Ok so I decided to give this location another chance. Well that was the last chance. First off, I ordered the free chips and salsa to go with the meal. The "Salsa" was very basic, almost as if they just decided to put hot sauce(mild version) into a bowl. Plus it was watery at that. As an entrée, I had the Rib Eye Steak, with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. The potatoes were ok. The corn on the cob, was soft and mushy. At least once a month I go to this Chili's. The wait staff are very good, most of them, and the food comes out in a timely manner. I have never had the food be bad quality. I went to Chili's last night 7/16/2016 and this had to have been the worst restaurant experience I've ever had at a chain restaurant. First I'd like to say I'm in the business and have a understanding of what it's like but this was sheer craziness. The place was not busy it was 11pm. I had to seat myself because there was no host in the front. So, we sat at one of the bar tables and waited quite sometime for service. So, we found a seat right at the bar hopefully to spend things up, not really. Two bartenders and I guess one was going home so she was more worried about closing the register then the guest at the bar. We finally ordered food which did not take too long to come out but I wish it would have because the food was horrible. I ordered the Cajun pasta. The chicken must have been sitting around for "God, who knows how long." And then someone thought it would be a good idea to cut it up and place on top of a pasta with fresh green and onions and chili powder. My wife ordered the rib which were dry but the fries where hot and fresh. During these chain of events. We were able to see the kitchen from the bar. I'm not sure what food explosion happened but if these are the set standards for the restaurant I won't be seeing you again. And I'm sure others saw what I had seen. Ohhhh. the cherry on the dessert. While I was sitting at the bar, a guest completely drunk trips over a chair leg and smashes her face on the floor. All this entertainment was free... On the positive the manager was nice about taking the pasta off the bill and the bartender apologized several time about the food. read more

Visit this location several times over the last 6 months. Sometimes the experience is good but most of the time it's mediocre at best. I don't expect much at this price point, but yesterday's dining experience was my last. We were seated at a section that was just opened by the manager. Waited for the server for at least 10 minutes when the manager came over, apologized for the wait and took our order. The manager delivered our drinks and appetizers quickly. When the main courses came out, which was also delivered by the manager they were cold. Waited another 10 minutes for the server and finally grabbed one of the other wait staff to please have her address our meals. Meals were replaced with another apology from the manager. In the end we were double charged for the meals due to them being replaced. Once again the manager corrected and apologized. Never did see the server for our table. I wonder if I didn't have the funds to pay for the meal if an apology would be accepted? Goodbye Chili's! read more

