My friends and I came to this location last Friday at 6:00 pm. Party of 4 and 2 kids. It was my first time to come to this location and I will not be coming back. Although we were seated very quickly, Service was extremely slow. They were not very busy but our server seems to be very distracted. We had to ask for straws three times. We had a child with kid's drink with a lid with no straw. Something we didn't have to ask for. We waited for our food for like 45 min and then we had to ask what is going on and to please bring the kids meals first. The kids were starving by then. She brought the check without asking us and we had to tell her we wanted a dessert. I finished my drink and i had to share with my sister because she didn't even come back to check on us. One scoop of ice cream for the kids took over 20 minutes. We all agreed, we love Chili's but we will go any different location next time. read more

Covid 19 is over and we are getting back to somewhat normal. Here now at Chilies sitting at the table and eating a Ribeye that I ordered. This is the worst Ribeye I have ever had. Seemed it was broiled or pan fried and is tougher than a sirloin. Can't imagine this is what is being served after getting back opened after all this time. WORST SERVICE EVER. We walked in and there was no host to greet us for a long time. One of the servers finally saw us standing and asked us "no ones come by still?" And she sat us. The table was still dirty with a towel still on the table. We ordered our food and the plate was hot but the food was cold. My cilantro rice was hard and old clearly and my boyfriends fajitas were mushy and soggy. My side salad I ordered came after my meal. The table next to us got their food even tho they sat down AFTER we even placed our order. Got no refills on our drinks or even a goodbye. I'm SO disappointed at this location. I've been coming to this chilli's for some time now, the service and food I've never had any complaints. But came in the other day with my son and I was very disappointed. I ordered the 3 for $10.00, I got the tortilla soup and cajun chicken pasta. Started off with their $5.00 month drink special "Margarita", it was all ice No alcohol, tasted like a lime juice with just a ton of ice. So I said okay whatever, then I got my soup that tasted like broth sprinkled with melted cheese, again didn't want to say anything cause I was so hungry. Then came the entree, this was very disappointing the chicken was not even edible it was hard as a rock, the food alone was lukewarm. The garlic bread was also hard as a rock. The service was fine, I didn't want to complain or anything. I'm hoping it was just an off day, maybe the cooks called in sick or something. But it's probably a restaurant that will not be on my list to eat at for awhile. Went on a Wednesday night at 615. Long wait to sit (40 minutes for a party of two). They said it was because there was a party of 13 coming, but there were many empty tables on opposite sides of the restaurant, so..... Took 30 minutes to get our food, but when she brought it to the table the plates looked rather empty. She said, 'sorry, we're out of fries. What else do you want?' Asked for onion rings, she brought us each 4 onion rings on a plate. Food tasted OK, but won't be back there again any time soon, if at all. Upshot: long wait, poorly managed, very understaffed. This place sucks. I have no idea why it's always busy. Haven't been here in a long time. Now I know why. I Came in and was told the wait was 30-40 min. After waiting 20 minutes or more I asked to see where we were. The girl said while making a face that there are a lot of tables ahead of us. We asked how many and she said at least 6 (not even completely sure of her answer.) That has to be in total at least an hour or more wait. We waited for no reason and just left. Came here on a Saturday afternoon during rush hour( I know had idea) and then kiddos couldn't wait so decided to stop in. Not only was this place packed but understaffed as well. We were seated and overheard many complaints of other patrons who had been seated before starting to complain about the arrival of the meal. RED FLAG! We decided to remain patient and take in consideration the pressure the workers might have been under. Unfortunately we were overlooked as well by our waiter who tried to serve us other people's meals on several occasions by mistake(it had been over 30 mins and had not yet been asked if we were ready to order). Finally we were attended to and started placing our order in which we were told several items were unavailable. Roughly about an hour later w received our meals and had another item placed to go. We finished our meals and proceeded to hunt our waiter down so we could pay our bill and get out of Dodge. One small problem, they forgot out to go item in which we asked if the could adjust the bill accordingly and they did. Finding a cashier to pay our bill presented even a bigger problem as the only person nearby was just a hostess who had her hands full already and seemed overwhelmed. Once again our mission continued to find our waiter to pay our bill upon our departure. Unfortunately after this experience we will no longer make this a last minute spot. read more

Great Service by Jenice. She was very attentive and came and checked in on us regularly. I highly recommend doing the 2 for $22 and upgrading and getting the 10 ounce steak for $4.00 more. Had dinner at Chili last night and the server is most likely on the list of the Worst Server of the year. We were greeted and seated very pleasantly. Our server Moe first took another table's order before us, which we chopped up to a simple mistake since we came in around the same time. Without any smiles or pleasantry took our order. Didn't ask what kind of tortilla I wanted which resulted in the runner bringing the wrong type, Never came back during the meal and check on us. Being African American I started to wonder if he had an issue with our race. A table close to us with another American American family ask for a different server I guess they were not having a positive experience either. Arrived about 20 minutes to 7 and took a seat in a booth inside the bar. Waited nearly 10 minutes to even be acknowledged by the waitress who seemed not able to manage her eight tables (a mix of 2 & 4 tops). She took our orders. A food runner brought out our drinks and soups in short