Always something that leaves me disappointed when I go to this Chipotle in Canton. I have yet to have a burrito from there that is properly wrapped. I would have thought that the art would have been perfected by now if that is what you do all day. Why do I keep subjecting myself to this torture you ask? Because I have some faith in people improving their skills and I'm from California and frequently have a desire for a GOOD burrito (and it takes me less than 5 min. to get to this one). I will admit that when the burrito is wrapped correctly and the food is not cold, that it is quite delicious. Guess I just have to drive further to W. I live in Winchester, 25 minutes away (one way) from this location. Placed an online order of two burritos. Received a burrito with nothing but carnitas and rice. I ordered carnitas and chicken with rice, pinto beans, lettuce, sour cream and cheese. My mom got the same thing but steak. And she got steak and rice. That's it. Not happy. If the tall blonde girl is manning the first part of the line it's sure to be good. The servers are friendly, the food is good. The burritos are messy, but the ingredients are all delicious. I would recommend the burrito bowl if you want less of a mess. My friend says the quesadillas are good, although I only saw it available on the kid's menu. read more

I ordered online from the Chipotle App. When I got my order, I found out that they had completely forgot to put chicken into my chicken burrito bowl. I had already drove home so sadly I couldn't get the order fixed. Just a warning to those ordering online to check your order before leaving as they might forget to put the main ingredient into your order. Let me start by saying, I am a huge Chipotle fan. I used to live in NYC where they had various locations, and when I moved back to the Farmington Valley, I was incredibly excited to get a Chipotle close by. However, the new Canton location is terrible; the food quality is horrible, and incredible inconsistent. We ordered 4 chicken burritos to go on Sunday night, and they were out of chicken on the line. I think it an attempt to fill the orders fast, they pulled the chicken off the grill way too soon, and every single one of our burritos had raw chicken in them. Sadly, we didn't realize this until we got home, and I had already started to eat it. On other occasions, the food portions have been too small, the service and food prep is lazy and sloppy, and you never really know what you're going to get. DO NOT EAT HERE! read more

We've been to this location a few times and it's my favorite! The area is nice and is always clean. The staff is very nice! Customer service is huge to me and the workers are always very friendly and patient with the customers. The food is your typical chipotle but the customer service is great! read more

Walked in and ordered a bowl... asked what something was and employee said its tofu... i said oh not that.. employees response was " why do you have a problem with tofu, because i think its pretty good" - that is an unecessary question and response.. i end up getting a double meat bowl and a 2.99 izze drink for a total of 15 dollars.. which to me is about 3 dollars overpriced to say the least. As i sit down to eat a job intetview is being done right in front of ( becouse thats REAL professional) .. overall i will not be going back.. moes is essentially the same thing and is cheaper, and you get free chips, friendlier, and way more professional! read more

Great food, i have noticed portions have consistently decreased by 1/3 on the steak bowls that i love so much. Staff seems underwhelmed as of late. I go less frequently due to the smaller portions and the uninterested staff. read more

Last time I went, the chicken wasn't even FULLY cooked! We order online and pick up our food in store from here about once or twice a month, the most recent time being Friday 1/8 around 7:30 pm. When my fiance got home with the food, our guacamole was brown, the tortilla chips were drenched in oil and salt, my sofritas burrito fell apart from being over stuffed, and my fiance got food poisoning from his chicken bowl. Two days later, his stomache is still aching and he can barely eat. Needless to say, we will not be back for a WHILE. read more

So I will start off with since when did asking to try a little bit of tofu on a burrito bowl constitute it as recieving the full price? Not only was I provided with the smallest portions of each ingredient, but I had been waiting over 20 minutes for this "dinner". The employees seem untrained and proceeded to argue with me over how a quarter portion of proteins (to try it) constitutes it as a full price and that they wanted to charge extra for guacamole, when a veggie burrito bowl comes free with it. Ok so the food was good as always. Love it every time. I came to this area for business with my family. The service at this location is terrible! So I'm paying for my burrito..when apparently the kids meal I got is not a kid's meal according to this location. Never had this problem anywhere else, and I travel a lot. This cashier therefore thinks I am a liar and not to be trusted. So she asks the women who prepped the burrito if there is guacamole inside (you only get one serving free and she wanted to make sure I wasn't getting 2)...I'm annoyed but don't say anything. The woman that made my burrito says she doesn't remember. Instead of taking my word for it, the women begins unwrapping my whole burrito just to check inside! After a minute, she finally manages to confirm that there is no guac in my burritos, as I'd already said. Now I'm mad, this is completely disrespectful. So I tell the cashier I want to speak to the manager and it takes this blondie like 5 minutes to finally comply...keep in mind she has held up everyone else behind me.
