and the sour cream sauce was hot, the shrimp on the fajita trio wasnt cooked and the lettuce on the quesadilla salad was wilted like it was sitting under a heat lamp for 40 minutes. How is possible to mess up all 3 orders. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told he'd be with us shortly. After waiting for a manager for almost 20 minutes my husband had to ask another server for a manager and he/she still didnt show up. It was after we paid the manager came to our table and asked if everything was ok. And the sad thing is they werent even busy. Most of the servers were standing around talking to each other anyway.