order. The cups were wet from the soda running over and compared to other Chili's I've been in the soup bowls were less full, not as hot, and oddly the baked potato soup had tortilla chip strips in it. I finished my drink and sat for at least 15 minutes with an empty glass even after the waitress had noticed it and said she'd get a refill. And when she did bring the refills the cups were wet from overflow. The table next to us that had arrived after we ordered received their food before us. Our food arrived just after 7:30. It was apparent that the pasta had been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile because the sauce had developed a skin. The chicken fajitas took a few more minutes--the waitress said she was sizzling them up when she brought the pasta. Honestly, based on how dry the chicken was I think they were being reheated. The black beans that came with the fajitas looked and tasted like they were in murky water and the rice tasted like someone dropped the entire jar of cumin in the pan. The garlic bread that comes with the pasta came out after everything else. By far the worst Chili's I have ever been in. I won't be returning if I'm in the area and I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Also: This location must be understaffed. There was a table by the windows next to the entrance that had been a party of some sort with the leftover cake box, glassware, dishes, and what looked like leftover wrapping paper when we arrived. 15 years ago my wife and I went to this exact Chili's location on our first date. We were young and unfamiliar with the area, and somehow ended up here. It turned out to be one of many great experiences, and this Chili's location will always hold a special place in my heart. For our 10 year wedding anniversary we decided we wanted to make the drive and return to where it all began. We wanted to do something special for the occasion, and came up with the idea of reliving our first date. Fortunately, this same Chili's was still open, as many other local business have closed over the past 15 years. This location has held up well. The most significant change is that they have lots of flat screen TVs spread around the restaurant, and several in the bar area. Otherwise, it looks almost exactly the same as I remembered. On this visit, I really didn't think the food was that great. I remembered it being much better here. However, I had not eaten at any Chili's for the past few years after getting a severe case of food poisoning after eating at the Manhattan Beach location. To start off my meal I ordered the Triple Dipper appetizer platter to split with my wife; consisting of Southwestern egg rolls, loaded potato skins, and original chicken crispers. The chicken crispers and the potato skins were pretty good. I did not like the Southwestern egg rolls, and thought they had way too much going on inside of them. Just too many different ingredients and flavors! I then got the Spicy Grilled Shrimp Tacos as my main entree. The tacos were pretty good. Nothing special, but edible. The rices and beans that they came with were weird. I have never thought the rice and beans at Chili's was all that great, and this time was no exception. The food here wasn't all that, and I would give it a generous 3-stars. The atmosphere and service was 4-stars, and the memories were 5-stars. I can't say I would want to eat here again besides for the simple fact that this place holds special memories that on occasion I would like to revisit. Used to love it, now I hate it. Wife and I went to lunch while the kids were at school and we both were very unsatisfied. We ordered the baby back ribs and a buffalo chicken sandwich. First off, the presentation was worse than I would imagine a homeless shelters lunch would look. 4 tiny ribs and 1/3 ear of corn thrown on a piece of paper and a sandwich with 9 (yes I counted) fries. You can picture the looks on our faces when that crap was put down in front of us. Now the taste test. The heat lamp must have burned out because the ribs were cold and the bun on my sandwich taste like it was just pulled out of a week old bag. The big chicken nugget was halfway squirted with buffalo sauce and it's sad to say, the 9 fries were the best tasting part of my meal. About 30 minutes later, my wife and I get our order of ribs, cold as if they had been sitting waiting to be picked up for good 15 mins. Bbq sauce on the ribs was dry so after eating one rib, we asked for some extra bbq sauce. My two sons ordered the smoked combo with 3 meats, and one of the orders came with two wrong meats. My son let our waiter know, and a minute later another waiter brought the correct plate, but since he had already started eating his meal, he had to wait for the correct two meat items to be brought individually to him. During our meal, different drink orders in multiple occasions were brought over to our table, all these drink orders belonged to other patrons. Some pasta dish was also brought to our table which we had not ordered. Extra bbq sauce never arrived. My order included a dessert but since we had been at the restaurant for so long we decided to take it to go. After getting our dessert, I asked for the bill, then decide to use the restroom. It seems the floor in the men's bathroom had not been mopped for a while. After washing my hands and drying them I noticed the trash was filled to the top, that explained all the paper on floor. I then head back to my table to pay for my bill and my kids jokingly indicate that another waiter came by with our dessert, which we had already received. At the end, the whole family was happy to leave the restaurant and we will probably not visit another Chili's restaurant for a while. At least not this one. I went to have lunch at Chili's in Rancho Cucamonga today. I had an hour for lunch. I ordered chicken enchiladas. Well, I waited and waited and waited until I only had 15 minutes left for lunch. That wasn't enough time to finish my lunch if anybody had simply remembered, the male server, for example. Anyway, at this point I saw the server at the cash register and told him to pack it up for takeaway. A couple of female employees came to my table and apologized, but that didn't help for the reason that now I had to eat a lukewarm lunch at my desk. The food was awful! The 'Big Mouth Burger Bite' had no grilled onions, ketchup or mustard. They failed to slice the egg rolls.
