Terrible service. Floor is greasy so be careful. First they were out of fried rice. I asked for a one item plate and asked to substitute an egg roll for the main entree -didn't ask for price reduction...just wanted something my daughter would eat. "No". She then told me i could only get the noodles as aside in one of the "side" containers. She proceeded to dump the noodles out of the container they were in into the "side" container. Goofy- i would think they now have wasted two containers? Will never come thru the door here again even though it would have been very convenient. Panda here we come. read more

To begin, their food is gross. I drove up to the drive through and ordered a combo of bourbon chicken and Mongolian beef, the guy at the window said they were out or Mongolian beef. I pointed out that it was only 7pm up they weren't closing for another 2 hours but when he asked the cook cool I clearly heard him yell back "QUE YA NO CABRON!!". I speak Spanish, I don't apreciate getting cussed for making a normal request. I went through the drive thru and ordered mushroom chicken and bourbon chicken. The food was hot and portion plenty but what gave this place one star was because the person who took my order didn't have a hair net or gloves on and who knows if that person washed their hands (after that person wrote my order down on a piece of paper) when that person prepared my order and to top it off, while that person was completing my payment transaction, That person scratched themself, pulled up their draws and pants in front of me, didn't wash their hands and proceeded to hand my receipt, card and order to me in the drive thru window with their filthy hands. Wearing a hair net, gloves and frequent hand washing is food handling 101. I've been here on previous occasions and because i wanted Chinese food but after this persons dirty food handling, i will go inside to order my food next time if i eat here again. I went through the drive through, the service was good and the food was served hot and was correct. I liked the bourbon chicken the best and the sweet and sour chicken. My husband liked the GSO chicken he said the flavor was better than most fast Asian places. We would eat there again. read more

If you want authentic Chinese food, this isn't the place. This is Chinese fast food, nothing is made to order but all the food is hot and ready for you when you get there. Extremely over cooked and dried out chicken. Everything else was extremely greasy. Server was friendly but clearly not knowledgable with regards to the menu at all. I would not recommend if you are looking for Chinese food. It reminds me of my days of working in the mall and going on my lunch break. I ordered the mushroom chicken and it was nasty. The only item I enjoyed is the spring rolls... And they were out of sweet' n sour sauce, so it could have been better. I must admit that upon checking this restaurant out, I didn't expect much but was craving Chinese food. My fiance and I both ordered lo-mein and tried different entrees so that we could sample as much as possible from the menu. Long story short, we were both unimpressed. The lo-mein was bland and overcooked.My beef and broccoli and orange chicken were VERY meh. My fiance ordered the Bourbon chicken for her entree and felt the same. Also, the eggrolls were OKAY, but a bit generic. This is exactly what I expected. On a brighter note.If you are craving decent Chinese-American food that is fast and you don't mind where it comes from, this is a great place to go. Honestly sad because when this opened it was good now they close early and don't make food when you want and when you ask it's like you're bothering them they aren't friendly anymore and the food is so gross now I don't know what happened . The food is always good, especially their bourbon chicken which is why we keep going back. The only problem is that they do not wear gloves to handle your food or hair nets. Made sure they washed their hands before serving me my food because I could see they were not to clean when handling food for the drive thru. We have gone to this place many of times.This time was the worst experience ever! Went to the drive thru and they had 2 cars in front of us. After they drove away I pulled up to the window. Next thing we know the cars behind us were getting orders taking and leaving. I love the food here at China Express and I have to give them 2 stars because of the recent experience I had. I order food from here quite often and have never had an issue. My husband and I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 3 item plates with dbl orders of bourbon chicken, some egg rolls and crab ragoons. The girl repeated our order to us several times and assured us that all our food was in the bag. When we left I started to check the bags and the ragoons were not in there. No big deal we barely went down the street so we just turned around. Then we got home and had dbl orders of orange chicken!! My husband had to go all the way back to have our order fixed. It's extremely upsetting to have someone tell you that everything is ok and it's not. Especially after she repeated the order to us several times!! read more
