SO disappointed after ordering there based on good reviews. Food was tasteless - ordered shrimp chop suey - mostly cabbage(?) and large chunks of onion in tasteless sauce, moo goo gai pan also tasteless containing strange thin strips of white stuff (meant to be chicken?), sweet and sour pork which was too gristly to chew in red sugar sauce. We tossed it all out. I also thought delivery was free, but we were charged delivery and then had to tip the driver. Total disaster. We are out over $40 for this "experience" - wish I had just kept my money!!! read more

We started ordering their delivery after doing some research on the closest restaurant in Carrollton to east coast Szechuan - and this was the #1 choice. Egg rolls, dumplings and won ton soup is 100000% legit like you'd get in NJ or NYC. Everything else has also been delicious - we've had the General Tso, Teriyaki chicken, egg foo young and mei fun. The pork with garlic sauce recipe seems to have changed. Instead of fresh pork stir fried, we got there already cooked bbq pork sliced and covered in a sweet and sour type sauce. No wood ear mushrooms. Sauce very thin and leaking all over the other food. I spoke to the manager and she said that is how it is always made. She stated that garlic sauce is sweet. That is not true. There sesame shrimp was great. The sauce on it tasted like the pork garlic sauce. Maybe they had a lot of that sauce on hand. read more

My go to for Chinese food. It's always fresh and a huge portion size. If you go on the weekends, be prepared to wait, they are normally really busy. This has become my go to spot for Chinese food. It's definitely a dive but their food is amazing. I love the ease of ordering online for delivery or pickup, and my food is always fresh. My favs are the Chicken with Garlic Sauce spicy, Sesame Chicken, Egg Drop Soup and they have the best crab Rangoons I've ever had. I highly recommend this place they're a hidden gem. read more

Decided to give this place another try. Ordered delivery yesterday and it was great! We had: -chicken & broccoli-fresh & tasty -shrimp with mixed veggie-fresh with nice sized shrimps -Singapore mei fun- a bit heavy on the curry, comes with a mixture of meats (small shrimp, chicken, pork) and veggies. Highly recommend their Kung Pao. I found it's the best in town (N. Carrollton), I've never had a bad meal and their delivery is very quick.

DO NOT DO DELIVERY I am sadden to write this review. We have enjoyed this place for several years on a regular basis. We have suggested them to countless people over the years in facebook groups, etc. The food itself has always been amazing. However, the customer service lately has been horrible with delivery orders taking 50-70 min. When they tell you that time and you know in advance ok no worries we started planning for it. We even make sure to tip extra for the drivers as were are on the outside edge of their delivery radius. Now this last two times we have order is taken 2+ HOURS! When you call them and ask about the order they lie you that it is on the way and then 30 min later still not delivered. You call back they say they are around the corner and still 30 min later not there. They are not even apologetic for the late delivery. Then they stop taking you phone call asking about the order since their caller ID system flags your phone and address. They send your call to their automated system that says they are to busy to take your call making other orders. I was as polite and understanding as possible throughout these two incidents but enough is enough. 3 hours for a chinese food delivery is insane then layering in the clear attempt to hide from the customer is appalling. read more

This is the third time getting food here over a few months. The food we don't like are the dumplings- the wrappers are really thick and chewy. We've had crab Rangoons - they have really nice helping of cream cheese. They actually have real egg rolls- pork or shrimp, also fried spring rolls- I recommend the pork ones. The beef and broccoli, the lomein, lemon or sweet and sour chicken , sesame chicken, Mei fun, and mushu - all very good. I really like their cashew chicken- I like the small pieces of chicken and vegetables that comes in it. I think it depends on which chef is there because last time the pieces were humongous but at least the flavor doesn't change much. And for the mushu dishes- they have real pancakes and not just tortillas! This makes a big difference!! Although it takes forever- like more than an hour- for your food, at least you know they are actually making it and not reheating it- like some restaurants do. So it comes out piping hot and fresh and good! Also I almost forgot I tried their vegetable tofu soup. It's amazing. Loved it. All the vegetables in it were cooked to perfection- not overdone or mushy. Highly recommend! read more

My husband and I friend this place 2 times now. The first time, we wanted to see what the hype was all about on Asian Grub in DFDUB Facebook. We were not impressed. We ordered hot and sour soup-- lacked flavor... did not taste good at all. I mean how do you mess up HSS. Orange chicken, tofu, and xiao long bao. We were disappointed. But we thought maybe it was just an off night. Tonight we tried the food again, except tried different dishes. Same result. Very mediocre Chinese food. Great food. Delivery is quick and prices are very good too. This is second time i did delivery and no issues. My food was super fresh and hot when it arrived. My recommendation is the Mei Fun with beef. Its like lo mein but with really thin vermicelli noodles. It is seriously my favorite and i havent been able to find anywhere else who makes it like this. They stir in some carrot, onion, egg and cabbage for the perfect crunch. Love the texture. If you like lo mein, you should try!!! So good!!! read more

I tried this place on Friday. This is the first negative review I have ever written, and I hate having to do this. I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken lunch special; it was a good deal for a lot of food. The egg roll was awesome. But the Kung Pao Chicken tasted off. I kept eating but it lacked flavor and had a strange texture. The chicken didn't taste right. I should have stopped eating because I now have food poisoning and am miserable. You live and you learn, and in my case I got what I paid for. :( read more
