wish that i couldn't even give it a star. we went last night party of 9 server got our drink orders got us out the drinks, but never asked any of us if we needed refills or anything the whole time and didn't even acknowledge us. once we order we don't wait that long for the food but then MY FRIEND FOUND A HAIR IN HER EGG ROLL. safe to say after that happened we ask the server for the check, but she takes 20 min to bring out after we ask. once she brings out the checks she starts to complain about the table next to us which was just awkward. I understand that people can be disrespectful that come into restaurants because i work at one, but i do know that you shouldn't tell your table that. Let me start with the service was very good. Now for the food! Lemon in one of our waters was old and completely brown. My Margarita container lid was stuffed with straw paper and a customer receipt from 3/7 which tells us it wasn't even cleaned since today is 3/12. My salmon was good but the broccoli was old, dry and I didn't eat it. The rice was dry and not fresh. We tipped 20 percent because the girls weren't responsible for the lack luster food or the dirty shaker lid. They did remove my drink from the bill however we were told the manager was coming to the table but he never showed! I will not be going back. read more

This review is particularly for server mike t. He is absolutely fantastic. I am a server myself in the Navarre area and I must say its awful walking into an establishment without being acknowledged and even worse the host walking right past you more worried about getting a create a pepper on the door. Which is exactly what happened. Mike t. Saw me and even with food in his hand seated me and told me he would be right with me, now that's taking care of a customer! No way was it even busy for the host to ignore me in that way. This 5 star rating is solely for mike t. I give a negative star for the hostess hopefully she gets shit for this review she should look for another job, she's terrible at being a host. read more

Horrible! The only thing positive about this chili's location is the bartender, Gretchen, who seemed to literally be doing everyone else's job. She was running food, bartending, picking up tables, and at some points picking up the slack from the hostess and the manager. The manager was by far one of th2 worst I have seen, when we saw him at all. In an hour and a half we saw the manager twice...when he finally decided to help any of the front of house, who were in the weeds, on a busy Friday afternoon. Not once did he bus a table, run food, or greet a customer. Which people were waiting at the door for over 20 minutes...magically he finally come out helps and gets them all seated in no time. Worst manager or team player I have ever seen in the industry. Gretchen, our fantastic bartender, is the only reason the front of house seemed to operate and she was by far the only reason I would ever come back. She was 100% rocking everything. read more

We want to like Chili's. The service is good and we like the adult beverages...BUT the food looks nothing like the wonderful menu pictures. We get it-we are not totally naive but Geesh. The bacon is precooked microwave, the avacado on our sandwich was grey and smashed-yuck.The menu has these beautiful slices of tomato and avacado. My half pound burger was a burnt to a hockey puck. I don't know where the other people thought they were when they wrote their reviews on this dump, but I for one will tell you if you want ANY service at all....DON'T go here. My husband and I walked in, got seated right away, sat at our table, the "waitress" looked us dead in the eye, and proceeded to talk baby talk to a child seated at the table in front of us, turned and walked away. We waited for about 5 minutes before we got up and walked out!! Southern Hospitality????? Not alive in this hole. We have gift cards that we need to use, I suppose we will just have to go and use them somewhere besides in the greater Pensacola area. Went there tonight was not busy . Got seated right away . Got the 3 for 10.00 meal salad was awesome but when my food came out it had a hair in my food . The server took the plate and had it remade but not once did she say sorry or do you want to see a manager didn't even give us a discount for the hair . So safe to say I won't be back to this one . read more

About the third or forth time to visit since the move to new building, ordered the California turkey club, the problem was it looked as if who had put the sandwich together was trying to see how fast they could make it, I took it and had to move things around, theres not an excuse to make a sandwich that way when you serve anything to a customer thats to eat it should be appealing to the eye as well as good taste, nice waitress, I did tell her about the way the sandwich was put together, gave her full 20% + tip wasn't her fault but it will be a while before I go back, if I do. read more

