Best Chilis in the area. I have 3 locations near me and this by far is the best. Their food is hot and fresh, they are super organized and get you seated quickly and the service is incredible. Service in this place is great. Seems like there are only 2 people running the floor so you may have to wait a little bit, especially if you go during rush hour, but they were super nice. I got the double cheeseburger from the lunch menu. It comes with a side of fries and soup or salad, I chose caesar salad. Since it's from the lunch menu, it only costs $8 for a big serving. First time coming here. After my friend told me about how yummy & the great drinks they serve. I decided to give them a try. Glad I did. The food is tasty, huge portions, and the drink are great. Nicolas our server was very, nice, friendly & very attentive with us. He was super attentive with us. He made sure we had our refills. Only reason I'm rating you guys a 4 star make sure you guys check the restroom. The women's restrooms smelled bad and their was paper towels all over the floor it was dirty. I honestly don't know why Chilis Whittier is getting low stars. Can't say anything bad about their food. The fajita was as good as I remembered tho the portion got lesser but still good and filling. The chicken sandwich was made to perfection. Everything was all served fresh out of the kitchen. It just hit the spot and satisfied my cravings. The service was excellent, very efficient from the time we got seated and had our orders taken til the serving of the food was done in a timely manner. Service is below average and lackadaisical or lethargic, aka, lazy. I asked the waitress a legitimate question, "is the salmon wild caught or farm raised." Vanessa replied "I don't know" And basically did not care. Most waitresses will at least find out for their customers by asking the kitchen staff. Their beer taps might need cleaning too. We waited for him watching him shuffle around some menus for a good 10 minutes then he walked away. I also called to speak to the manager and spoke to somebody named Oscar. It's a pleasant atmosphere. Not too loud. Was greet it when we entered the door. Waited for a table for about maybe 10 minutes or less. Is ordered the baconburger with The Secret sauce. My granddaughter ordered her little cheese pizza with French fries nice combo. Lol. And my friend ordered the shrimp pasta which he was not able to eat at all. When our waitress came she was very sweet. We had no problems at all. Everything was brought and cooked perfect. I've been enjoying the Whittier location for years and years. Right before the dine in got reopened, my husband and I ordered take out and ate it at a local park. The service was fast and processional. The food was cooked to perfection. Their sirloin is one of the best around for the price value. I prefer my meat medium rare, but for take out, I order it rare as it seems to still cook while in its container. It was so delicious!! My husband enjoyed his dry rub baby back ribs. The black beans are amazing. Overall, it made for the most ideal picnic and we were very pleased with the take out service. read more

As of right now, they are only accepting To-Go orders through the app/website, and phone. However, I soon discovered that this Chili's in particular is completely unprepared to handle a Friday night dinner rush. Apparently there was 57 orders, with only 3 people working. (Words from an employee). Please read below for the events that transpired on a Friday night, just before 8pm. I placed my order online and received a message that it would be ready in about 30 min. I arrive to the restaurant 30 mins later and noticed a sign on the door informing us to stay in the car, and to give them a call. I get back in my car, and proceed to give the restaurant a call. After about 10 minutes of no one answering, I noticed an employee come by the parked cars with a clipboard taking down names of people who placed in order online. I noticed customers ask the employee about their order, or they attempted to place an order, but no one was answering the phone. The employee informed the customers attempting to place an order that they are no longer answering the phones, and they are no longer accepting orders for the evening. When the customers asked about an order that was already placed, the employee informed them that orders are taking about an hour to 1.5 hours. One customer informed the employee that the app/website said 30 minutes, with the employee saying that it's just part of the online ordering system, and that people should have called ahead to be sure what time their order was going to be ready. But didn't she just say a minute ago that they are no longer answering the phone? Furthermore, how are we supposed to know through the app/website that we are supposed to call ahead, when it clearly gave us an estimated time to be picked up? Someone needs to take a look at the online platform, to be sure it's giving accurate times. So far, here is what I surmised. Due to the recent pandemic, management did not ask a lot of people to come in to work. Because of this, the restaurant was completely unprepared to deal with a Friday night dinner rush. This is somewhat confusing to me because how is this different from any other busy Friday night? You still need to be prepared! Long story short, 1 hour and 40 minutes after I placing my order, I finally got my food. Only to find out when I got home, (5 minute drive), that I was missing items and my food was stone cold. okay so I went here last Friday on the 9th and see im not the biggest on eating out. But I wanted to go out and I was with my boyfriend . I would've rated this a 5star due to the amazing service I got from one of the hosts I was able to get her name (Jasmine). The only issue I had was I could feel this underlined pettiness or just lack of empathy or want with the people working that night which began to make me and my partner wish to leave but luckily Jasmine was very polite and was able to get to us quickly enough while also helping out other tables . And when being only a few minutes making sure we weren't kept waiting too long. She seemed young to. Very appreciative of some employees that you can see as human because they allow you to. So thank you Jasmine and thank you chillis I will definitely be recommending to others based on the service I saw from her and a few others who work hard and deserve recognition. read more

Chili's has always been an s tier chain restaurant for me - the chips + salsa and mango tea have been a long time favorite. They have some pretty good deals if you use the app and the 3 for $10 is a great value - would just love to see some more vegetarian options on that deal. The $5 monthly margaritas as also a delight. Chicken enchilada soup... thumbs down, was like some salty thick cheesy sauce. Ordered a platter where u pick 3 apps. Sliders are good, tenders are good, onion rings good. Southwest salad with shrimp. MEH. It was ok. Didn't wow us. $5 mango ice tea margarita, meh, very weak drink. Didn't impress. But it's chili's.... I didn't have high expectation but this time... it was lower than my expectations than last time... a few years ago! By the way, the first 15 mins, the staff was VERY attentive to take drink and apps order, then entree. After that. I never even saw him stop by for the next 45 mins. I even went to the restroom. So rude!! I've been to the one in the city of industry and they are so much friendly.

Good food and nice servers. I had a bigger party and I was able to easily "reserve" my table in advance. Even when I messed up and accidentally canceled my table I called them and they were understanding and able to fix my mistake. All the food we had was great and they accommodated all of us very well. I also brought in a cake and they stored it for me and brought it out later with a knife, plates, and a lighter! Couldn't have expected anymore from them 10/10 read more
