Went here for lunch with co- workers. After waiting 25 minutes for our table, I asked the server if our table was ready, she said another 5 or 10 minutes. I pointed to a table that was being cleaned off and asked her if that was ours, she said no and pointed to another table that has been ready for 10 minutes. The was frustrating! Once seated the server took forever to get our order then the food took a very long time to come out. I eat at Chili's often and never really experience disappointment. So disappointed with this particular Chile's. The staff was not welcoming. Our time was not valued and we did not feel like guest, we felt like an inconvenience. read more

Wow!!! First of all we walked in and and stood waiting in for 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged. I finally went up to a girl at the register and asked if someone could help us and she very rudely said someone will be with you. Then someone finally comes sits us down and doesn't come back for another 15 minutes to take our drink order. Another 20 minutes before our food order was taken. When the bill came and I purchased a gift card to receive the bonus card and I wasn't told that I had to wait 4 hours for the activation.. Which is not cool at all.. This place is cool, local and a decent happy hour and good service my main complaint is every single time I go and sit in bar there is kids in the bar area. There is plenty of seating in the dinning area so it's not like they would have had to wait to get seated. I don't remember when having kids in the bar area became acceptable but I feel they shouldn't be allowed. If nothing else why would parents want to expose their kids to adults drinking possible foul language but also I don't want to be seated next to kids jumping spilling crying etc. Please help me out chilis and ban children from the bar area. Kristyn was such an awesome server. Super on top of her tables and always making sure her guests were taken care of. We have been to Chilis plenty of times but have never had a server this good. Horrible my first time here they were understaffed also we waited and waited to be called for 5 guests for more than an hour!!! and they keeped on calling other before us...we left and came across the street to stone fire grill and they helped us and seated us no problem. read more

I've been to a lot of Chili's restaurants all over the country. 1st time to this one. The overall experience was great but what prompted me to write this review was my waiter, Wyatt. He was absolutely incredible. Very personable, very attentive, very polite. I don't write many reviews, but this guy deserves a raise and an award. Best waiter ever. His fiancée works there with him and she was extremely friendly as well. I hope the manager reads this because I can't say enough good things about this trip. I tried to fill out the survey on the ziosk but it timed out while I was trying to figure out his name. When I get a chance to come back to Cali, I will definitely come back here. We arrived at 7pm on a busy Saturday night with a party of 10. We were seated very quickly and our server Hassan was very kind. We had 6 kids total and he was so patient with each while they placed their order. The food was prompt and he was very attentive checking drinks and anything needed. I was foolish enough to return here after a two year hiatus and order steak after a couple of previously bad experiences. The first time I ordered the ribeye it was cooked to perfection and very delicious. Since that time their cuts have definitely gotten thinner and cheaper. The last two times I ordered medium rare they came well done. I had to send them back while the rest of the family ate their meals. When they were done, my steak would arrive and I'd eat uncomfortably by myself. The last two times this happened the manager came and discounted our check after apologizing so the experience wasn't completely bad but I decided enough was enough and didn't come again for over two years. Decided to give them another try and wish I didn't. Exact same thing with the steak. Ended up being well done and after sending it back watched my family eat and then once they were finished my steak would arrive. Though cooked much better, the quality was poor at best. Very thin ribeye and tasted very much like IHOPs t-bone. Mass produced and seasoned with preservatives. Ok as all my mates say it's what I get for ordering steak at chilis but still for almost $20 I would expect better. Then the side of spinach it came with was supposed to be steamed. When it came out I was so confused because I just got a plate full of raw spinach. I had to ask the waitress if it was supposed to be raw or cooked as only a few leaves were cooked. That's how I knew they were supposed to be steamed because she told me so. I gave up on sending those back and at that point I was ready to get my check and leave. The manager came and offered me a soup or salad, neither of which I wanted and did not offer any discount or coupon for the inconvenience at all. To ad insult to injury I ended up with stomach issues later in the night. Needless to say I have most certainly learned my lesson and will not be back any day soon not will I recommend this place anyone with taste. Just went to Chilies to eat we sat down at 6pm finally someone comes to take our order 10 min later. Then we waited until 6:45 trying to get our waitress attention she finally realized we did not have our appetizer or our meals so she comes over and says she's going to check on our food and talk to the manager after 5 minutes she comes and brings us our dinner however my other half order the choose three dinner combo but only received two of his items our food was like warm and she let us know she would package our appetizer to go. The appetizer came over on it's normal plate so that wasn't communicated very well. She then came over again we let her know about the missing item from the meal she then let us know the manager was going to come over and talk to us. By this time we lost our appetite got up and left no manager ever can to talk with us. also if you eat there the cups your drinking from are not cleaned very well look on the outside you can take your key and scrap off build up on the out of the cup. read more

Really a 3.5 rating. The Cobb salad was good, not the usual, plenty of grilled chicken, bacon, cheese and bell pepper. The choose 2 combos option for my wife was margarita chicken and spicy grilled shrimp, both very good. The spicy queso appetizer was actually spicy, though needed to be warmer than it was. There are only a few menu items that are not artery-clogging tasteless garbage, but I really like the Margarita Grilled Chicken, so we decided to go for dinner. We entered the restaurant and as usual.....tons of empty tables but they were running a wait list. I just don't get it. Why make people wait when literally half the tables are empty??? We didn't have all night, and there seemed to be lots of people waiting, so I walk up to the hostess to ask how long the wait was. She is putting menus back in place, and totally ignoring me. She then starts talking to a server.....still ignoring me. Ummm....."excuse me, but how long...." I say, to which she cuts me off, glares at me and says, "I'll be with you in a minute!" She goes back to fumbling with the menus for what seems like an eternity. She then (without so much as looking at me) walks around me and goes to talk to another server. Bye bye Chili's! It's been a while since my last visit, But tonight I had a hunger for some steak fajitas. I've always have excellent fajitas here in the past, But tonight was a an exception !!! The order was brought out wrong, The fajitas must have been setting in the kitchen for who know how long, because they were not brought out sizzling. The steak looked like a mystery meat, and it was rubbery as it sat in warm greasy onions and peppers, along with of a chunk of disgusting chicken which I DO NOT eat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our tea had black speckle floaties that looked like the glasses had just been pulled from a moldy sink. The hostess needs to learn how to pick up a damn chair instead of dragging them across the floor screeching and chattering which made my ears twitch. And to top it off, The booth we were seated at was lopsided and the lady seated behind us acted like she had a severe case of uncaring movement like Tourette's Syndrome. Unless she was a crack head that could not sit still if her own life depended on it!!!!!!!!! The reason I give two stars to this Chilis is because of a pink chicken scare. My husband and I went one day for lunch. He got half way through his chicken bacon ranch sandwich and realized it wasn't cooked all the way through. The waiter was a bone head for the simple fact he made the gross out factor worse by freaking out. "DUDE THATS SO GROSS" his exact words. Mind you we are both at the table trying not to throw up already from the shock of possible food poisoning. However the manger came over and was very professional, apologetic, and very nice. Comped the meal. I know mistakes can sometimes happen, we're all human. And my husband did not get sick. So I have to say I do like Chilis, but I can't look at it the same.