The only restaurant my aunt likes to go to every year for her birthday is Chillis. Today we took her to Chillis and the service was great as usually Brandon was our server and he was very attentive to our needs and very helpful with helping us select menu items. We had to wait 45 minutes to be seated and once we were seated finally, they gave us a long list of menu items that were not available at all. Searing gets slow at night on Fri and sat but they have the best chips and salsa around and they are free and bottomless if you drink at the bar not sure if they still do that as I haven't been in two tears. They. Have two for one drinks bit their glasses are very devieving, they look big but its all glass as it only holds barely one little beer can each. This was my first time eating at a Chili's restaurant and I know for sure that it won't be my last. The service for one was one of the best services I've had at any restaurant. The wait time for our food was very fast, based on previous experience I've had before, I was not expecting our food to get to our table so soon. The best part of my visit was our waitress, Jennifer! She was pleasant and very helpful when it came to helping us decide on what to order (I asked her what would she recommend ) everything on the menu looked so great! I got their ribs, and unlike other places, their ribs were amazing! It had that smoked flavor and didn't have a weird taste to it. Everything was cooked to perfection. My family and I came here for my father's birthday and we had a wonderful experience. I got the $22 for 2 with my dad. For our appetizer we got those Texas Cheese fries and for our main entrees, I got half rack of baby back ribs with fries while my dad got grilled chicken fajita. I recommend both these meals! I don't know whats happening to Chili's. I used to love it. All of the menu items seem to taste the same these days. On my last visit, I ordered the buffalo chicken salad - how can you miss, right? It;s greens, bacon, pico, cheese and a chicken cutlet with hot sause on it. The salad was so soggy and over dressed that i chose to pick thru and only eat the chicken, which was a pre-fab frozen chicken breast - thats ok, but when I told the server of my choice to eat thru the bad salad, she didnt seem to care. I wasnt asking for it to taken off the bill, but she could have offered fresh lettuce or something. Another guest at our table got the set of 4 sliders - they were burnt. the french fries were the only good thing in the. And this is interesting - the next booth over got fajitas - and they come sizzling on that little pan, they weren't cooked in - its for effect -and whatever they drizzle on the heated pan to make the sizzle noise and smoke was so overpowering - my eyes were watering and the acrid smell was just awful. Waited about 40 minutes when they estimated 15-20. When I was seated I waited another 15 minutes for a waiter to address the table. Strangely two other parties were acknowledged before my table, although they arrived after my party. The chicken was good, but my fries were stale as if they were reheated a few times. I hadn't been to Chili's in about 15 years (when I was much younger and didn't know any better). Back when I had no real concern about what went into my body during finals week in grad school (the rule is that you can eat whatever you want in order to say alive during finals week), my go to was the Chicken Crispers. I haven't eaten them since as they have enough fat and calories to kill a small island of people, but because we were hungry with a child in tow(and I have fond memories), we decided to revisit (it was a revisitation for me, my husband had never previously had the pleasure of surrendering his will to live to Chili's). The first thing we noticed upon being seated in a booth, was the filthy sticky table and dirty menus. This should have been the sign we needed to just get up and go somewhere else, but we stuck it out. My husband ordered a beer (for which he waited literally 20 minutes,) and a full rack of ribs which were unsatisfying at best. Despite WANTING the chicken Crispers with every fiber of my being, I ordered a steak burrito (which I'm sure is not a healthy option, but compared to the chicken Crispers, it's a spa salad). The burrito was pretty tasteless, which is surprising. How does one fuck up a burrito? It basically tasted like nothing and was a fairly boring eating experience until I felt a sharp pain and my mouth started bleeding. I spit out the offending bite, and found a medially sized jagged shard of wood IN my burrito. I mentioned it to the waitress and she apologized and removed my food. The manager (who was appropriately contrite) came over and apologized but said "I can't imagine what that could be bother than a chicken bone." When I informed her that I had ordered the steak burrito, she said it must be a piece of a wooden skewer. She apologized and comped my disgusting burrito (although imo, she should have comped all of our food as that was substantially large infraction. Because we were still hungry, we did order an additional appetizer size of the chicken Crispers, but either they had changed since the last time I ordered them, or I just had horribly shitty taste as a 25 year old, because they were beyond gross and my husband and I were both doubled over in stomach pain for the entire night. Chili's will not be a place that we go EVER again, but when we left there was a rather long line, so I am surprised that SO many people are willing to consume such shitty food on such a regular basis. We had the steak and shrimp combo fajita, and it was pretty good- the shrimp was very tender and although I didn't try the steak, everyone else said it was great. I had the worse customer service in this location. The waitress was rude and not concerned with our service at all. We complained to the manager and they switched the server. However, it took forever for us to receive our meal. And they weren't too concerned with our dessert order. My mother-in-law filled out a complaint online and we have never eaten there again. I enjoyed the food, but the service was horrible so no more Chili's Grill & Bar for me and my family until the end of time. Some people don't realize how important customer service is to receiving a great tip! I love to tip well for good service, but "a penny" was left that night, and that was too generous of a tip in my opinion!!! okay all the whiners below my review. it's CHILI'S!! if you want some high class restaurant this is not the place for you. now I love high class expensive restaurants but if I ate there all the time we'd have no money! so for lunch some days or just one of those nights we don't want to go nuts me and my friends or me and my boyfriend go to Chilis. they have the $20 deal and the food is yummy. it's not 5 star restaurant yummy but it is yummy. anyone complaining just go somewhere else jesus. it's not the place for you. of course the food is not always amazing and sometimes I'm like what did they do? but that's anywhere you go. all places have an off night they can't be perfect and delicious every time. only complaint about Chilis is they close too early. stay open like applebees does! it sucks when we want to go out late and besides applebees all we have is diners at only 11 pm. long island isn't NYC but some places can stay open an extra hour until 1 am for those who work late and want actual food! this goes for all restaurants in the area besides applebees too. an extra hour will not kill you! read more

I love going to Chili's but I definitely will not come back to this one. People said you can tell if the restaurant is clean or not by the cleanliness of the bathroom. My husband went to the bathroom and he said urine were all over the floor. He didn't even want to touch the door. He then passed by the kitchen, the garbage were piled high and overflow. As for the food, I ordered the Caribbean Salad which I love to eat. The lettuce was really bitter. Just horrible! My husband ordered the spareribs. There were practically no meat on the ribs. That, we had to tell the waitress to bring it back to the kitchen and get us another plate. Never coming back! read more
