We were looking for a new Chinese restaurant to try on a random weeknight. The reviews looked surprisingly good for a Chinese restaurant in Boulder City, so we decided to give it a shot. There were 3 other tables with diners when we arrived and a couple take out customers came in while we were there. The service was quick, the food hot, and the restaurant clean. This is a small place but the food was good and the staff are friendly and work as a team. The place was busy when I entered. I was actually thinking about leaving while waiting to be seated as I thought it would be a long wait. A busboy was clearing and wiping a table. He came over and seated me while the two servers were busy serving food. He gave me a menu and took my drink order. My server came with my drink and took my food order. Someone from the kitchen came with my food order. My server came to check on me. The manager was also seating, serving, clearing tables and checking on customers. When I was ready to paid, the other server rang me up and took my payment. Not one employee was standing around looking at their cellphone or just chitchatting with other employees as I have so often see in other eating establishments. Everyone was busy working doing their job. I had the sweet and sour chicken. The food was piping hot and it was very good. The prices were competitive. I would eat here again. read more

I'm visiting Nevada, and have lived in Chicago and New York City so know good Asian fusion. We had Mongolian beef, Singapore Noodles, and General Taos chicken ALL INCREDIBLE. Egg drop soup was top notch delish. Kudos to the owner, who was delightful and chatted with us after about her Colorado roots, for truly delivering the best of its cuisine in Nevada. All I have to say is wow- The good here had so much flavor and was fresh. We ordered the lettuce wraps to start with. We are from San Diego and get lettuce wraps at P.F. Chang's- this place blows it out of the water. We couldn't get enough. The portions were perfect. Then out came the pad Thai with a twist of lime on it. We went to heaven. We have had Pad Thai in dozens of places, this is literally the best pad Thai I've ever had. We also ordered the broccoli beef, the beef was cooked to perfection and the broccoli was fresh. I give this place thumbs up. We will be back to the area in October and this will be one of our first stops. read more

A good option for Boulder City dining, especially if you want vegetarian options. The menu here is quite varied, we like trying their many different choices. I usually stay away from Asian restaurants which offer more than one country's cuisine, but the Thai choices are just as tasty as the Chinese ones. Last night, we had egg rolls, Thai lettuce wraps (with tofu substitute for chicken), Mu Shoo Vegetables, Green Curry with shrimp and Ma Po tofu. All were excellent. Another thing I like about this restaurant is that it feels very clean, which is unusual for an Asian restaurant. The staff is very nice. read more

This place is my home away from home. Dropped in a month ago while visiting and helping my brother who had just lost his dear wife. The staff was so welcoming and treated me with so much love and kindness. I was so impressed with their hospitality and the food! I returned a month later while visiting my brother again and when I walked in they even remembered my name. You don't find places like this anymore! As the only place to get Chinese in Boulder City, I'm glad it makes a 8 out of 10 on my ranking system. I've been there for lunch and dinner -- the lunch special is your run-of-the-mill combo plate. I'd like to see them provide complimentary hot tea though -- to me, hot tea with your Chinese food is like the free chips & salsa you get at a Mexican restaurant ... just sort of the experience. The dinner was quite good -- maybe because it was family style, as most Chinese places are, and we could all sample a variety of things -- so that's probably what we'll stick to going forward. I was very surprised this little town had such great Chinese food. Everything was fresh and the portions are good. Priced really well. Service was excellent. I took a dinner special of Kung Pao chicken with Hot and Sour soup and Crispy roll. It was a good combo and the food was not too spicy or oily. Amazing food! Came to the US from Singapore and this was some of the most authentic food I have had here ever! We ordered the vegetarian fried rice, kung pao chicken and garlic string beans. All were lovely! The waitress was very very lively and engaging and even warned us when we were about to over-order.
