Once again, terrible experience. Haven't been here in a year, thought we'd give it another chance tonight. We got here at 6:45, ordered, got our apps at 7:00. It's now 8:30, we still have no entrees, have spoken to a manager about 20 minutes ago, & the server still hasn't been over to our table. There's 4 of us here, & we got ONE entree out about 30 minutes ago, cold. If we hadn't caught the managers attention, the cold plate would've still been sitting here. Not a busy night here. We waited over an hour for food..and still have nothing on our table but empty glasses. (Dec. 22, 2016) We hadn't been back since a horrible experience around Thanksgiving last year. Let me just start off by saying that the service is poor. I ordered my food and did curbside pickup. Although i know better than to check my food before i leave, i didn't this time because i expect for it to be right. I ordered two 3 for 10s and i got chicken alfredo ADD shrimp. This location is not worth going to! We went there today after graduation and called to be put on a waiting list for a party of 9. The lady said it would be a 30 min wait. They would call us. After sitting 50 min in a hot car we decided to go in. The manager approached us and told us they only had 1 table that would accommodate us and there was a family there eating. When I glanced over to the table, they had just gotten their appetizers. When I asked about the whole front of the empty restaurant he said we aren't using that area at this time. I understand things happen and with Covid things have changed a lot but why did they not call us after 30 min to tell us something??! Now we have to leave after wasting an hour waiting there. They literally had 3 tables used in the whole restaurant and a basically empty restaurant. I really didn't understand why we couldn't sit in the empty area way away from everyone else. read more

Tremendous disappointment. Hadn't been to a Chili's in over a decade and never been to this location but kids wanted to try it. On the positive side, our server was tremendous - very attentive on beverage refills and made us feel like personal friends. However, that was the only positive of the experience and he was the only server for the entire restaurant so was running ragged. Dip trio appetizer dips were good but tortilla chips were dripping of oil. Asked for more chips since basket didn't come with very many and second batch was the same. I used to love their boneless Buffalo chicken salad and it was incredibly disappointing. Chicken was chewy and lettuce didn't seem fresh. One of the kids got boneless chicken tenders crispy and they weren't crispy. He said they were just ok and the fries were not that good or hot when served. Other kid got a queso burger. He really liked how the bun was toasted and said the queso was good but after eating some of the burger patty said he thought it seemed undercooked. I cut it up a bit with a fork and it was raw inside. I showed our server and he was very apologetic and embarrassed. He asked if he could get him something else but he was too grossed out to eat anything at that point. They did comp the burger and our server was incredibly kind to my son about it. He took it to show his manager but the manager never came over. Also, the men's bathroom was disgusting. There was a cleaning bucket under one of the urinals, a wet rag draped over one of the toilet stall doors and the floor was wet throughout, especially behind the urinals. There was a large carpet mat in the middle of the bathroom that was water soaked. Based on the smell might have been urine. Fortunately there were paper towels in the wall dispenser because there was a roll of towels for it sitting on the counter next to the sink which was completely water soaked through. read more

Horrible night, this has always been my go-to for a relaxing evening. We went beginning of January so no huge crowds upon arriving to a not even 40% filled restaurant @7:15 we were told we would have to wait 30-45 minutes. Figuring maybe they were short staffed we watched as tables left no one seated (1 couple ahead of us) and no tables cleaned off. We finally got seated 8:10. No server for another 15 minutes to even request our drink order. Placed drink order, 3 waters and our app order and our food order, my bf and daughter shared the 2/$25 I think it was. I had the choose three basket with fried corn on cob and tater wedges I believe, my daughter choose the small steak cooked medium, my bf opted for the $$ bigger steak cooked medium well, for additional price. When the food arrived at the table at 9:20 we were immediately apologized to that the steaks were not right and they were making more. Y'all the small steak was so over well done it wasn't even cutting with steak knife without some man power. She told us that the manager would be by to talk to us. My food was ice cold, their food was burnt and it took an hour just to get it. So yes a manager would be a welcomed site at this point! Not to mention our glasses never got refilled no matter how many ppl we asked that walked by. Manager never came by... he detoured by us. Another waiter brings out the replacement food and still no refills on drinks or manager. the sides are wrong and steaks way under cooked. So manager comes 10:10 by asks anything He can do just tell him, well drinks would be great! Never seen him or waitress again and never got the drinks they did comp the meal that was inedible and charged us for the app that I we had a coupon for ???? So by 10:40 we were DONE and clearly frustrated. We told waitress that we were on tight time schedule and had to be out quickly for an early morning. Never again will I accept that sort of behavior from a place of business. Every table was filthy when we walked out of there some had been stacked high instead of taking to back. If there was any blue cheese or tortilla strips as in the description I couldn't find them in the sea of ranch. Unfortunately not a great experience. The server was friendly, even though I think he had a dip of Skoal in his mouth. The food took a while, but when it arrived the broccoli was cold and under cooked and so dry I had to ask for butter. When the brought the liquified butter it was cold. The manager said the butter came in a bottle and it's cold, they can't heat it up...what? The rice...I kid you not...was Uncle Ben's 90 second rice from a bag. We buy this regularly at my house for quick meals. Throw it in the microwave for 90 seconds and done. Not the best stuff in the world, but at home it's quick. Went here with a large group (16 people total) and was actually very impressed with the service and how quickly we got our drinks, appetizers, and our meals. There were a few issues with the large gaps in all of us getting some our entree and they did put pork on an an entree where the person who didn't ask for it but they rectified the issues. They could be a little quicker with requests such as; bringing napkins, steak sauce, etc. but we had a good time! read more