I usually love this Chili's, and I have had both takeout and dined in before. But I ordered two different kinds of soup and their spinach queso to-go today, and was SO disappointed. The chips were stale, the soups were chunky and cold, and the queso was also cold and stiff. When I questioned the curbside employee, he was very rude about it and said that was the way it always comes. That is in fact NOT true. Every other takeout meal ordered from this establishment had been hot and ready to eat right then. We ate at Chili's today and right when we sat down we saw a roach on top of the table next to us. We watched as an employee captured it with a napkin and disposed of it quickly enough. Of course I'm waiting for some disinfectant to follow and only see a different employee wipe the table with a napkin. Really? Then they sat a mom, dad and baby at the table. Menu Looks Great For a Chain. I wasn't overwhelmed by the Big Mouth Burger Bites, but they were decent. The slightly spicy panko breaded onion rings were pretty good for a frozen product. There's a lot of new Mexican dishes on the menu that look worthwhile. Gosh I hate giving bad reviews but last night our dinner was unforgivable. I could have thrown up a better meal. We ordered some loaded fries and asked for no bacon only to have it brought out to us loaded with bacon. Then my husbands $17 sirloin came out, again the mashed potatoes were loaded with bacon, wth. He asked for his meat to be medium rare and the cook had no clue what he was doing, it was raw on one side, over cooked on another, and overly salted, it was a mess. After scraping the mound of bacon off we tried to eat the potatoes and couldn't, they tasted powdery to me, it was weird. At least they got the broccoli right, that would have been sad if they hadn't. I got the Mexican bowl expecting it to taste like Chipotle, big error on my part because my expectations were no where close to being met. The mango sweet tea was awesome though, and they now have it to where you can pay at your table at a little kiosk, that was cool, and it asks you about your experience. Our waitress was very nice and we let her know she didn't do anything wrong and that we appreciate her but the food was awful, she apologized and asked if we wanted to speak to the manager. At that point my angry/disappointed/hungry husband just wanted to get out of there. I came to this chilis two weeks ago, ordered the ribeye with broc and cheese and asparagus. The steak was cooked perfectly to rare and was great. Due to me dieting at the time, I kept to this order. Last week the steak was ordered to Rare and it came out as medium rare to medium. Was pink throughout. The manager on duty corrected this with no issues and the second came out rare. Today was the third time ordering the same, rare, again the steak came out as rare in only a few corners but medium rare throughout. The manager on duty came out, talked to me briefly, regrettably I had no time to change the steak out due to work. The MOD did make right on this, and the rest of the experience was good. I'm just not sure where the break is in the cooking. I'll keep coming back of course, but I want it to improve! read more

Went there for lunch on a Thursday. Got there at 11 just as they opened and there was only one other table being used. They messed my order anyway by putting mayo on the sandwich when I asked for no mayo. Took about 5 minutes before the waitress finally came back by so I could tell her about the mess up. Took about another 7 or 8 minutes to get a new sandwich. Food was good once it got there. Ketchup bottle on table was empty. Not sure how that happened since we were the first ones to use that table that day. Waitress took quite a while to finally bring our check as well after she said she was going to go get it. we went there with our family and had the worst service and food. The server couldn't get our order right. We waited and waited for our drinks , brought out two of everything except mine. Said they were out of wine? And when we told him we didn't order doubles on the others he said it was two for one night? The food was again after waiting a very long time and then started bringing the entrees before the appetizers we ordered. When the burgers were finally brought out they were burnt black when they were ordered pink. It took ten minutes to get a straw for my drink when I finally got my replacement for the wine. The cold salad that was ordered came last and was on a hot plate, and only after reminding them it hadn't been brought out. We asked for the manager and he was totally belligerent. I haven't had Chili's in a year and this was my first visit to the new location. The burger was too greasy to eat. There was a huge puddle of water under our table. When we pointed it out to our server she did nothing about it. Within 30 minutes of eating there, the other person in my party threw up. The waitress did nothing when I told her the burger was too greasy to eat. Then the water on the floor was a big puddle under the table and they just opened. read more

We went to Chili's for lunch to celebrate our grandson's fifth birthday. Our server, Casey, did an excellent job. She continually refreshed our drinks. When she found out there was a birthday boy in the group she brought him a bowl of vanilla ice cream. The food was very good. We tend to go to Chili's as we like the flavor and selection of their food. Casey was an excellent server and when we come back to Pensacola to visit our grandchildren we would definitely come back to this location. read more

So a typical Chili's, but I think it is cleaner than others I've been to. My daughter loves the soup, so we end up here once every few months. We normally sit in the bar area (my daughter is 18, so I'm not sitting at the bar with my toddler) as I find the wait staff to be friendlier and usually more engaged with their tables. Sometimes our orders are right, sometimes small fixes have to be made but for a chain, it isn't that bad (Applebee's is kind of funky), and their drinks are pretty good- occasionally I'll have a margarita. Their chips are the cantina style, our family's favorite. We usually stick with soup, salad or appetizers- so can't speak for entrees. read more

Horrid service - This was the second chance Chili's asked for and on a relatively uncrowded Sunday at 5:10, one might think that someone would stop by the table and offer at least a drink order. But, NOOOO! Waited 10 minutes, waived at two waitresses, but three nearby tables got service and not so much as a glance at mine. So I left and went to Tijuana Flats across the street. The pregnant Bartender was very rude to my girlfriend and I. We sat at the bar and watched her walk by at least 10 times before she acknowledged us, (mean while 2 more couples sat down beside us and got menus)that was only because my girlfriend had to basically make her notice us. She then tried to play victim and told the manager my girlfriend screamed obscenities at her and was being disrespectful..She placed pregnant woman in distress role very well. Ordered 3 margaritas, they took 45 minutes. Ordered dinner. Another 45 minutes. Ordered drinks (because our waitress disappeared after taking our initial order) on the little digital on table screen, 35 more minutes pass and I'm sitting here with no margaritas.
