This was a visit while we were in town, and it was extremely underwhelming. Our waitress was nice enough but didn't pay much attention to our table. The beer I ordered she repeated incorrectly, they were out of a bunch of items (to be fair it was the day after thanksgiving), the other staff working were not friendly whatsoever. I had ordered a side salad with blue cheese dressing but ended up getting ranch. When I let the waitress know, she just picked it up off my plate in front of me and sighed. When she brought the "correct" dressing, it tasted sour like it had gone very bad. My husband ordered the sliders and when they came out they looked like those frozen ones you buy at the store. From reading the reviews, you'd think this place was a Public Health Cesspit, just waiting to get shut down. However, that's not the case at all! One of my buddies came here with her family & had a good time. She recommended this place & DH's interest was piqued. A change of pace from eating "fancy food". The rating was adjusted for this - $10/head is NOT fancy food! We went on a Saturday night & it was packed. It was a 25-30 minute wait for a table for 2. They called a party of 2 who didn't answer, so we were offered the table. When we saw it, we could see why. There was a section of tiny micro-booths. Quite squishy & too cramped for regular sized Americans. But DH and I are pretty compact & fit with plenty of room left. Our server was outstanding. She worked her butt off, kept a great attitude despite being ridiculously busy, and checked in with us multiple times. I believe her name was Emily. She took our drink orders promptly. My friend said the service was slow the times she went, but that wasn't what we experienced. We went for the $10 deal for 3 courses (see photo of the flyer). It's not advertised prominently in the restaurant. We got 1 salad & 1 order of chips & salsa. Salad was fresh - a blend of iceberg & baby greens. Citrus vinaigrette was made in house & tasted "real". The chips were pretty amazing...super thin & crispy & even a little warm. Clearly just made. The bowl of chips were gigantic. Such a bad temptation for a lover of crunchy things like myself. The salsa had a Southwest touch to it. A hint of bell pepper flavor. It also seemed freshly made, not from a jar. The main dishes came out on mini cast iron skillets. I got the chicken fajitas, which were fully cooked & hot. Not sizzling, like the full size platters we saw coming flying out of the kitchen, but hot. The white meat chicken strips were soft, mildly seasoned. The green bell peppers & onions were lightly charred, but could have used more time on the stove to soften them up. Flour tortillas were piping hot & wrapped in a piece of aluminum foil. They were soft & slightly better than grocery store ones. DH got the carnitas fajitas, which was too lean, but he still enjoyed it. Cheese, sour cream, salsa were fine...not "fancy grade" food, but better than expected for this price point. The dessert was a mini chocolate lava cake. It was elaborate. Like a mini bundt, but with a liquid interior, and topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream with chocolate shell. And drizzled with caramel & chocolate sauces. I thought it was too sweet & had some tough overcooked spots (microwave reheat?), but DH inhaled his. It would have been better with more vanilla ice cream, to give it some balance. Overall, our tab was slightly over $20, which is an incredible deal for eating out. Can't judge them with the same standards as fancy food, but certainly as good as or better than what the average American can cook at home. Quantity was sufficient - we ate until we were totally stuffed. DH says he wants to try their ribs the next time. If someone from the company is reading this: the bathroom needs closer follow-up on busy evenings. It wasn't that clean and there were no paper towels. read more

It's a Chili's so you know what to expect and what you'll get. The service was really good however the place doesn't look clean, especially the area leading to the bathrooms, it really smells bad. I think some of that feeling has to do with how the floors look so they may be clean but they just don't look clean. read more

A regrettable experience. We came here for a casual dining experience with the kids. We've been to other Chili's locations before and know what to expect. After a short wait we were seated. After ordering it took over 20min to get our ribs and fajitas. Tables that came in after us got their food at the same time or sooner. Ribs came out lukewarm and the fajitas had no sizzle. I won't even go into the the quality of the food. Our waitress, Erica, was amicable but made several errors. - forgot a side that was ordered - made an error keying in our order resulting in an overcharge - did not check on our drinks or anything else until after we were done eating When I pointed out the price error on the bill it took 2 visits to our table from the waitress and 2 more visits from the manager before the errors were corrected. Another 15 minutes wasted. The "sides" section on the menu is misleading or management's interpretation of the pricing is incorrect. Ask before you order. The combined deficiencies in the kitchen, wait staff, and management result in an overall highly unsatisfactory meal. $63 for dinner wasted. read more

