I then got a pork burrito bowl and the brown rice was crunchy, the carnitas for some reason tasted like canned tuna, and the medium salsa tasted like straight up water. I normally don't give such a rough review but I tossed a $14 meal in the trash because I couldn't eat it. It's with a very heavy heart that I leave this one star review as I love Chipotle. Avoid this establishment. When I was in Hawaii, chipotle and What-a-burger were the two fast food options I missed the most about the mainland. Imagine the let down I received when I moved back and this hopefully franchised chipotle was the only one in town. I thought maybe, the few times I've been there it was just the crew on shift and I got a bad bowl. Didn't down vote them, just hoped it would get better. Fast forward to coming back from Iraq and just kinda hoping they've turned it around since you've been gone. Put in your go to order! Pick it up only to find out somehow they managed to not put in two of the ingredients you selected, added what you can only assume was a table spoon size of chicken AND SOMEHOW managed to slip in uncooked rice. As I was eating this sad excuse for my once highly anticipated chicken burrito bowl, I came to the conclusion that the ingredients they left off they made up for with tomato juice. Which for a second made me think I ordered tomato chicken soup from panera and had somehow picked up my order at the wrong location. At that point I was like damn. They really need to raise the minimum wage so places can actually fire lazy or incompetent people and hire people willing to work or at least take pride in what they're doing. If that makes me a Karen so be it, but I will not be coming back to this location. I have eaten at Chipotle's all over the place and really enjoy their food. I went to this location and even that there was a decent line was ok with waiting because I knew what I was going to get. I was wrong. Portion control is important, but this was beyond the norm by a large margin. Minimal is the only word I could nicely use to describe it. Very little rice in the bowl, a smattering of beans, and a lean spoon of chicken. Were in the bowl before I stopped the server. I asked why the portions were so small and she asked me if I wanted her to put in more. I have never wanted for more at Chipotle locations before today. I was not the only one in line who remarked on the portions either. It was at that point I told the server that I did not as I wasn't willing to pay for what they were trying to serve. I pointed out that the servings were far below what is normal at every other Chipotle I have been to. Then when I got back to our hotel we were missing an orange for one of the kids meals. If you have kids you know that's really bad. On this particular day, June 18, 2015; the staff was fast, kind and interactive. I ordered two sofrita bowls because I'm a vegan, and one the lady's who seems to be assistant manager, or manager thought I was eating with someone else. His had chicken with extra and pinto beans and mine had chicken with black beans. It wasn't until we got home at 4:20 that we realized he had absolutely no meat in his and mine was steak with pinto beans. Not to mention, we ordered chips and queso and the chips were stale. He stays on post, so it's bit out the way for us to head back. I tried to call the location to see if there was anything that could be done about it, but after 3 tries nobody answered. I went there twice this week. The first time I went I got a sofritas burrito... very spicy and I liked it a lot. I wanted to confirm how much I enjoyed it so I went again 4 days later. Three strikes and you're out, bro! On three separate occasions, I have given Chipotle a chance. The first time around, in Tampa Florida, they were out of carnitas and the rice in my burrito was undercooked and crunchy. My family has been a 1-3x a week customer for the last couple years at this location. We LOVE Chipotle. However, over the past couple months we have noted a high rate of employee turnover. The new staff has routinely been disappointing. From getting our online orders wrong TWICE in a row, to the little things--like having to ask for full scoops of things like salsas (nothing worse than the stingy chipotle scooper!). Also, a big thing is how messy/greasy the store seems. My wife noticed it in the restroom with our toddler child, and I was smelling a foul smell from the soda dispenser while seeing overflowing garbage cans and messy tables all around the store. Even the floor felt slippery and greasy. This is in STARK contrast to even 3-4 months ago. I hope chipotle management steps in and corrects this location. read more

Rude, out of most items . No brown rice, no cauliflower rice, out of cheese, out of Barbacoa. No chips or kids, only big chips. Doesn't want to give the receipt to the customer and then as I'm leaving they tell to another customer that they can make more rice if they wait 10 mins. I've been to this Chipotle twice: once on opening week and just recently this weekend. Both times that I've been there, the service has been horrible. I can see why things were so hectic on opening weekend but I was just recently there and was placing an order with the girl behind the counter. I had to repeat myself SEVERAL times on what I wanted because she wasn't paying attention. The music wasn't even that loud and there weren't many conversations going on that she couldn't figure out what I was asking. The food was alright but of course the customer is SEVERELY lacking. Update: returned here on 23 May only to confirm post below. Food is great chipotle standard, however the service is terrible. Employee rolled eyes/breathing heavy. Seriously? Who is managing this place? A teenager? Chipotle restaurants food quality is super healthy. If you haven't watched their documentary on Netflix I suggest you do, if you care about healthy eating it was very informational. Anyways, I love Chipotle. Their ingredients are superior, fresh, and portions are very generous. Just to give you some insight, they only use 100% beef from grass fed animals. Other food places that sell tacos on the other hand may offer quality meat that is cannibalized; much like some of the poor quality meat that slipped through the cracks during mad cow disease pandemic and current grade of meat served in prisons. Just saying... know what you're putting in your body. When this place first opened up the only negative about it was the long wait no matter what time you tried coming. I've been back several times and now they're a little slower preparing the meals, often having to repeat myself over, and the employees just seem annoyed (although they do maintain their cool). You really need excellent management in a place like this because these folks do get worked. I could only imagine how many people they serve and are expected to prepare the dishes in a zip. However, as long as I'm paying $10 for a burrito, and when you're paying for a family you easily spend $50 here, I will continue to expect nothing but the best both in food quality and in customer service. I love chipotle, it was my first time eating at this one. I ordered my vegetarian burrito bowl, with the corn salsa. Sadly when I started to eat I nearly chipped my tooth on frozen corn (which I had mixed with everything else to make the meal very dangerous!). I mentioned it to the workers who took care of making us a new bowl quickly without the corn salsa. And to thank us for our understanding they gave us an extra container of guacamole. Though I was sad to miss out on their great corn salsa I was very impressed with their quick response in taking care of the problem. read more
