8/4/26. I was the first one to enter and was told where to go to place an order. Waited a bit at the counter with no acknowledgement from staff walking by. When the young girl finally came to the counter, not even a hello or can I take your order. Even though the restaurant was open on time, I was told that the kitchen wasn't ready so I had to wait. I'd rather spend my money on customer friendly establishments that are more organized.

Chilies everywhere is pretty much the same. We visited on a Sunday, and the restaurant was bit busy. Sunday is a huge sports day, that was to be expected. The wait time was 20min, but we were seated near the bar area where we could still see the tv screens. Our server took our orders pretty quickly, because we already knew what we were getting. We did order a few rounds of the margarita of the month, and it was pretty decent. My niece loved it, I didn't finish mine, so she did the honors. Food came out fast, hot and everything was correct. It's always nice coming into a Chilies to get some good food and drinks and catch up with friends. This location gets busy, so plan accordingly.

I want to share praise for an incredible server at your Westbury location who took care of us around 6:45 PM on July 28. She had a short black bob haircut and provided amazing service-she anticipated every need, refilled drinks invisibly, and managed a heavy dinner rush flawlessly. I didn't catch her name, but that doesn't take away from her lovely demeanor and service. Please share this praise with her!

We've all been to Chilis. I went specifically to watch football. What I like is that they had multiple games on. Which is perfect for the fantasy football players out there. We sat at the bar and the bartender was great. Drinks were not expensive. The food was delicious. I ordered the triple dipper and ordered my 3 favorite bar food. Football jerseys welcome.

It's been a hottt minute since I've been inside a Chili's but stopped by yesterday to watch the Giants game. Drinks are very well priced! The $6 mango margs were delicious and I had some great Gin & Tonic, splash of sour (Tanqueray for $9 not bad at all!) My friend had a triple dipper app combo and I had the Grilled Chicken Tex Mex bowl. Both were good. Nothing special but not bad! It was a great place to watch the game, not too crowded, passion from fellow fans were there and didn't break the bank. I would definitely go back!

Chili's has always been one of my favorite spots! This time, I tried the Santa Fe Grilled Chicken Salad and absolutely loved it. Usually I do Cajun chicken pasta my all time favorite. My husband ordered a steak, which is always a hit here.we've never been disappointed with their steaks. My sister-in-law ordered the fajitas with chicken but they got shrimp and steak as well. That was just okay. The only thing I didn't enjoy this visit was the guac--usually it's really good, but this time it wasn't up to their usual standard. We ended our meal with the Chocolate Lava Cake, which is our favorite dessert. It never disappoints--so rich and delicious! Overall, still a great experience and one of my go-to place. service and ambience was good too. No complaints!

Food was very awful did not even look appetizing the size of the egg rolls hardly seemed like they were an eggroll The chicken tasted dry and the service from the waiter was very awful. She seemed upset that we did not order "on time" , not sure for what but it was 3 PM

Come here if you want a BURNT burger :) bread was falling apart which happens when the bread is NOT fresh. Will not return.

Service - the server was pleasant. Food - was enjoyable Ambiance - nice and lively. Maybe a bit too loud for more "mature" folks. Great place to watch sports We were seated right away. The server took a few minutes to take our order but she did stop by and apologize. Overall it wasn't a long wait at all but was very appreciative of her stopping by to say something. The Santa Fe burger didnt look as good as the picture and the portion of fries on the side was small. The burger was cooked just how I asked. The fries were tasty and nicely salted! We also got the Quesadillas Explosion salad. The shrimp werent hot but rather were warm. But all in all, my sister enjoyed the salad. We also had the chicken crispers and they were crispy! Everyone enjoyed their meal. It was reasonable and tasty. Nothing fancy but did the job! Will visit again.

Visited on a Thursday a little after they opened, no wait to be seated. Triple dipper for the win! the mozz sticks cheese pulls for days and chipotle tenders - the sauce is perfect spicy sweet. Santa Fe salad is great, their ranch is my fave in town. Kids meals for 7 bucks and plenty of variety. Plenty of parking, Jamie was great and the food came out quick. Paying on the table kiosk was super easy too. We'll be back again soon.

The Union has become one of my Top 5 picks for a great dinner on Long Island because it checks all…read morethe boxes: great food, great ambiance, and a great staff. I believe our first visit was almost two years ago, and we've continued coming back ever since. Nestled inside Eisenhower Park and connected to the former Carlyle wedding venue, The Union feels a little tucked away--which is part of its charm. The menu has everything you'd expect from a higher-end steakhouse, but what sets The Union apart is that they also do sushi--and somehow nail it just as well as they do a filet mignon or roast chicken. On our most recent visit, we noticed the menu had been updated. Thankfully, all of our favorites are still there, with just a few tweaks. I also love the new cocktail menu design, which features photos of the drinks along with descriptions. They make a terrific smoked Old Fashioned here, which is generally how I start my meals at The Union. They have a great raw bar along with a huge selection of appetizers. The slab bacon is awesome, and the French dip sliders could easily make a meal on their own despite technically being an appetizer. There's a great selection of steaks, including a couple of dry-aged options for two. Steaks are generally à la carte, but the sides are reasonably priced, mostly in the $10-$15 range. The duck-fat potatoes are excellent, and I'm a big fan of their creamed spinach. Then there's the sushi. Their signature Union Roll is the standout, but honestly, we've had great luck with all of their specialty rolls. Now, do your best to save room for dessert because I'm going to spill the beans on one of The Union's secrets: they have some of the best ice cream I've ever had in my life! I realize it's a little ridiculous to rave about classic vanilla ice cream, but just wait. Take that first spoonful and I guarantee there's a good chance your reaction will be: "Damn, that is some tasty ice cream!" Even the whipped cream is ridiculously good and almost gives the ice cream a run for its money. Expect to leave The Union very full--and usually carrying some leftovers home. The setting is another big plus. Outdoor dining overlooks the golf course and makes for a beautiful backdrop, and when the weather gets cooler, the fire pits on the back patio make it a great place to hang out with a drink. The wine list is solid as well. Valet parking is another nice touch, especially since events at Eisenhower Park on weekends can sometimes make parking and traffic a little tricky. After nearly two years and multiple visits, The Union continues to deliver. Steak, sushi, cocktails, a beautiful setting, and apparently life-changing vanilla ice cream. What more do you need?

