a RAT spotted inside the building

A rat was spotted inside the building, not close to the food, but it was inside and i was shocked by seeing a rat INSIDE A FOOD BUILDING

I ordered Chicken fried rice, it was so bland, no flavor, and no chicken. Just dry fried rice. I also ordered egg drop soup looked good but when I tried it tastes watery. Definitely not worth the price and not coming back.

Chow mein is good. The entrees are goose. The soup needs more flavor. Rice is dry. Overall I would recommend comming here.

Food looked like it had been under a heat lamp all day and it was very greasy. I won't be going back there again.

We got two drinks: the white peach oolong and the passion orange green tea. They both tasted great! I especially enjoyed the passion orange green tea, it was super refreshing. The interior was really clean, spacious, and quiet. If I wanted to find a place to study, this is the place to be! The size of the drinks were generous too; definitely will be back to try some other flavors and cram for some future exams. The only thing I wish they had was crystal/agar boba as one of their topping options! Hopefully they'll consider adding it at some point.

Shared parking lot means plenty of parking, too! Inside is a cute little seating area and adorable bear decals on the walls. There is also a little claw game near the restroom. Both times I have been here I was helped by the same man who works at the counter and makes the drinks. From other pictures and reviews, I think he may be the owner? I'm not sure, but he is really nice and helpful and helped me pick my first thing to try when I came in. I ordered the Phoenix oolong with boba; a deliciously roasty iced drink with perfect boba! Admittedly, on my 2nd visit, I got it adjusted to 75% sweetness and did not love it as much but that is all on me. This one is best as it comes, full sweetness! I need to try other drinks but I really like the Phoenix Oolong. It's like a classic milk tea but better. Give it a try!

We got the matcha cloud flight (comes with 4) with ube, banana, strawberry and sticky rice. The ube…read moreand banana were super flavorful but the strawberry didn't have as strong of a flavor. The sticky rice one was just normal matcha with pieces of sticky rice in it which I don't think I'd get again. They had a ton of other flavors I want to come back to try! Also got the egg sandwich and ube mochi brownie, both of which were so good! Bread was buttery and the egg salad was so flavorful. Ube mochi was flavorful and I liked the texture. I expected a chocolate brownie with ube but it's more like a nian gao (Chinese rice cake) texture and no brownie/chocolate in it. Forgot to take a photo of it but it was really good!

Hadn't been in a while, so decided to stop by after grabbing lunch nearby…read more I got a double matcha and from first glance, everything looked good. However, upon drinking it, it tasted like the foam that was on top of the drink had been sitting out for too long. It didn't quite tasted spoiled yet, but also didn't taste "right"/fresh; something was really off about it. A bit disappointing honestly, in comparison to my previous visits in past years. It feels like the quality has dropped and/or I just visited on an off day. It was also incredibly loud in here, the music was way too loud and it wasn't a full house. People couldn't hear their orders being called and it lead to a weird clump of people just lingering around wondering where their drinks were. And unless you're seated/have a table, you're kind of stuck awkwardly hovering around the cafe to wait for your order. There isn't really a space to wait at. There's a ton of tables packed inside a small space, which is nice, but also makes for a weird atmosphere for customers who are waiting for their drinks for take out/can't get a table. There is not much to comment on service as you order yourself on kiosks then just pick up your drink. Not sure if I'd return; maybe for another drink if I'm in the area but I think I personally have other spots I prefer a bit more for the taste/quality.

I tried their Coconut Mango Boom which is a blend of fresh mango slush, creamy coconut milk, chewy sago (tapioca pearls), and coconut jelly. I chose to get it a little less sweet which is what's recommended and it was the perfect amount of sweetness! The drink was SOOO good, creamy, light and refreshing! I would definitely get this again! MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT FOR WORLDCUP MAGNET PROMO!!!!…read more Hey Tea has a promotion stating "BUY 2 Drinks and get a random worldcup magnet" so my daughter asked that we go. I don't like bubble tea but to honor her request to get these cute little magnets we went out of our way to get some tea yesterday. When we arrived, there was a sign in the window showing the promo - NO WHERE STATING YOU HAD TO PLACE IN PERSON ORDER RATHER THAN APP. So out of convenience, although there was hardly a line when we arrived, we ordered two orders of two drinks via the app. We waited over 30 mins for those drinks. To our regrettable surprise, the girl who handed us the drinks said the magnets were only included in the orders placed in person. We said no one said that nor was it advertised anywhere otherwise we would have placed in person. WHAT DOES IT MATTER REGARDLESS? MONEY IS MONEY AND EVERYONE HAS TO WAIT IN PERSON TO PU. We asked for the magnets since we didn't know. THEY COLDLY DECLINED GIVIBG US TWO MAGNETS WHICH PROBABLY COST THEM $0.10 Each BUT COST US $25 + OVER 30 Mins AND RUINED MY DAUGHTER'S EXCITEMENT AND JOY OF RECEIVING THE WORLD CUP MAGNETS. How cold and disrespectful. First of all - very misleading and doesn't even make sense. We would never have made that trip if it weren't for that promo and you couldn't even give us two magnets? Ridiculous. While I appreciate the business manager feedback, the appropriate response would be "we apologize for the lack of communication - please come by to receive two magnets".

I have been here a couple times; they recently removed their claw games/machines in favor of more seating. They still have a couple table top games to play. When I have come here, it is usually empty and quiet. The lady working today was very nice. I ordered a thai tea with boba; their boba is an orange color instead of the usual black/dark brown. It is soft and bouncy as it should be. Good boba! The thai tea was fine; not strong but also not too sweet. I did not feel like I needed to reduce the sweetness. It's a cute small business which I am always happy to support, but there are many boba shops around which floods the market a bit, and this one was a little pricier than some I have been to, with my drink coming to around $8. I will come back when I am in the area but would not make a special trip for it. I think having a *large chain bakery/milk tea spot* across the street isn't helping, unfortunately. Support the little guys!
