was my first time trying chipotle and definitely the last. they had multiple employees there just sitting around while i was waiting to get taken care of, which maybe they only allow 1 person on the line but that wouldn't make sense as there was a line already forming behind me. second off the place was a whole mess. third which really shocked me and rubbed me the wrong way (my total change was 5.70) they told me "hey i'm sorry we don't have any change can i just give you a $5?" excuse me what? correct me if im wrong but don't you round up when it's .50 or higher? very unprofessional for a high traffic place not have any backup change. that's a key essential when running a business. sick joke of an establishment and i would recommend taking your business to qdoba down the street they are much better and don't steal your change. read more

I have been traveling all day and I came to eat at my favorite restaurant; chipotle with my touring group from school and was met with great disappointment upon hearing the utter lack of disrespect from a worker. my friend stepped slightly past the counter, waiting for her food, when a tall slim brunette with highlights comes storming over and proceeds to inpolitely and rather aggressively request my friend step "out of her kitchen." Like she was playing restaurant tycoon and owned the place. It is sad to see such a wonderful place in such a bad condition hopefully, and I only hope something can be done about this soon because such attitude is highly looked down upon. I love Chipotle but this location just seems to get everything wrong. I had two straight bad experiences, so I tried the fast casual burrito place down the street, and decided to try this location again. They continue to get worse. The portion sizes are ridiculously small. They forgot literally all of the toppings on my very simple order- did they really think I wanted to pay $10 for half portions of rice, beans, and meat? And they pronounced my name wrong when they handed me my order, which was past the time when the online ordering system said it would be due. Finally got an opportunity to try Chipotle! Been wanting to try for a while, the commercials make it look so good. Went to the Brighton store and after dealing with traffic and parking went inside. Walked up to the counter and started reviewing the menu. Girl came up and told me they were only taking on line orders for the rest of the day. What?! There are two different published times, 10:45 and 12pm. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but this chipotle. Ordered for a pickup on line for 930, arrived at 920 and the doors were locked, except they close at 10. There were at least 5 people behind the counter so I tried waiving them down and them blatantly ignored me. Another customer walked up with an online order and we walked to the side and knocked on the door several times before someone answered and they were all within 10 feet from us. We were told "there system went down and they closed early." I was then instructed to go to the chipotle website and request my refund there and that was it. No sorry, no sign on the door, no heads up. I wasted half my lunch break at work for this, and then ended up not having a lunch because I didn't have time after 10 minutes of calling and knocking on the door to get a hold of someone. I wish I could give this chipotle zero stars but that's not an option. I ordered online and when my food was delivered it was missing most of the items. I drove UP to the store- and they were "closed" with employees behind the counter. I knocked until they finally let me in. They then said they were out of the food I had ordered and weren't able to give me a refund. They told me to contact chipotle over the phone. I called and they also said they could not give me a refund because I had placed my order through a delivery service. I ended up spending 45 dollars- and got about 15 worth of food. First and final visit. I paid for a salad and what I got was some Pico, a crap load of guacamole and about 6 pieces of lettuce that the poor girl scraped out of the container. I've seriously gotten more lettuce on a Big Mac! Making a salad is not rocket science, but she sure made it look difficult. How is this acceptable to make and comfortably charge someone for? The cashier didn't even know it was a salad! I had to go home and add more lettuce myself. Definitely will not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Same issue as others recently, ordered and paid through the Chipotle app at 8:15pm for an 8:30pm pick up on Wednesday 4/14. Arrived at 8:30pm to find the doors locked (closing time listed as 10pm mind you). Employees are inside cleaning up but did not have the decency to come to the door or answer their phone to explain the issue. Luckily another customer in the same boat as me pulled up and said I have to fill out a refund application to get my money back, nice. Fix your app so if you decide you are closing early it doesn't take customers orders/money! read more

I've always loved going to Chipotle, but first time at this location wasn't so hot. I ordered a Bowl with white rice, black beans, and Barbacoa (I'm very specific and plain, okay?). The scoop of rice was extremely small, and I had to ask for more rice because it barely covered 2/3's of the bottom of the bowl. When I stared eating, my rice was kinda hard and crunchy. I don't know if it was undercooked or over-cooked, but it wasn't pleasant. Rice is cheap. Extremely cheap. And if I'm paying $7.00 for a bowl, I would kind of expect more rice (and have it cooked properly). read more

Wow. A loud speaker wall and a mob of employees are the features. Sadly the cafeteria style line is painfully slow, and the mob of employees try to pretend not to notice. The first bite of a chicken taco almost chipped my tooth. There was a piece of bone, or metal, or a rock in the taco. I spit it out and threw it in the trash. They have very poor quality food. I will never go to Chipotle again. They didn't even have any ice in the machine. Chipotle is worse quality than Taco Bell. I have never had that happen at Taco Bell, and they always have ice. If you are in the mood for cheap Mexican food don't waste your money there. You will be heading to the dentist to get your teeth fixed. read more
