Let me start off my review positively. I went to chillis with my boyfriend. He ordered a standard burger and I ordered the Santa Fe crispers salad. He thoroughly enjoyed his meal. The staff was kind, I have no complaints with them. However after I ate a few bites of my salad, I noticed that I disliked it very much, though I didn't complain. The chicken seemed to be cooked all the way, but it tasted very off. Both of us tasted it and noticed this. Shortly after our meal we went to the movies where I started to experience severe stomach pains. I rushed to the bathroom to be greeted by... I'm sure you can infer. I will not be returning to this location, as I found it not safe to eat, due to what I can assume was food poisoning that I got from eating here. read more

Making a very long story short(er) - husband and I stopped here because we wanted something a bit cheaper and quick, we haven't been to a Chilis in years. Took the server just under 20 minutes after we were sat to even see us, so when she got our drinks we just ordered. Food came out after she revisited twice to explain what they were out of/offer substitutes. My husband and I both got burgers that were VERY greasy. Ordering a burger, I totally understand oil but... Half way through, my plate had a GIANT puddle and my hands were soaking. Husband and I joked about it and really didn't think much of it, it tasted fine so I didn't want to complain about it. I'll skip the story about dessert but they were also out of what we ordered. Then we're trying to leave after being there over 1.5 hours and end up flagging down another server to get the check. This was on a Sunday later afternoon - it's now Tuesday morning and all last night my stomach has been so messed up. Went to Chili's today for a quick lunch since my wife felt hungry and I knew we hadn't been in awhile. Both of us got the Double Burger off the lunch menu. My side was a house salad and her side was a Chicken Enchilada Soup. Both real good and fresh. She enjoyed her burger med-well and I savored into a well-done burger. Friendly customer service but a little slow for a place that wasn't jammed pack. So with this I will give this Chili's 4 out of 5 stars. read more

I almost feel like big chain restaurants like this never seem to go above or below the three-star range in my opinion. Usually not complete crap, but it's really not great. I don't think most people come to these restaurants expecting excellent quality meals, but rather convenience and affordability. And with great happy hour specials sometimes these places can be pretty hard to beat. the only thing from chilis that really stands out to me is the lava cake dessert, I'm a fan of the Buffalo dippers and you can never really go wrong with the basic, burgers and fries or other sandwich type options. FYI, I learned that these restaurants are under strict guidelines and are never able to put more than one and a half shots of alcohol in any drink they serve. So if you're ordering a Long Island or something along those lines, you're not getting it as loaded as you would anywhere else. It's not the bartenders fault, it's the restaurants guidelines. In short, I went there with my two babies around 4ish to have late lunch, and the first thing we noticed was that the hostess had a bit of an attitude. Then we got seated at a dirty table and both high chairs were gross with crumbs from previous kids. The floors looked dirty and my husband said that the bathrooms were disgusting with pee all over the floor! He also mentioned that the kitchen looked dirty and that the employees and customers were coughing near that area. Definitely not going there again! I ordered online and picked it up in the restaurant. I ordered the fish tacos and my sides were the fresco salad and the Texas cheese fries. They forgot my salad dressing. The Texas cheese fries were overdone. So bad so that the cheese was completely dried up and crusted. I had to cut them with a knife to even eat them. It was impossible to simply pick up a fry and eat it. They were also cold. The fish tacos were dry and cold as well. The cheesecake was good tho. They are practicing Covid distancing so there was a 15 minute wait to get in but they have a beautiful fountain outside. We ordered off the healthy menu and it was delicious got the steak and the chicken. I mean, it's like every other Chili's you've ever been too. nothing is different, same blackboard art, same layout, same tile, same everything. But the service here is just a little bit better. Its not fast, but not slow, either. Also, they started doing build your own fajitas, and they were great! I got exactly what I wanted without having to substitute everything in and out. Went to my gf's work Christmas lunch party thing this past weekend. I was the guy sitting at the end of the table that no one really talked to and I was kind of like a stranger sitting there getting a free meal. BUT HEY, free meal indeed. We started off with some appetizers, chips/salsa, chicken tenders and the con queso dip. Chips and salsa was as usual good. The Queso looked like dog food and dog sh!t blended together. My husband and I had a great first time experience here, as we are new to the area. We ordered the two for $20 meal to go. He loved his bacon burger, and I enjoyed my pasta as well. I made my first curbside order tonight. It was ready right on time. I noticed no margarita, so inquired and noticed part of my order was wrong. I talked to the server, and the manager Roland came out. I explained that maybe I messed it up while ordering. He asked what I had wanted, went in and prepared my order! After a hard day of shredding the slopes, I was looking forward to a warm, hearty meal. So I got the baby back ribs. I should've sent them back. They were so dry that there was barely any meat on them. If I had wanted over cooked beef jerky, I would've bought some Jack Links or pork fu and burnt them in my oven to save myself $23. Went here with my dad on Fathers Day and while the service was great, the food was just standard Chili's. We each got the Triple Dipper and both of us mentioned the fact that the dipping sauces didn't really go with the food choices we made. My dad's favorite were the Big Mouth Burger Bites and mine as always were the Southwest Eggrolls. If I happen to go to Chili's again sometime in the future, I think I'll just stick with the rib eye steak or ribs. As a side note, the parking lot that serves this Chili's and the other restaurants in the shopping center has to be one of the worst in all Natomas. I've been coming to Chili's a whole lot now and.. WOW I love it! Food is great but some workers have the nerve to ignore.

