I seriously have no idea why this location is getting all the negative reviews. The line can sometimes be long, but the staff here really works hard to get people through with thier accurate order. My biggest complaint about this location is the location itself! The parking lot is laid out horribly... it is seriously just asking for an accident. The roads that lead in and out are always backed up at the light/intersection. But for my carnitas burrito, it is worth it. We just moved to the area and having this only 2 miles away is so much nicer than living 5+ miles from a Chipotle. We will keep going as long as they stay in business. read more

This location is horrible! It took forever to make our food, they hardly put any rice into the burrito, the chips were stale. My carnitas were extremely salty too. My husband's burrito wasn't even wrapped; it completely fell apart. Also, server overheated the kids's cheese quesadillas causing the cheese to burn. All around bad experience. I think they put crack in their food. I could eat at this place every single day. You can get two tacos instead of having to get the three and it's cheaper. Food is great as always but some of the staff seem a little mad at life.Going down the line yesterday, I was greeted warmly and with a smile. The next young lady, who was in charge of adding the salsa, cheese, guac, etc; well, she had major attitude and acted like the customers were bothering her by showing up and asking for food. She wasn't rude, just sorta "salty". I quickly got over her anyway because the cashier was friendly enough. Went back today and the same Salsa/Guac Lady was there and she seemed like she was happier. Actually smiled a little. Maybe she made up with her boyfriend and all is good in her world again. I agree that this franchise can be a little messy too. I have gone in some days and found paper napkins, straw covers and food crumbs all over the floor. Other days, it's been almost spotless, but I do tend to go right when they first open so that helps. I'm not sure if they are understaffed or just don't care. They really seem to act like they are surprised so many people show up each day, like "OMG, customers!!!! What do they want???" Overall, the food and close-to-my-home location is what keeps me coming back here. The staff attitude varies, but it's not that big of a deal and nothing that you can't just ignore. read more

