Place was still quiet and we got seated right away (by 6 pm there was a bit of a wait) Our waiter came right away and got our drink order. For apps we got the sampler for $15.99. Also if you sign up on their app, you get free chips and salsa! Main I had the pesto sirloin and it was really good. Dessert was the chocolate chip cookie skillet.... Omg the best!! Chili's in Carle Place........Love this Chili's!! The food is always hot fresh & on point. From their soup, to their Nacho's @ mozzarella sticks. The simplest app tastes amazing every time we go. I was disappointed that 2 for 1 drinks & Chili is now off the menu, but we still love this place! But corporate should bring back the chili, maybe with a better recipe, but definitely bring it back! I had ribs,corn and rice which were done to perfection , & my friends had the honey chicken fritters , all so fresh & served perfectly.. Our server was Sabell, she was amazing, attentive & so kind. She clearly understands the definition of customer service & customer satisfaction. She helped us with everything we needed help with, & was on point durning our dining there. We loved her! You know what ? I am becoming tired of spending a fortune to run out for a salad or a burger. Prices have become unreasonable, burgers up towards 18-24 dollars. Haven't been here for a million years as our kids have grown and we frequented Chili's a lot when they were young and with sports teams etc. Stopped in for lunch, hard to believe you can have an app, burger & drink for 10.99 and an entire section for 10 dollars. Refillable soda's if that's your thing, reasonable spiked drinks & beer. Service was excellent. Ok, the burger was a tad bit greasy, but otherwise on a beautiful bun with a nice slice of tomatoes, lettuce and pickles. I think we have strayed so far from old time dining that the only acceptable venues are those where it costs a family 150 bucks for a burger night out. You have kids ? Want a fast bite ? We were standing right in the waiting area and we saw multiple tables be cleared out and cleaned but they wouldn't sit people down until 20 minutes later. We just couldn't understand. On Tuesday August 13, 2024, I ordered 2 complete meals from Chili's Bar & Grill in Monroe, NY via Uber app, with a total exceeding $50. However, despite canceling the order due to processing issues, I was charged and received a receipt the next day without any confirmation. This lack of communication and unauthorized charge is truly disappointing. No one from the restaurant contacted me, and the response from Uber and the restaurant was unhelpful. Their claim that the order was prepared within 9 minutes is far from the truth, as I canceled within 2 minutes of placing it. I ordered 2 entire meals. As I was texting my complaint via the Uber app someone from the restaurant was trying to call my cellphone. They couldn't call me yesterday at 11:40am or so though and why was my credit card charged at 11:45pm? I am so confused. It is disheartening to have my hard-earned money taken without consent. As a result, I will be reaching out to inform others of this experience. I have decided not to use Uber Eats or dine at Chili's Bar & Grill in Monroe, NY again. This incident has left me deeply dissatisfied and inconvenienced. If they would have called me and said hey! Chili's never disappoints. This is my daughter and I go to meal and very affordable. Love the watermelon margarita, definitely has a kick to it and lately we have been getting the Triple Dipper Appetizer as our meal it is huge and we enjoy the variety. It has been a while since I've dined at a Chili's. I can only speak for this location, but I'm sure the others (whether I've been to them or not) have the same quality in the food they serve (and hopefully service just as good). I had the spicy Santa Fe chicken salad. I've previously described foods as tasting "pleasantly sweet." Not sure if "pleasantly spicy" is a thing or even makes sense, but in my head, that's what I said. It was pleasantly spicy - just a notch past mild, with some creaminess from the dressing. The greens were nice and crunchy, with more crunch from the tortilla chips. If you're looking for a salad when dining here, I would recommend the Santa Fe salad. Our waiter was courteous and checked in on us from time to time. Place was pretty packed - expected at lunchtime on the weekend. Bathroom is maintained pretty well; it was more or less clean and didn't gross me out like some restaurant bathrooms do. read more

It's been a while since I've dined at Chili's. Years maybe... but we wanted a family-friendly restaurant to take our kids to, so settled on this. We ordered 2 items from the kids menu (pepperoni pizza and grilled chicken w/ a dip) , a guacamole with chips, as well as 2 steaks, medium rare. We were never handed any utensils or napkins before the food arrived. When they did arrive, 2 of them we're missing forks ‍. Moreover, they screwed up one of the kids entrees. The high chair was also very dirty, with food stuck everywhere. Likewise, we were stepping on food that scattered all over the floor. I give the restaurant 3 stars for the decent steaks and food, but service has to be more attentive and they've gotta do better cleaning! read more

We ventured out to Chili's because it's baby friendly. It's the first restaurant we took the baby in. Service was friendly and quick. The baby had a spit up so I had to change her in the ladies bathroom. The bathroom had a changing table but no bed liners. As a result, I wiped down the unit with a baby wipe and I had to take a paper towel to cover the table. After I finished I wiped down the unit again with a baby wipe. The restaurant had a deal where you pick your drink, appetizer and entree for either $10.99, $11.99 or $12.99 depending on your choice. So for $10.99 you can get the Old Timer Burger and fries, which comes with an appetizer of either chips and salsa, soup or salad and a drink of either iced tea, lemonade or soda. I went with the $12.99 deal which is the Carne Asada Cilantro Lime Pesto with rice and beans, which also comes with an appetizer of either chips and salsa, soup or salad and a drink of either iced tea, lemonade or soda. I chose the loaded potato soup and lemonade. The lemonade was refreshing. The soup, rice and beans were a bit salty. I enjoyed the steak. For an additional $2.50 each we can get a cheesecake with strawberry sauce which hit the spot. I probably would return to try other food items that are in the deal and hopefully things will go smoother with the baby. read more

I've been visiting this location since the millennium..2000. A lot has changed here not the menu items but the service. Solid food. Solid margaritas. Very poor service. I dined with a friend and 3 children tonight during the super bowl. There was no excuse for the slow and nonexistent service. I get that it was slower due to everyone staying in and watching the boring game. Does that mean half the staff stayed home? Our initial waitress disappeared sometime around the half time of the game. She never announced she was leaving. A server showed up with our food and then all of a sudden someone new was checking on us. I come here for the 2 for $25 Deal. A great deal for men who are dating on a budget or really anyone. You receive a large appetizer, Choice of Entree and a shareable dessert. Fajitas here are the way to go. Good quality for the price. The fresh tortilla chips and guacamole is one of my favorite apps next to the Tex Mex Eggrolls. The chips were very warm, thin and fresh. The guacamole is perfection. The kids enjoyed their food also. We waited for our table to be cleared for an eternity. We waited for dessert for 30 minutes. Another hour to receive the bill. I get that they're understaffed here.
