I used to LOVE Chili's but mostly for the Tuna Steak sandwich that hasn't been on the menu since the 1900's. I was driving by the other day while hungry, and had the urge to stop in for lunch. As a person who doesn't like chicken, pork, or beef, there are very few options. I was pleased to find a Black Bean Burger option, however. I sat at the bar where I found a very friendly bartender. My food came out quickly and it was fine. It wasn't amazing, and it wasn't bad. The burger was very messy and hard to eat. The side of corn was fantastic, but I would not like to know the nutritional value of this dish-It seemed like a high calorie and fat loaded side. Doesn't matter-it was delicious. Overall, Chili's is not what I remember it to be and I'm sure it's much more enjoyable for people who like meat. For me, I wish there were more veggie friendly options. Honestly, I would much prefer an Impossible Patty. many restaurants offer them and they are just better IMO. Last note: the drink specials were really good. read more

I get the double ribs, one dry rub the other with Chili's BBQ. Generally a pretty quiet place, but then it's Chilis so it can get a bit loud at times if there's a specific game on. I've been coming to Chili's for years. Saturday evening it was packed here, but getting seated was not not a noticeable wait. Server greeted us within 2 min of sitting down at our table. The food was delicious as usually, however I noted that the chicken crispers were smaller than the last time I was here. It may not normally be the case though. The food was MUCH better than I expected, and would have gotten 5 stars, along with the varied and extensive menu, but due to our drink order fiasco (3 stars, see below), I averaged out the number of stars. My Barbecue Brisket Sandwich and the White Cheddar Macaroni side I substituted for fries (with an expected up-charge) were both delicious, and the brisket was plentiful. My friend loved the Bacon Ranch Quesadilla's. Our original young male server was very good (4 stars), but either he, the bartender, or the over-21 female server who delivered the drinks confused the Margarita I ordered (their most basic, most lime-tart Margarita), and made it premium, with an UNexpected up-charge. Rather than just let me drink the premium one, she insisted they had to "throw it out" and start over, even though we told her we were in a time crunch. Seemed illogical and wasteful to me, and meant I had to wait for my drink, instead of "toasting" and drinking with my friend. At first sip, mine tasted like perfume, but got better. Each time our experience has been fabulous, from the food to quick seating! This is no upscale dining by any means, but it is still comfortable and family-oriented. The staff is quick to get you situated - bar service seems to be slow sometimes but other than that everything comes in a timely manner! I visited this location on a Thursday evening. My experience was very disappointing to say the least. When I first arrive the restaurant was not busy but it still took a while for us to be seated . Then after placing our order it took a very long time for the food to come. I only order appetizers ! When my food finally came the order was not correct. I informed my server that I had the wrong chicken crispers. They were suppose to be the Chipotle Honey. Instead of taking it back he came to the table with a small cup of the sauce. Chili's is okay. There are things there I like, but it's not like the most exciting thing. We were there right when they opened on Saturday for an early lunch. Our waitress was friendly enough. The floor still had puddles of water from mopping/hosing down the restaurant. The menus were disgustingly sticky. I asked the waitress if they had hand santizer. They don't. I said okay. When she took our order, she took the menus and threw them right back in the pile of menus (sorry to the next people who received those gross menus!) I went to the restroom to clean up and brought back a wet towel to wash down the table where the menus had been. She continued to be disinterested. Seriously, we had to PEEL the pages of the menu apart to read them. Anyway, we had a coupon for a free appetizer. I love their chips and salsa. We got Queso since it was free (comes with salsa too). Their queso dip kind of looks like it came out of a diaper. It's not that good, but we still ate some of it. Our fries were really good dipped in it. We shared an entree of chicken crispers. They were a little soggy with oil, but they are still really good. The honey mustard was yummy. I'm not usually a fan of corn on the cob due to the mess, but theirs is so yummy, I eat it anyway. We had a good meal, but the server (who was NOT BUSY AT ALL) was not attentive. I got a refill, but my dining partner didn't get one until I waved the glass over my head (yes, I did). The margaritas in the blue shaker are full of ice and they only fill them to a small line on the shaker. The steak didn't have as much flavor as I had wished, but when eating it with the potatoes, it was delightful. The corn on the cob only had seasoning on one side, and it was very concentrated. What a great experience I've had on the latest two visits! Quarantine was difficult for everyone, but this location truly tries to make you feel like they missed you as much as you missed going out. Saturday, since quarantine has started to ease back, has been home repair and gardening. So we loved to stop in to Chili's next to Home Depot, for their amazing fajitas. Imagine the added thrill of ordering not only the best fajitas, spicy, savory melt in your mouth steak with all the fresh sides, but also having a terrific staff that made you feel welcome. Lisa is the most hard working bartender/server you'd ever have care for you. Fast, friendly, on the mark. When asked , gave great food recommendations and made us feel so welcomed. I can be picky and often ask for food options, Lisa was totally fine with it and even suggested alternatives I didn't know about. I so look forward to returning. The servers are the nicest, and most accommodating, that I've ever seen in one location - no joke. It's also becoming my husband's new favorite burger place. He is also very impressed that they still serve the Country Fried Steak, which was always a favorite of his. At Chili's locations in other states, they stopped selling it, and put hot spices in all the other dishes, which made us stop going there.
