My son told me he missed Chili's chips & salsa because we hadn't been there in years. I decided to take him to lunch. We stopped in about 12:30 the place was busy but not crowded. We were seated right away. The restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms. This location looked updated. It wasn't the decor I remembered. Our server, Candace, was very friendly and provided excellent service. I was surprised to find $10 lunch specials. It comes with a small soup or salad and an entree. There were several choices and I had the chicken, bacon and avocado sandwich with fries and a Cesar salad. It was delicious and a good portion. My son loved his Nashville hot chicken tenders. The store manager, Korin, called me a liar out loud in front of other customers, argued instead of resolving a simple mistake, and made a huge scene over a simple mistake she could've fixed. She repeated herself endlessly, refused to take accountability, and humiliated me while another other manager just stood off to the side laughing in a headset. Just came from Applebee's. The service was horrible. We waited over a half hour and still weren't seated. I came to Chili's right down the street. I'm not even on the same block and I was greeted at the door seated immediately when it's really packed they get you in really quick and they let you know that they care the waitress that I met. Only came because I was gifted a gift card for my birthday. I ordered Buffalo strips and she brought me plain. I informed her of the mistake. Instead of tossing the strips in the sauce or remaking them for me she just brought me out the sauce. I wanted my Buffalo chicken strips and she didn't offer a comp or anything. I left my prescription glasses on the table and didn't realize it until almost home. Being the holiday time, there was too much going on to call right away. A few days passed and I called. The nicest lady helped me and found my glasses and mailed them to me at no charge to me! They arrived safe and sound. So this is the second time we come here on our way home from Vegas to LA. We thought this might be a good place to stop and get a little break before heading down the Cajon pass but now I am not so sure. We had a group of eight and just before we order [but after they had taken our drink orders] they tell us that they have no more pasta. Two at the table had planned to order pasta so now they have to rethink their meals. We finally get our orders in; while the wait was long the waiter did a good job and filled our drinks often. I typically get the same thing at Chili's; the spicy shrimp tacos. The tacos had plenty of shrimp but the tortillas were super hard. I think that they left my plate at the heat lamp for a while as they prepared other dishes. Also, my rice was crispy. This is not the first time I get crispy rice at Chili's and not just this location. Also, the portion of rice was so small; it's rice. We started to think that they were running out of other items because my wife and sister-in-law both ordered the potato soup and both felt it had been thinned, possibly to make it last through the night. We did get there around 8:30 PM. My wife asked for her plate to be ToGo since she only wanted the soup and had planned on taking the leftovers to our son. The food came on the plate so she immediately asked for a ToGo container and she received it. At the end of dinner, my sister-in-law asked for a container and she was given two small containers because they had ran out of the large container. She had to put her one meal into two container but as soon as she does she sees another waiter give another client a large container. She asked the manager that had given her the two smaller containers why and he looks surprised as hell. Here is the kicker, as we are leaving our waiter serves the guy behind us a plate of pasta. I know I'm long winded but if you remember the beginning of my review, they told us they were out of pasta, I guess there is a pasta, soup and ToGo container shortage in Victorville. read more

I get it, we all have off days, but come on, you're the first person customers see when they walk in! I felt like I was interrupting her time just by showing up. The worst chili's ever. Lazy, rude and unprofessional workers. The worst restaurant in the high desert. So, every time we try to go to this chili's they either are closed early or have stopped seating people at 8 or 9. With that said, we always call ahead. Tonight, we called at 8:30 and the person that answered the phone said that they close at 11 but they stop seating at 1030. So, we head down there and get there by 9 pm and at the door they have a sign posted that they have stopped seating for the night. The sign, as you can see also has incorrect spelling and is unprofessional. So, we tell the host that we called ahead and someone told us 1030. (We also saw several people walk in, ignore the sign, just before this and get seated). Without hesitation or asking anyone else, the host says, "oh sorry, we just sat several large parties". (There were no large parties) I try to call and speak to a manager and they asked for my name and left me on hold for 15 minutes. They should've made an exception, being that we called and we just saw them let in 3 people after they posted the "sign" stating that they supposedly stopped seating people. There weren't a lot of people in the restaurant to be a "covid" thing. It's SATURDAY night. Why would you close at 9 if you have business? You care nothing about your customers or the business. I have been in management over 21 years. I understand emergencies. I understand being understaffed. I understand almost any situation. But this is clearly a group of people that don't want to work. You can't just close a restaurant early all the time because you feel like it. Someone needs to look into this if you want to keep your doors open. read more

The food delightful. The laughter you hear when you walk in rings in your ears from open to close. If it's busy service is slow, if it's got no wait time for tables then their great. I love how I always receive a warm welcome smile both when I walk in and when I leave. The Ambiance is fun. The price for the food is fair or great on the lunch specials. read more
