Very disappointed after our last visit. We had asked a waiter if they can sing happy birthday to a member of our party, like we always do on b-days. Instead they came and dropped off the treat and ran off to sing to another table, leaving us with no song. After asking a manager we were told that despite us requesting it, our waiter choose not to due by their choice. That it may have been due to the age of our birthday person! The food also came out very fast and at no time was I waiting for attention or a re-fill, my plates to be cleared, etc. From the expo staff to the bussers, everyone was excellent. I get the margarita chicken most of the time and I've tried that same meal at other Chilis restaurants, and the way they cook it here is by far the best. The servers are always so kind too. They always accommodate my son when he asks for special things, and they are very patient with my dad, who has dementia. Food is pretty consistently good. Love love love their margarita of the month. This month it was a triple tequila margarita and last month it was a Christmas flavored margarita. Always good! The service can be on or off. In this climate with the difficulty in getting workers and then having them show up, it can be pretty spotty service. Tonight wasn't bad but the crowd was light so no expectations of delays or waits. My only complaint was that the tables were sticky and I would not touch that kiosk at the table to pay. I either get the lime carne asada or the chicken fajita. Both are great value and delicious!!! My husband always upgrades his sides so he can have the roasted corn for an additional $2. This 3 for me combo usually comes out to about $15-18pp (before tax and tip). Idk about you but I cannot pass up on awesome deals like this!!!
