The ground pork was spiced really well, too. It isn't much as far as a brick and mortar place. It's next to some food trucks with outdoor picnic tables. You can sit inside, but we opted for outside. A word of warning: do not go here if you are in a hurry or on a tight timeline. There is a sign on the order screen that it will be a long wait. And it was. 45 minutes. And worth every minute.

Broth was spot on, with addition of chili oil. The rice noodles were unusually slippery and flat, but tasted good. "Fixin's" plate features a barely acceptable amount of Thai basil and lime, which is common nowadays. They supplemented the Thai basil with cilantro, which I'm not a huge fan of. The service was attentive and kind. I will be back to try some of the other Gluten free offerings. I was told the chicken ramen is GF. Next day-Lunch. (Don't judge me) ;-) the server mentioned they dig GF Ramen which I had bee thinking about all morning. Turns out I don't get the egg as it's marinated in soy sauce (not GF). The broth was great. Slight citrus/fresh tasting. The chicken is very flavorful, well presented and cut uniform. The noodles were different than the ones in my Pho. I asked.... They are sweet potato noodles.
