I decided to order Chili's after my friends suggested their great 3 for $10 deal. I usually don't dine at Chili's since Applebees is right down the block but I really enjoyed their curb-side pickup during this pandemic. I ordered the meal online and picked ASAP but there is a wide array of times to pick for later on if you want to order ahead of time. Once I pulled up, I was greeted by a kind woman with a mask and gloves. She quickly got our order and told us to check to make sure everything was in there which I liked! The 3 for $10 was a great bang for your buck. It comes with a drink, appetizer, and an entree. I got a lemonade, chips and salsa, and the Cajun chicken pasta. The entree was good but I am a sucker for the classic chips and salsa. The salsa is a big cup portion with a whole bag of chips! The pasta sauce and my dad's coleslaw juice kinda spilled in the bag on the carride home. Annoying, but it just happens with takeout. Chili's had twofers, I'm all in there with the mango and blackberry margaritas. Haha. The table had; steak nachos, fajitas, chipotle ribs which were all pretty good. My brother loves a good burger but he wasn't crazy about their Old Fashion burger. One kid liked his Mac and cheese but my godson didn't like his Popcorn chicken looking meal, he said it was too dry (it was). I have not been to Chili's in years but we popped in here for a quick snack before a movie. Well anyway, since a salad of some sort was on my mind I ordered this tex-mex bowl of sorts with chicken. When it arrived all I could think of was what is this????? This is the ugliest most unappealing bowl of I dont know what the hell I ordered. I was able to see the avocado, there was a slice of chicken, a smear of sour cream, tortilla chips (maybe), corn, lettuce, cheese...and I dont know what else was thrown...and I do mean thrown in the bowl. Someone in the back just must have been grabbing a little bit of everything and said oh that looks texmexy. If I had been making this dish at home I would have called it refrigerator buffet salad. Open the fridge throw it in a bowl...close the door and eat it. Time being short, I did eat this gastronomic excursion with hopes I would not get sick. It was ok/tolerable. Went here today before class. My server was generally nice. She kept the conversation short and just took my order(I already knew what I wanted anyway) food came out quickly and it was okay. It's really quiet during lunchtime so I assume that's why I was serviced so promptly. Come here from 11-4 to get the lunch special deals! My salad was great, but the lettuce tasted kind of metallic ( if that makes sense). The margarita flatbread is my absolute favorite because of the aioli that's drizzled on top. I went to this location for the St Jude's fundraiser. The fundraiser was held on Monday September 30th. I have not been to Chili's in years. I think the last time I went was 2011. My food was exceptional. The shrimp tacos were very tasty. I had a house salad and mashed potatoes. I had to take the bacon out because I am pescatarian. Then I had the black beans. I also have the bottomless salsa and chips. Nothing but hand claps on the night. And the best part of it was there were 13 people in my party and the bill was $230. I have to patronize Chili's again. Due to a time contstraint we came here after a hiccup trying to eat at Kingfish Oyster Bar for restaurant week. You may think wow that's a bit drastic. Well it is but out of all the semi fast food chains Chilis is one of my favorites (though I can only speak about this location). I never have a problem with food, service or drinks. The few waitresses/bartenders that I've seen over the years are hard workers. Seem to enjoy what they do. They aim to make you happy and in general have cool personalities. Now I try not to come here on peek hours and get a table (that's not wise lol) instead I head straight to the bar area. read more

Only bright spot about this place was a very sweet bartender and an undercooked medium rare steak (which was ok, because I'd prefer that vs overcooked. This place is filthy. Sitting at the bar, menu had dried sauce and food on it, asked for salt/pepper shakers...They were disgusting. A1 bottle looks like it hasn't been wiped down since being opened. Filthy. Every time I've been here I was eating in a dirty environment. There's always large crumbs still on the table from the last person who sat there and the menus are always greasy. The payment terminal at the table was still wet with sauce. One time I even had a used neon pink flosspick on the table when I first sat down. Went here on a Friday evening at a time I thought was early to go to a Chili's... I was wrong. We got there about 7:30pm and were seated immediately. The menu is the same everywhere so no need to get into that. Servers: Brandon and Ann Marie. Brandon was nice and charismatic. He was very attentive and pleasant. Ann Marie was also very nice and thorough with making sure we got what we wanted. Food: The food was good. I love their chips which seem to be freshly prepared on the premises. The guacamole is usually very good. This time is was good- I had to add some salt and lime to it to really get it to pass muster. The street corn was good- not the best I've ever had... but still it was good. The Caribbean salad was really good. The dressing wasn't too over-powerful and the blend of fruits in it was nice. This is big enough for two people to share