Chipotle Mexican Grill is a fast food chain offering Mexican fare, including design your own burritos, tacos and bowls. I have had my regular bowl of brown rice with chicken at this Chipotle's location several times, already to know that they offer great service. I have never had any issues with them. I enjoy Chipotle so every time I visit one, i feel like they are giving me less food, but this time it wasn't that case. It was exactly what I needed to fill my hungry stomach. They are always friendly with a great smile on their faces. I crack jokes with them sometimes and it always land well. The taste is legendary as we all know. The decor is fabulous with the aluminum tables that are easy to clean. This is a great location to go out on the patio to have a good meal. Ample free parking available in and around the restaurant. We came on a random Tuesday night at 7pm, starving and tired. There were 6 people lined up and ready to take the order from start to finish. They were real nice guys. Were they overjoyed? Not really. But they had a burrito assembly line, they answered our questions with impeccable courtesy, and they got us out in 5 minutes. These were veggie and tofu burritos. Chipotle is the product of another chain copying another chain and trying to provide fresher ingredients. I stopped by here, quite frankly, bc it was the first place I saw on the way back from the library and I was starved. It sits in the far end of the shopping center directly across from Northlake Mall. They have both indoor and outdoor seating (outdoor isn't covered). I did like the style of seating options (high tops, low tops, family-style high tops) and the back nook seating where you could escape if you wanted. They had your serving line, where you pick your meat/protein and then option of bowl/burrito/salad. They pretty much lost me after that. No spicy sauces to add, no cilantro, no jalapeños and no chips included. My chicken burrito was poorly wrapped also and everything pretty much came out third bite in. I wasn't impressed and the chicken in it was the only thing decent. Service was eh. They do have the option of alcohol choices, so I settled on a Heineken. The only thing that saved my meal was the tabasco sauce. I know people say Chipotle has fresher ingredients, but I get more options at Moes PLUS a salsa bar and chips. Cost ended up being around $12, and I left still hungry. Moes burritos alone will fill me up. Unfortunately, I won't be coming here to this location or any Chipotle location in the future. read more

Went here and wanted a steak bowl. I asked if there would be any fresher steak coming out because their were just crumbs in the bowl, and the cook said 30 minutes. No worries, I waited. I checked back 30 minutes later and the line worker said that it wasn't ready. I asked if he planned on making any steak for the rest of the night (since they don't close until 11), and she said "he has some other things he needs to do", but it may be 15 more minutes. I left. I have ordered quite a bit of Chipotle during the pandemic. Especially when my mom was here after the birth of my child. So this review is a summary of a number of orders. First, I had to cancel quite a few orders. I am not sure if it was supply issues due to the pandemic, but there were at least 3 times that I tried to order and they were out of steak. After a bad instance with getting undercooked chicken at a different Chipotle, I only get steak. The store called me to say there were out of steak after I place my order and offered an alternative, but I had to cancel. I felt SO bad each time cause the DoorDash person was already on their way to the store. I wish the orders weren't confirmed until they knew they had enough of the ingredients in stock. A number of times, I have been able to get what I want - steak burrito bowl. Generally, pretty good once I am able to actually get it. But I recently had quite a bad experience. Burrito bowl was salty (I think it was the rice). Some fatty pieces of meat. The chips were improperly cooked (transparent and wouldn't break off when I bit some of them) and too salty. A BIG miss. Also, I will note that I prefer ordering through the Chipotle website vs. DoorDash. You can customize your order on the website. You can't on DD. I had free delivery promo on DD, so I opted for that for my last delivery. read more

Was there 3/24 for take out. There was a sign on the door indicating that they ran out of burritos and chicken. Walked in and saw they had chicken grilling. When asked about the chicken on the grill, they explained that the chicken is only for on line orders only. Unbelievable! Ordered tacos with steak and a soft drink. Got the order with no issue. Went the fountain to get soda, got soda and cover. Noticed that there were no straws. Asked for straws and was informed that they are out of straws. To be fair, the cashier did apologize. I ordered some crispy tacos for carry-out. The food looks good and plentiful. The tacos were a little soggy when I brought them home to eat. The food tasted great however I would probably sit in to eat next time or have them put the tacos on the side next time so it won't be soggy. I got the steak and chicken combo tacos. OK-im on a semi-vegetarian quest this year-80/20! I was vegetarian for about 2-3 years along time ago, but I've faced the fact that I LOVE MEAT, especially chicken and steak!!! While loving Chipotle, we arrived to this location and immediately notice the closing procedures were being in place, the two young ladies were visibly annoyed that we walked in. I ordered my bowl which was properly put together and scrapping the bottom of the sour cream. The young man that came from the back made my burrito while the other ladies sat and spoke to each not acknowledging me. My partner came down the line where the sour cream was and he so nicely pulled another container out. The young girl laughed at him and went to the back as if his awesome service annoyed her. These are usually weekdays when I go. The only one in the area pretty much so definitely glad that there's one in Tucker. Overall, clean place. Upon waking into the location, I couple was finishing up with placing their order and a man was waiting to place his order. A few minutes passed but the female associate had not yet asked him what his order was, as she continued working on what appeared to be mobile orders. More time passed, and she finally says "I'll be right with you". I observed several team members walking around but not one stepped in to help out on the line. The wait turned into several more minutes before I finally stepped in and asked if the associate could get one of her team members to help get the line down (which was now to the door) By the time I finally received my order, twenty minutes had passed. The food tastes bland and the temperature could have been hotter. Lastly, there were several containers of chips that were not properly covered and they were out of the paper handle bags. had to ask for additional bags for my order. It's been awhile since I've been to Chipotle (2017 to be exact) so I decided to stop by and grab some lunch. When I pulled up it wasn't crowded and finding a parking spot was a breeze. As I walked in I noticed that it wasn't crowded like it has been in the past. The line used to be out the door, but today I walked right in to start my order. I got a chicken burrito bowl with all of the fixings with a side of chips and guacamole. I had to ask for more chicken because they always try to be skimpy with giving you enough. The server ended up adding about five more pieces of chicken. I wanted to try the queso dip but it looked foamy and just didn't look good so I passed on that.
