    Crumbs of Chips & Salsa

So very disappointed! Mark, you blew it and so did the bartender. You guys were so busy talking about your weekend plans that when we ordered two beers and one water. One beer and two waters were brought. But then we had to ask for the beer and catch attention. Except there was only one other table sat in the bar. I can understand if busy but you weren't. What you don't realize is how important tonight was, I was taking out my mother who has short term memory. She wanted to come here to eat. You were in such a rush. I just wanted to take my mother out for an outing and not be rushed. Believe me, my husband and I would have had more beers if the ambience was welcoming. That was probably our lowest bill ever. Next time I'm in town and my mother wants to go out for a dinner I will recommend another place. The smash burger, where were the pickles and onions? The fries were burnt. Please don't bring smashed chips that remind me of crumbs. Do better chilis!

Sirloin steak with broccoli, asparagus, and house salad

Went to Chili's for the first time recently and was quite pleasantly surprised by the menu breadth and prices! I had the 3 for me with the iced tea, house salad, and sirloin steak with broccoli and asparagus. All of which was $16.99! I ordered the steak medium but it felt a bit more medium well, if not well done; it also could have been seasoned a bit more, while I felt the asparagus was over salted. Despite this, I thought this was an absolute steal for a well balanced steak meal. Also tried the chicken bacon quesadilla which was very crispy and not as heavy/overloaded with cheese as I might have expected. We did have to ask the staff for napkins and utensils when we needed them during the meal since they weren't provided immediately but they would frequently check in during the meal. Diner style ambiance was cozy and fun.

We ordered the Triple Dipper, which lets you choose three appetizers. Decided to go with the Nashville hot chicken crispers, honey-chipotle chicken crispers, and the Big Mouth Bites. The Nashville hot chicken crispers were okay. They had good heat, but the it had a sandy-like taste due to heavy seasoning. The honey-chipotle chicken crispers were delicious. The Big Mouth Bites were okay and tasted like basic mini hamburgers. Also ordered Alex's Santa Fe burger with a side of fries. The beef patties were cooked perfectly, solid burger overall. Customer service was great, the restaurant was clean, and plenty of parking available.

I came here for lunch and because I was alone I went into the bar so I didn't take up a table. I waited for 10 minutes and no one came by with a menu or to take my order, so I went back to the hostess and got a table. Mark was my waiter. He took my order and was very personable. He brought me utensils and napkins and my water and Coke Zero came within minutes. My food also came really quickly as well. Everything tasted good and Mark got me a container for my leftovers and mentioned he could get me more sauces if I needed it. I thought the check would be coming but after 5 mins I realized I could pay for my meal via the little monitor on the table. Pretty smooth experience other than the initial 10 minutes in the bar area.

After playing a golf round up the block, we decided it was a perfect time to grab some Chili's for dinner. We came in just after 5pm on a Sunday, and it was packed! Luckily though, there were plenty of seats available in the bar area and we were able to get seated right away. We started the meal off with the triple dipper with southwestern egg rolls, buffalo mozzarella sticks, and chicken crispers. The chicken crispers are so good. Crispy, plenty of sauce, perfect. The egg rolls are good but don't taste as good as I remembered them back in the early 2000s. The buffalo mozzarella sticks though, not a fan of the sauce. Very sandy texture for some reason, I'd stick with the regular one and ask for a side of buffalo sauce instead. I also got the 3 for me for $12.99, which came with a tasty cup of the loaded baked potato soup, soda, and an OG burger. Burger came out medium, which was perfect. It's not a memorable burger but does what it needs to do to satisfy the craving. For a dinner for two, we came out under $40 after tax and tip. And in today's world, that's a good deal for a sit down meal. On a Chili's scale, I thought it was pretty good, food was fresh, came out hot, and service was quick and prompt. Definitely would return if I'm in the area and craving chilis

Smash burger and Crispy chicken sandwich

Out and about with hubby for a luncheon date. Chilis has always been a great go to but not so much today. We were seated right away and our server was attentive. Hubs got a cup of potato cheese soup that was barely warm but his smash burger and fries were acceptable. My chicken sandwich was huge, seasoned good and tasty along with the fries. We had enough leftovers for dinner. The downfall was the appearance. The floor hadn't been swept under our table as there were smashed fries and salad below. Additionally, the back of the seats need a good scrubbing as there was crayon graffiti. Now here's the clincher...I used the restroom and could barely hear myself think because the music was so so loud. Hubs went to use the restroom later and I asked him if the music was loud. He laughed and said he was going to ask me the same. lol Our daughter was going to another chilis in SoCal so I shared the bathroom story. Her response was the music is loud so others cant hear you poo. It's recommended that workers pause at the kitchen entrance/exit to make certain no one is walking by as I was almost plowed into. It does appear there some renovations taking place. Ceiling work was being completed in the kitchen and outside seating has been removed. All in all we had a lovely date and will most likely visit again.

My second privileged experience at Chili's. The food here is mostly mediocre with just a few standouts. Service was nondescript but acceptable. Had to try the triple dipper as it's infected my Instagram feed as of late. The fried mozz is the best thing to get for that. The southwest egg rolls are also good. Chicken crispers were just an ordinary chicken tender, I wouldn't say there was anything particularly good or bad about them. Got the bacon burger on the 3 For Me menu. Burger is substantial, but lacking seasoning on the beef. Also, the pickles were all stacked in the center of my burger. Fries were on the greasy side, and the oil tasted overdue for a change. This is definitely a value option on the menu, but I wouldn't recommend the burger after this experience. Our server lacked the life in his eyes and we could tell he had a long day today. There was no problem during our meal though, and all orders went off without a hitch.

We had a great visit. Came in on a Sunday night and had a very short wait. Food was ordered promptly and team was quick to fix any mistakes that were made.

Came in on a Sunday evening and there was no wait at all so I got seated immediately. It seemed really busy and loud but my server was very attentive and made sure I got settled down with everything I needed. I wanted to try the mozzarella that was trending on TikTok so I ordered the regular and the Nashville Hot (which has a good spice) and hot honey chicken crispers. I really enjoyed both the mozzarella flavors! The chicken was good as well. I would definitely get this again for a late night snack or munchie.

I came here for dinner on Saturday with my family. It was busy and we had to wait ~10 minutes before being seated. We all ordered the 3 for Me ($10.99) and also got a side of the fried Mozzarella Sticks ($12.99). I got the Big Smash Burger, a cup of chilli, and a coke. The burger was tasty as it had thousand island sauce and the meat was tender, the chilli was extremely salty, and the coke was refreshing. It was extremely loud in the restaurant and that just goes to show you how busy the restaurant was. Sebastian was our server. He was alright. When delivering the chips & salsa, he spilled the salsa on the table and didn't offer to bring another salsa when thought there was less than half a bowl of salsa after he spilled it. He also took forever to bring us a to-go box after we paid. Parking isn't an issue as the restaurant is located in a shopping center/strip mall.

    Sheila B.

Came for the viral Triple Dipper. On a Friday night the wait for 2 was 30 minutes. It went by pretty quick. The service was quick and friendly. I chose the plain mozzarella sticks, sliders & the honey chipotle tenders. I loved everything, except I think I'd probably sub out the sliders next time. The cheese sticks definitely lived up to the hype.