I could taste the spiciness immediately upon placing a piece of chicken on my tongue, and with a lack of refills on water, I just couldn't finish this. Corn was alright, fries were thick and starchy (in a good way!). + Cajun Chicken Pasta - Penne pasta with garlic Alfredo sauce and Cajun spices, topped with grilled chicken, Parmesan, tomatoes and green onions. By far the worst Chili's location in our area. We usually order the Cajun chicken pasta, the last two times the pasta was stale and there was maybe a teaspoon of sauce sprinkled on top. The salsa container comes a quarter filled every time, thankfully the chips and salsa are free with giving the online order number. Nachos- Approximately 12 chips spread out on a plate with meat and cheese melted on each one. The center of the plate is where the salad, and sour cream lies. First mistake was them assuming that patrons wanted every chip covered with the melted cheese and meat, instead of the usual mound of chips that most restaurants serve when you order nachos. Second mistake was they put a teaspoon maybe a tablespoon of sour cream combined with salad in the middle Of the plate. Obviously setting you up to order more sour cream at an added charge. When you order to go, make sure that you need to enter the restaurant and pick it up yourself, Don't ( as suggested by them, and also the sign outside) wait inside your car and wait them to bring you the order.... they never bring the order to you! I waited outside for long time and saw other people came in to pickup their orders and then realized that I should not just wait outside for my order. I came in and found my order, on the receipt slip, it printed the ready time was 10 minutes ago..... I also heard another lady complaining for their "to go" service, and asked to speak to their manager. The TV's were way too loud (could barely hold up a normal conversation), our table was sticky and had a long hair on it (gross), my dinner was served warm (almost on the cool side) and the restroom was an absolute mess! This Chili's is trash. I ordered a smoke house combo with the "new" brisket and jalepeno cheddar sausage. The first brisket I got looked like a piece of bacon and super dried out also my plate was missing items. I told the food runner and they took it back. Then our server asked what the problem was and I told him and he said he'll talk to the manager and he should come out with it. The next time my food came back it literally looked like the same piece and even burnt. Our server came back and asked how it was and I said it looked like the same piece just burnt and he didn't really make an effort to fix the problem. Disappointed in their efforts I just asked for another serving of the sausage and he said okay. About 10 minutes went by still waiting for my sausage and the manager comes out with a plate of brisket. Didn't even talk to me or apologize but just handed me the plate of brisket and said "here you go" and walked away. We asked for the bill and they didn't even comp me for my meal when they've messed up on it not once but 3 times. I wouldn't recommend coming to this Chili's. I am giving this Chili's 2 stars...and average of 3 stars for food flavor and prices and 1 star or less for customer service. We ordered the "Two for $25" and feel it is a great deal...2 salads, 2 entrees, and 1 dessert; that deserves 3 stars. However, based on the customer service, I would give this location 1 star. First of all, the dining area was empty but we had to wait for a table. Once seated, we waited and waited to order; we finally had to flag down a server and were told we had to wait. So we waited and waited to order. When the order came, my coffee was missing and one of the gal's side salads was missing. It took a while to flag someone down...my coffee came, but the side salad appeared after we finished eating and after requesting it several times during the meal. We had ordered dessert, but that never arrived. One dessert arrived, but the other was missing. The refill on my coffee was ice cold, as if it came out of the refrigerator. It took a while to flag down a server to get our other dessert and hot coffee. The coffee never came, after flagging someone down, I was told it was brewing. When the coffee finally came, it was not freshly brewed and it was lukewarm. I gave up! So after a 1pm arrival, we finally finished eating at 3:30pm...it took that long to get our orders. And no, the place was not busy...it was President's Day and the place was empty. It is sad to see that many Chili's restaurants have closed in the last few years; I won't be surprised if this location eventually disappears too. read more

We went here after shopping at the mall. The restaurant was clean inside and the staff was very inviting! One of the girls we went with had NEVER been to chili's so.. we had to go. We did not have to wait! We got a seat at a booth in the back. It was nice bc we were out of the way of the hustle and bustle. We got drinks, angry orchids with a shot of fireball ($12 + each) it was okay but a little pricey for what it was. Considering you can get a margarita for $5! Lol ohh well. She took our orders super quick and our food came out really fast. Two of us for the ribeye as well as loaded mashed potatoes. Our waitress was beyond nice!