Not much went right here is a list, I am not embellishing or lying either. Sat down @ bar, took easily 15 minutes before we were notice, nobody else at that bar EITHER! We ordered food with drinks asap as not to wait any longer, still took forever to get our food. Not the end of the world there were others in the dinning area and sometimes customers come in all at once so i gave them the benefit of the doubt. Never got silverware, had to climb over the bar to get them and go to the empty hostess stand to grab napkins. We ordered the happy hour app chips n salsa from the bar menu, they are good you get lots of chips so of course we used up most of our salsa and had a ton of chips left, our server asked if we wanted more salsa, we said yes but by we didn't end up getting it until we got our food and were almost done so it didn't matter at this point and I am glad we didn't get charged for it. Ok now here is where the fun begins, the check. They basically overcharged for everything. I had to keep asking for it to be corrected. How do they not know their pricing from the menu they created? It was a long experience and just not a memorable one. For someone like me who kind of shies away from chain restaurants this might be the final stamp on going to Chili's. Not much to desire and add on the sloppy service and mishaps I can find other options. I love Chili's especially when on a budget, after trying to recover from Govt Shutdown. My husband and I decided on having lunch here today. Well we get inside and decide to sit ourselves in the bar area. We go to sit at a table and was told by the server that the table was dirty, so we proceed to another table, which she states from across the bar that it was also dirty. So we goto the table tops which seem to look clean and she says from the table she's helping give eme a minute I will clean a table for you, sort of attitudeyyyyy. Well I have dealt with her attitude before at this same Chili's, but I am a strong believer of people go through things and also come out of things. Today is a new day, but she had that same little FUNK about her as if she hates her job and allnI wanted was to enjoy a streesfree moment with my husband after a rough month. No other word describes my experience except Horrible! We utilized the app to hold our place in line for a party of 6 with 4 children. The app stated a 11-26 minute wait. We were told to arrive by 3:11 pm, which we did. When we arrived we were told that it would be a few minutes. Well, an hour after reserving a place in line and we still haven't been seated. Three star rating is for our multiple poor experiences with Chilis To-Go. We have tried many times to place to go orders and it never fails that something is missing or we are charged incorrectly for what we ordered. Food while dining in restaurant is usually prepared well and served in a decent amount of time. Service has not always been wonderful (i.e. slow on refills, checking to see if food is good, checking to see if we need anything) but the past two visits we have had my husband and I have had the same waitress and she has been outstanding! Her name is Jen and she is always so polite, really knows the menu, super efficient, and hard working. Even when she has multiple tables to wait on she is still doing a great job servicing those tables AND helping clean around the restaurant. She is by far the best waitress we have ever had and she makes our experience at Chilis so enjoyable! read more

We arrived and we're promptly seated. It took a while for someone to take our drink order and then we waited a while for the drinks to be delivered. When she did bring them she dropped them off and stated she would be back to take our order. We waited a while for this to happen as well. It took quite a long time for our food to be delivered however this seemed to be an issue for every table around us as well. When our food was delivered I mentioned to her that we were in a little bit of a hurry could she please bring the bill. We had a free dessert through the app that we requested to go. We received the bill in a timely manner but The desert had not been deducted. After we had completely finished our meals and continued to wait I finally asked for someone to find her so that we could get our bill corrected and pay. She did correct the bill but did not bring the desert. We had to wait another 5 to 8 minutes to get the desert. The Margarita chicken that my son ordered was good. My shrimp tacos we're good once they were taken out of the soft tortillas that were hard around the edges. I had not been to Chili's in a long time and was very disappointed with this experience. Haven't been here in years! Wife and I tried it out today and had a great experience. Food was great and the server was awesome. My wife had the Cajun shrimp pasta and I had the ribs. I have always gone to this chili's but never will again. There was two lady's working the to-go orders and I was told on the phone that it would only take 15-20 minutes. I got there and waited 40 minutes in the restaurant after my 20 minute car ride to get there. People were coming and going getting there food and mine seemed like it was just forgotten. After my long wait they didn't even say that they were sorry, just said here you go like nothing happened. I don't mind waiting 40+ minutes on food when it is busy but not when you told me it will be ready in 15 minutes. And now my food is cold. I tried to call to speak to a manager but waited for several minutes before I decided to just forget about it. Very dissatisfied in the service I received today. read more

So disappointing. I eat at Chili's frequently enough to know what I wanted prior to walking in the door. The shrimp tacos was on my mind. The first plate of tacos that were brought to my table were absolutely awful. The actual shrimp didn't taste like they had been grilled. They were cold and fat and no sign of grilling. The taco was dry with no kind of sauce. My husbands sour cream enchiladas were cold but tasted OK. I went and got GM. He took my plate back and returned a taco plate of grilled shrimp tacos but too much hot sauce had been put on tacos; they were not edible. The GM did take the order off our bill and offered me something else. By that time we had wasted so much time, I elected to leave. Not an enjoyable lunch. read more

This is the worst place to eat I got a triple dipper meal that consisted of 4 burger bites, and boneless wings I ate 1 of my burgers bites that I didn't notice the inside of the meat was salmon pink in the inside and only one of them was cooked fully with no pink when I noticed and requested for a manager I wait about 20 mins and the manager still never came. First time I checked in here I was getting a to go order. It was quick, efficient Andd the food was good. Second time dining in... Not so good. Took about 10 minutes for a waiter to acknowledge my presence. I told he waiter that I was in a hurry I had to go somewhere but it took about 30 minutes to get my food. My drink came with no straw and it had more ice than the drink itself. Nevertheless i was thirsty. No waiter to ask me for a refill. The food was good but cold.