My wife and I have been wanting to dine at The Union, in Westbury, for quite some time. Tonight,…read morewe both had a craving for a good burger, and wanted to enjoy this beautiful evening, in a nice outdoor setting. With that I said let's try the Union. The Union, is located in Eisenhower Park. The path leading up to the restaurant, is surrounded by mounds of stunning flowers. The restaurant itself has a very nice open look, with a very long 10 seat bar. The rear of the restaurant has a beautiful and spacious patio overlooking the golf course. Sitting on the patio gives a feel that you're dining at a very exclusive country club. The menu is primarily geared for sushi & steak, but has a number of salads, as well as pizza. We began our meal by sharing a Greek salad. My only objection with the salad, was that the feta cheese had a bland taste, unlike the salty creamy taste that typically exudes from feta cheese. The other issue with the salad, was that it was served with a miniature serving tong. The tong, aside from being tiny, did not easily close to pick up portion's of the salad. We asked the waiter if he can provide us with a serving spoon & fork. After 10 minutes the waiter returned with a regular sized fork & spoon, and to our dismay, said the restaurant didn't have any other serving utensils. Next, we moved on to our main reason for our being there, which was to enjoy the 10 ounce cheeseburger & fries. Unfortunately, when we began eating, our burgers, it was pretty apparent that the sesame buns the burgers were served in weren't fresh, and shouldn't have been served to customers. I did note that quite a few patrons ordered burgers, and I noticed that most patrons took the burger out from the buns. I will never understand why a restaurant would serve patrons any item that's past its useful life. Finally, the restaurant redeemed itself with dessert. The waiter suggested that we try the warm apple covered beignets, which I say was a big YUM!. All in all I have to say I was disappointed with my first visit to the Union, but the ambiance, and the overall delight of the outdoor setting will draw me back again sometime this summer.

First off, the inside is beautiful. They did an incredible job with the renovation, and I loved all the little details, especially the custom 300-pound manhole covers they're using as tables around the bar. Even better, everyone working there was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Now the food! We started with the Baked Clams, and these were legit. You could've served them to me at an Italian restaurant and I wouldn't have questioned it. The Nonna's Ribs were probably one of the biggest surprises--slow-braised pork ribs with cherry peppers and finished on the grill. Fall-off-the-bone tender, tons of flavor, and I loved that they weren't just drenched in BBQ sauce. The Firebird crispy chicken sandwich was fantastic, and the Steakhouse Sandwich with sliced NY strip, mushrooms, provolone, crispy onions and horseradish aioli was also very well done. But that Manhole Burger deserves some special attention. Beef, American cheese, caramelized onions and dijonnaise on brioche. Simple combination, executed REALLY well. This was an outstanding burger and absolutely something I'd order again. And I can't leave out the fries. They're hand-cut in house, super thin and crispy, and exactly how I like my fries. Think that addictive thin fast-food style, except made fresh and much better quality. If you remember this location from its previous ownership, give it another shot. This is a completely different experience. Beautiful restaurant, genuinely friendly staff and food that exceeded my expectations. Foundry Tavern is a Hicksville hidden gem that deserves more attention--especially for lunch. I'll definitely be back.

Heard the guy next to us order a French dip and the waiter said great, we have only 2 left. So when he came to us I ordered and he said great timing it's the last one. Took 45 minutes to get our strawberry salad which was delicious. Another 3o minutes go by (and the guy next to me who ordered the other French dip had already finished and left) So the strawberry waiter, after more than 1.15hr walk over and says "hey, we ran out of the French so I ordered you the steak sandwich. Huh? 1 hour and fifteen min later you ran out and the other guy already ate and left? I said great, but I'm not paying for it. 10 min later the owner came out. He could not have been a friendlier, responsible and all around nice person. It wasn't that he not only covered my meal but the table but it was the way he handled it. Owning a restaurant is not easy and problems happen. Food - 8/10 Prices 9/10 Place 8/10 I would not only recommend this place but they have absolutely earned my business. The menu has options for burgers, hot dogs, fries, salads, shakes, floats, and desserts. I ordered a Yellow Label Burger ($13.45) and a Strawberry shake ($6.75). My husband and I shared a Farm Salad ($9.75). The Yellow Label Burger comprises of USDA Prime Beef, homemade fried mac n cheese patty, lettuce, tomato on a potato bun. This was delicious! I liked how after biting into the crispy, breaded exterior it gives way to a hot, molten cheese center that oozes perfectly over beef. The Farm Salad which consisted of spring mix, tomato, blue cheese crumbles, sliced almonds, dried cranberries, and raspberry vinaigrette on the side was also very very very tasty, fresh, and a good portion. The strawberry shake was also very good and had pieces of strawberries. While the hand cut fries were wonderfully crispy and flavorful, the burger was kind of disappointing - not terrible, but the bun tasted stale and the meat was very bland. Also I ordered the burger cooked medium but it came out pink in the center, not my preference for chopped meat. Maybe I ordered the wrong item?
