Ordered the egg rolls and it came with the wrong dipping sauce , had ranch dressing and not the avocado sauce. We both ordered the soup and side salad. I was charged for chips and salsa that I never ordered nor was served. After getting home I noticed the charge and contacted Chilis in Victorville. They put me on with the manager who apologized and said he would make it good but that reversing the charges would be complicated so he asked if he could send us coupons for free meals. I agreed and gave them my email and street address. They never provided anything. Its not about the $5.29 (which is a rip off for chips and salsa) but, the principle and customer service. I have been coming to Chilis forever. This manager needs to get fired for lip service and poor customer service. Having the 3 for $10.99 meal for the first time and was a great pic. We had the bacon burger with fries, chile and queso with chips and it was all the delicious. Also had a Long Island but this is the only thing that Chiles need to improve one. Since Covid their drinks have gone down hill. I remember Chiles making those drinks fun but no more. We have been here several times within the last 2 years and the drinks have been my fave. Hope this is seen and they spice it up in the drink section. Host service was not as friendly as Chiles has had in the past and our waitress provided good service. Visited this location on a Wednesday evening to celebrate my daughter's job promotion. There were issues from the start. We were seated but waited quite some time before anyone came to our table. A much larger party that was seated after us received their drinks, yet we didn't even know who our waitress was. I stopped a waitress passing by and she located our waitress. Her excuse was that she didn't hear the hostess say we were seated. My daughter ordered a beverage but when the bartender delivered it she called it by the wrong name and took off. We flagged our waitress who went back to the bartender to confirm the drink was correct but honestly, we still don't know if it truly was but it was good. My daughter ordered the Cajun pasta and I ordered shrimp fajitas. Both dishes were Chili level good, however, my daughter's dish was delivered without the accompanying garlic bread and I found a shell from the tail of the shrimp in my dish. My daughter was given her bread and the manager provided a discount for all of the inconveniences but it's definitely better to have a better experience than to get a small discount on the bill. I went in with my family and I have retainers and service was good I love how attentive our waitress was and we sat there a little longer than expected after eating and we got up and left and I left my retainers on the table which is 100% my fault and I didn't realize until I got home. I immediately called and the first girl who answered the phone I asked if there was anything I can do and she was just rude and unwilling to help me, I didn't bother and I just immediately asked for the manager. The manager answered and I asked if there was anything we can do and he just kept telling me no and was so unapologetic and unwilling to help and he made made me feel like crap. My mom even went in and she talked to the server and the busser and they were willing to help but the manager didn't even bother to try talking to them and I just feel as if his manners were completely unprofessional and he needs to be nicer especially when a younger girl calls panicking over something really expensive. And I hope that the first girl who I spoke to also learns phone manners as well because she was just as mean as the manager. Thank you to my server and the busser for trying to help though! This spot was great especially for the budget. I HIGHLY recommend the 3 for $10 because you can get unlimited drinks, an appetizer, and a entree. The waiter we had was super generous and friendly. The only downside to this spot was the excessive wait time. It was an hour just to get a seat and an additional 30-40 minutes just to get our food. My lord this Chili's is really bad. Severely understaffed and it showed with the attitudes of rude strung out servers. I would assume it was just as bad in the kitchen because the crap they served me would have put my dog in the hospital. Everything was so bad I don't know where to start. Egg rolls: Limp and undercooked Sliders: Overcooked sand, so dry! Wings: Cooked at Chernobyl! Boneless wings: Hard as hell and dry! Salmon: Cooked okay but farm raised. Broccoli: Raw! Everything was so bad it appeared the chef was taking revenge on people for having to work alone. I don't get it? How can so many items come out and everything be bad? The old grease they we're using tasted like they found it in some Egyptian tomb or something. The oil/grease ruined everything! Here's the cherry on top though, after finally flagging down our distressed waitress and paid the bill my mother in law requested a molten lava cake chocolate dessert. We left and she stayed for the dessert. 30 minutes later she called us in the car and said the dessert never came to the table. My lord, how bad can it get? It took almost forty minutes to get an extremely salty plate. I love salt more than most, and even I thought the salt content was exaggerated. I left most of the plate. I've been here twice in a week's time, and each time the chili is super cold. Tonight, cold again. Our triple dipper was terrible! Cold! Almost like it just got taken out of the freezer! The sauces spilled all over the basket the appetizer comes on, and two sorry looking southwest egg rolls instead of the four it usually comes with, and cold again. The fries with the salmon my son got, hard and cold. Salmon was undercooked. Waiters attending all the surrounding tables except ours. Asked for certain things and they kept forgetting. Had dinner at our local Chili's today and like always, had great customer service. The food was good and didn't take them long at all to bring us our order. Our server was so cheerful, friendly and super attentive. She recommended the Smokehouse combo and fajitas (since some of us were undecided of what to get) we were definitely not disappointed, chose her recommendation to change it up from our last visit. She's a doll! Thank you Star! :) Their was another server that was super sweet also, just didn't her her name. The kids and I thought she looked a lot like "Taylor Swift". Although she was not assigned to our table and was just passing by our area, she didn't hesitate to help us with getting us more napkins. And with a smile on her face! It's strange to get that these days!