Came here for lunch during the week. Walked in and there were only three of four parties in the restaurant, maybe 3 people each at most. Stood in the entry for more than five minutes without being greeted. There were employees standing around in the bar area, and by one of the server stations. When we were finally seated the employee was kinda rude. No menus, water, or pleasantries. After a long wait a server finally brought us menus, and then water. We each ordered a salad & sandwich. After another long wait we got our two salads. Then not even five minutes later we got our sandwiches before either of us had a chance to finish our salads. We saw our server twice during our visit. Once when she brought our food, and then when she came to get the check. When the restaurant is practically empty there is NO excuse to not greet customers, or see them more than just when bringing the food, and the check. Service was really welcoming. There's some really good deals like the 22 Dinner for 2 which includes an appetizer and 2 full entrees for 22 dollars before tax. For the food, it's regular chain restaurant food. Nothing about the food stood out to me. The food is good but not amazing. For a chain restaurants the food is definitely a safe bet. After my first time trying Chili's curb-side I had a great experience! It was quick and convenient. After getting back to work, I seen that my burger was under cooked. I called and they were extremely nice and had great customer service. The manager David helped me out and told me he would be more than happy to send me a refund in the mail. I think it's like a gift card type of thing. I really appreciated his customer service and their willingness to correct the problem. I've eaten inside here many times and the food has always been great. Everyone makes mistakes, but their kindness and willingness to correct it so quickly is what makes this Chili's stand out! read more

I'm always amused (but not surprised) when I read some of the reviews people give for "chain" restaurants that are usually negative. For the most part, I consider them snobs at the least, and in some cases probably just plain liars when they post a review. They go into an establishment with preset biases, and nothing...not good food, good service, or a fun atmosphere will change their closed minds. The Natomas Chili's is a fun place to go set at the bar, have some cold beer, watch sports, and get some good food. The bartenders are first rate...they work hard in this place to provide a nice experience. They are cheerful, attentive, and always willing to find your game on one of the 6 big screens that surround the bar. They also have a Bose sound system installed, and it's some of the best audio I've heard in a sports bar/restaurant. The food is always fresh and piping hot from the kitchen, with portions very ample for the prices charged. I could care less if a place is a "chain" or not. If they give good service, good food, and I have fun I will be back. Chili's in Natomas delivers on all counts. read more

Another birthday this week too...When will it end? Look, I wouldn't say that Chili's has the best food, but it's not expected either and if it is, you need to go out more. My food was good, I had no complains - again, wasn't expecting much. I do however love the Southwest Eggrolls. Can't get enough of them. Service was on point, we never needed anything and that counts for a lot. So it seems most all Chili's are plagued with a 3-star rating, but this place really cannot be said to be different because it's.. Chili's. This location is acceptably consistent with other locations with respect to food quality and service. The Margarita Chicken is outright good, as is the Queso Dip and chips, though the dip seems pricey for what you're getting. I do recommend signing up for their email listing because the coupons they send are frequent and good deals. Burgers here look better in the photo than they actually are, and I wish they didn't use shredded lettuce- but again see my first sentence. I will return here though because this is a good safety choice when you are out of ideas for where to eat. read more

This is the worst "restaurant" food ever . We ordered their fried pickles as an appetizer. I had the "fajitas" plate and my date had the bacon cheeseburger, well the pulled pork looked like blended road kill. I have had the pulled pork fajitas from Chevys and they are NOTHING like this !!!! Chevys fajitas are actually good. This is a terrible attempt at making an edible meal. They advertise their fajitas as one of their " Best " dishes . Well it was completely disgusting I couldn't even bring myself to eat my food . I ordered a cali turkey sandwitch. I will say it was not that tasty the bread is WAY to thick and all I could taste was bread. I think they need to add a sauce to it. I also ordered a side salad and they did not follow instructions and put onions on it. I think the cook needs to pay attention of no onions that may be a reason. I can not eat them I will get very sick. I drive far to go there while I am on lunch so I don't have time for them to remake my food. I ordered pick up and sent my husband to go get it. When he returns, it's missing one of the two entrees. I call and speak to Nick, who laughs and tells me he was wondering why he had an extra burger. So he had no idea my order was incomplete and showed little regard for the mistake or the effect this has had on our meal. By the time my husband gets back most of the food will be cold and inedible.