as a salad like we did to go with our meals. We got the full rack of ribs and shared that with fries. It was more than enough food and we like to eat. My husband also got the wings with chipotle bbq sauce- you get a good amount of wings. This is a great app to share or you can eat alone if you have a large appetite. For dessert I got the cookie skillet- always delicious and warm. The ice cream is tasty as well. My husband got the paradise pie. I like the taste of this but I'm not the biggest fan of desserts with nuts so I would never get this for my self even though the nuts are not that prominent in the taste. Note: If you ask for a glass of milk with your dessert inquire as what type they have. What my husband got was not whole milk and there wasn't any discussion as to what types of milk they have. Therefore, it's probably better to ask details about it before your surprised. Overall: I'll come back- I always do. I wish I went somewhere else for lunch. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area that would've been far better than this. Looked and felt dirty everywhere. Servers weren't too friendly and we waited forever for our drinks. Margarita sucked. They have touch screens at each table and you can pay your bill by credit card this was. I went to have a nice dinner with my family after my graduation. I order honey chipotle tenders, fries and seasoned corn with a strawberry lemonade. Everything tasted fine and I had asked for a refill on my drink. When I was given my refill it had a funny strong burning taste like alcohol then I looked in my drink and there was a bug. I tried to not let this ruin my appetite and I told a waiter, I was given another drink. I then found a hair in my food after eating almost half already this made me fully lose my appetite. My father informed our waitress and she offered me another meal but I declined because I couldn't eat anything else with the disgust I was feeling. I really love the honey BBQ chicken crispers and the margaritas. I think the fact that they have all day 2 fers really makes them a better value than Applebee's or Friday's. They lost a star because the bar is made of a weird material that feels DISGUSTING. It's sticky and feels moist. It's porous so it feels like it absorbs dirt and grime. Ew. Don't sit here. Also the water from this location tastes nasty. I'm an avid 5 bottles of water a day gal so when I order water anywhere I can sense a dirty ice maker. I'm giving you 3 Stars Chili's which is sad because I've come here so many times over the years and yesterday was a complete disappointment. I was looking forward to their Queso appetizer as always but it was a total miss. It was so thick and just didn't taste good. I usual love the Queso and dig in but yesterday I had two bites and was done. I was hoping for better with my boneless buffalo chicken salad which was okay for a fast food joint. My only problem was it was loaded with salad dressing. Take the healthy right out of it why don't you. We also ordered the chicken enchiladas which were loaded with salt. Not a very enjoyable meal. I also noticed a change in the menu I guess their trying to go the healthier route. I believe that anytime any restaurant makes a change to their menu it never works out sometimes change isn't good at least for fast food. The customer service was fine and the usual just wish they wouldn't bring your meal out 5mins after your appetizer which whatever I'm so use it to already. Last night my family and I dined at Chili's and it was our first time back in the restaurant since Covid. We were seated with Gaby and she is quite simply the best waitress we have ever had in any restaurant ever! She gave us a summary of the whole entire menu for the family, since they had taken off the meal deals we used to eat, and explained the margaritas and made recommendations for us, which we ended up loving. The restaurant was busy but Gaby was attentive, kind, quick (thank you for helping us not miss our movie!), hardworking and made sure everything came out perfect! This was my first time ever coming to a Chili's and I'd have to say my experience wasn't too bad. My party of 5 was seating right away on a Wednesday afternoon as the place was not busy. What won me over is their happy hour specials. Their two for 1 well drinks or discounts on their beers was pretty nice. My friends and I got the frozen mango margarita, which was pretty good. I finished mine too quickly. It was worth it though and you can taste the tequila in it which was nice. I had gotten the chipotle chicken bowl from their lunch special ($7) and it was good. Nothing stood out to me, but it wasn't like super special. Just your standard chipotle chicken bowl. My friend had gotten the 3 for $10 lunch special which came with a HUGE amount of chips and dip, a burger, and a mini chocolate cake for the dessert. All of it looked pretty good. The service was good and our waitress kept bringing a lot of water to our table whenever she saw we were getting low. We ordered the guacamole to start and as a main course we had the chicken fajitas and the Cajun chicken pasta - both equally good! The fajitas come sizzling with all the fixings including cheese, sour cream, guac, tortillas, jalapeños and salsa. The portions were just right and our service was great. Our server regularly refilled our drinks and was very friendly. We never felt rushed even as the crowd waiting to be seated kept growing.