5 NEGATIVE stars, along with 5 THUMBS DOWN!! I created a Yelp account for the SOLE purpose of writing this review! This location is HORRIBLE!!! Let's start with the "warm welcome" I received from the guy behind the counter: Attitude Andy! His attitude was on TEN! I don't know his name and I don't think he had a name badge on, so for the purposes of this review, his name will be Attitude Andy. As I approached the counter, he said something to the tune of "what are you having"... not a "Hi, what can I get you today?" or something of a friendlier tune than what he gave me. After he said that, I greeted him with a "Hey, how are you doing today?" Attitude Andy LITERALLY stood there with a blank stare on his face, almost as if he was saying "what do you want?!?!" in his mind. I stood there for like 5 seconds waiting on him to respond to my greeting, but he did not. So, I proceeded to tell him I wanted a burrito bowl. He grabs the bowl and then IMMEDIATELY picks up the brown rice spoon as if he was about to put something in my bowl that I had not asked for! I told him I wanted white rice, not brown, but just a little bit of rice. He scoops a relatively large amount into the bowl, despite me saying "only a little bit of rice". Then I asked if he could scoop some of the juices in the Sofritas container in my bowl. He then picks up the sofritas spoon and began to get ready to put the sofritas meat into my bowl. I said "no, not the meat, just the juices." So he picks up a small cup and proceeded to scoop the "juices" of the sofritas sauce into my bowl, which was just him scooping the sofritas meat into the cup! There was a corner of juices inside the container that was CLEARLY all juice and no meat.... But because Attitude Andy had such and attitude and was in such a hurry (despite the fact that there was NOT another customer behind me), he pretty much put sofritas in my bowl. I then just proceeded to the end of the line to let him know I only wanted tomato salsa and lettuce. So he hurries up and wraps my bowl up, but before I could ask him if there were any peppers and onions available, another lady got back in line to order more food. I stood behind the lady to wait until he finished fixing her food. Then I asked Attitude Andy if they had any peppers and onions, and he said with a straight nonchalant face "No" while just looking at me with a blank stare. I could CLEARLY see a pile of bell peppers and onions on the counter in their kitchen, soooo...... y'all don't have any?? Now if Attitude Andy had said "unfortunately, the grilled peppers and onions are not quite ready" (or something to that tune), I would've been okay with that answer and chalked his bad attitude up to maybe him having a bad start to his day. But to just blatantly say "no" and then stare at me like i asked him a ridiculous question, as if there isn't a big pile of peppers and onions sitting on the table in their kitchen is what really prompted me to take time out of my day to write this review! I ended up going across the street to Moe's just to get some veggies to go inside my bowl, smh! I know that people have bad days, but to me, his attitude was more than just "I'm having a bad day". It was more of a "today is not the day, and I dare someone to try me!" type of attitude. I've been to this store a few times in the past since I have began working over here and have always received mediocre customer service, along with mediocre food (because the quality is not all that great), but the service and food I received today DESERVED a NEGATIVE 5-star review! My best friend was craving chipotle and we were on a tight schedule so he sent me to chipotle to get him a meal! I love Chipotle. Just not this one. My brother and I walked into this location 10 konutes before closing. There were still multiple customers in line and the door was unlocked. Patrons were still sitting and eating as well. An employee, not even on the food line, repeatedly said, "we are closed" over and over, rather rudely. When we went to leave, they had locked us in and did not come unlock the door. I am only giving 2 stars since I went in so late, otherwise 1 star. This Chipotle location was my first-ever Chipotle experience, and it was lukewarm. It felt a little chaotic coming in because it seems to be a very popular and crowded location, the customers mostly reeked of attitude, the music was slightly loud, and the staff are relatively young, seemingly between high schoolers and early twenties. My very first impression of this particular one wasn't completely good, either, because my co-workers who have pre-ordered online for pickup have said they'd always received something incorrect; I took that in and came anyway. As a first-time, vegetarian, walk-in customer, I'd felt underwhelmed at the options as I'd looked over the menu while in line waiting because the only option seemed to be seared-and-stir-fried vegetables as a burrito or bowl, and no tofu. It always had disappointed me when I'd heard Chipotle charges a premium on the guacamole. I'm at a loss to why, since at least their competitor of Moe's does not, and it was equally disappointing to see what I'd heard was right upon seeing the menu board. I felt my insides turn hearing a few of the customers ahead of me order "guac" with effected hoity-toitiness. When it was my turn, and having "elected" to have the vegetable burrito, the first food preparer had to go through five wheat burrito wraps -- ripping or tearing the first four and throwing away the entire bag of remaining wraps, and then opening a new bag -- before being able to put it on the press/warmer. I'd then gone through the Moe's-like process of which rice (brown), what beans, if any (black), and then my vegetables. Passing it on to the second preparer, I'd gotten no guacamole, and a few of the additional fixings that would make the burrito appetizing, including their spiciest (but to me relatively-spicy-tasting) salsa blend that had ended up burning my lips as I'd found over the next few days. The check-out was a bit strange because the cashier seemed to be running double-duty between preparing to-go orders and processing the payments, and when he'd gotten to mine he'd stared at my credit card for a couple seconds before sliding it through the card reader. Before that he'd asked if I'd wanted a drink, and looked at me scandalously when I'd said I didn't. My food did taste good and was filling, but was not the gangbuster, wonderful flavor everyone boasts Chipotle has over the other Mexican-style restaurant chains. It might be because my option was meatless. I haven't been back, but perhaps when I'm in the mood I'll try another location. read more

The two stars is for the burrito. While the food is pretty good, the service at this location is horrible. Had today been the only bad experience at this location, I would have forgotten about it. But its happened several times now. Went in as soon as they opened and was one of four people in line. Stood in line for 10 minutes to find out they didn't have any change in their register. I didn't bring my card so I gave them cash, and they "found" some change (which they shorted me of course but I didn't bother to ask for it back). I have been going to this chipotle for a while and today I went and while adding me topping I ask the lady why the tomatoes look like that and she said it's fine .. Late evening Mexican craving? Don't go here. Thought I would make things easier on everyone by ordering online. They make you confirm your phone number twice. TWICE. So imagine my surprise when I get there and I am told that they are out of the crunchy taco shells for the tacos ordered AND they just ran out of chips. Seriously?? Also, you name your orders online, so each burrito had a name. When brought home, we had to guess which was which. No markings at all on the burritos. And to top it all off? The quality of food has gone down significantly in past few months. I ate here 3-4 times a month for the last couple of years. Up until November, it was a great experience for the most part. Since then the food has been cold, flavorless and sloppy. You may open your burrito bowl to find tons of black bean juice with a few prices of cold burnt chicken scattered around. I keep coming back because it's the closest location to me but I can't deal with this anymore. Another bowl gone straight to the trash. Typical Chipotle food. BUT, Horrendous service. For dinner time (5:30), the restaurant wasn't prepared, nor did they really care about being efficient. For rush hour, you should have plenty of chicken available (they didn't) and the drinks (Tea) should be well stocked. I'm not sure if they over or under cook them but they need to figure it out.
