I was here last night having dinner I had the ribeye steak. My server seem so great at first little did I know I was going to find a piece of hair in my food. I was only 3 bites into my food therefore, I told my server and she said she was sorry and took the dish. As I went over to her I over heard her telling the cooks "omg she put her own hair on the food" correct I didn't I'm a server myself and that's no way to talk about your guest. I am beyond dissatisfied with this location. I came here with my fiancé because I had a bad day and wanted to have a nice dinner. When we were served our food my order came out wrong. They bring it back and it's wrong again. I sent it back. Ok third times a charm. They bring my food out and there is barley any steak on the plate that I was paying for! Then I go to eat a shrimp and it's COLD!!! At this point I'm beyond upset because my fiancé had finished his food. I still haven't been able to eat my dinner. Do you remember a time in which chilis was so delicious and the food quality was amazing, now not so much. I give Angie our waitress a 5 star review for her upbeat attitude and smile, food-no Bueno. There were so many nats near our food one landed on my fork and looked as if it was giving itself a bath, and was so big I could see his eyeballs. Luckily I saw him and he stuck to my dressing on my fork so he couldn't fly away but I spotted him before I put that little sucker in my mouth. Placed a curbside order on my way home from work. What a disaster. The order was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes...which was perfect as I was about 15 minutes away. Not so perfect after all. I ended up waiting over an hour AFTER I got to the restaurant to pick up my food. On top of that, the waiting area was filthy with food and trash on the floor, the phone was ringing off the hook with nobody answering, and when I asked about my order, I was told repeatedly that it was being packaged up and out shortly. Went here on a Sunday afternoon around 1:30. They seemed pretty busy but told me my party of two could be sat within 20 minutes. That was good news. We waited about 30 minutes to be sat- no big deal as there were busy. However, after we were sat, our server never showed up. We waited 10 minutes and still no server- no water, no silverware, no napkins- nothing. We waited another couple of minutes before deciding to leave. To whom it may concern, My wife and I went to Chili's to get my favorite meal there The Ribs and Moulton Lave Cake for desert. I had been wanting to go to Chili's for 2 weeks. Our waitress was very pleasant. My wife went to the restroom and when she came back I went. I also grabbed some paper towels wet and dry to wipe off the table that was sticky ( No big deal) Then she asked me if I looked in the kitchen when I walked by I said no and she said it was filthy. I didnt think a lot about it until I looked around our table and the floor in the isle way and how dirty and filthy it was that made me finally ask her if she wanted to go ( after we ordered) We were very hungry and I was really looking forward to those ribs and especially my Moulton Lava Cake. We had no choice but to leave, it was to much to overlook and think that our food was coming from a dirty place in all areas. Just wanted to let you know t defiantly needs a spring cleaning. Just had amazing vegan tacos at this Chili's location! Originally we wanted to order the chicken tacos without the meat and dairy, but our server (Steve) helped us to get more bang for our buck. We hacked the "sides" menu to create delicious vegan tacos! He went above and beyond for our table and kept the refills coming. He was super nice and friendly and in a good mood. The food is the same. 3 stars because I got frozen corn on the cobb with my chicken strips and the wife got a bacon quesadilla, problem is she order a smoked chicken quesadilla, without chicken, she got the bacon one. Having just got off the plane from San Francisco around dinner time I knew that I had to make a beeline to my favorite dinner establishment in Rancho. I've been frequenting this particularly Chili's ever since I was about five years old so I know my way around this restaurant quite well. Through the years this Chili's has managed to always manage to hit that special spot for me. The service was great, even for a busy Saturday night. I've tried Chili's recently only because I had a gift card. Let me just say.. this is one of the worst experiences I've had in a while. I placed my order online with a specific time I'd pick up my order. I gave an extra 10 minutes to make sure order was ready as I'm limited in time as I went on my lunchtime. When I arrived, there was nobody at the register so I waited a bit, no big deal. When someone finally came out, they apologized to the customer that had been waiting longer than me & finally acknowledged me. 10 minutes later my food came. So now to pay.. the person that gave me my food asked if I had paid because he wasn't trained on that. So now he takes off again looking for someone to charge me. So he finds someone who appears to know what they're doing but then tells me again to wait while she goes somewhere to get change!! I said keep the change as I needed to get back to work. I get back to work & open my lunch. NASTY!!!! Lettuce on the sandwich was gross- looked like it was microwaved. Chicken was burnt & dry. & my fries were not included. I had the chicKen soup as part of the lunch special & let me say.. the best part of my meal were the crackers that were included with the soup. Do not recommend at all!!!
