Once the cooks returned, he took my order, but then I was told their credit card machine was down and they were only accepting cash or Zelle. Luckily, I had cash, so that wasn't a huge problem. However, after paying, I noticed I was shorted about 86 cents in change. When I asked about it, I was told they didn't have any change available. It wasn't enough money for me to make a big deal about, so I just let it go, but it was still another small inconvenience added to the experience. I waited another 20 minutes or so and started noticing food coming out of the kitchen. The bartender brought several to-go orders out and placed them on the counter. After another 10 minutes passed, I finally started wondering where my food was. One of the hostesses asked for my name, checked through the orders sitting on the counter, and sure enough my order had already been sitting there At that point, I was definitely frustrated.
