I will start off by noting that the only reason that dictates me EVER going to this location is how close it is to where I reside, BUT I purposely go out of the way to avoid going to this location because the food quality and care with preparation has drastically declined throughout the years. Every time I go I'm consistently disappointed. The chips have no cilantro or lime flavor, barely salted and taste like fried cardboard. The chicken is always dry. The guacamole tastes like there is not an ounce, not even half an ounce of love put in it. It's like smashed avocado and nothing else. This is the closest Chipotle to my house. The only reason I come to this location is due to it being convenient (close and late hours). However, it is by far the worst run location. It is a hot mess of a dump everytime I come, no matter what time of day it is. They are also very inconsistent with their seasoning. Frequently, some of their toppings are so salty- the dish becomes inedible. The bottom of your bowls is smothered in some kind of sauce which means their assembly station is a hot mess too. When you pick up your order ahead order, make sure you hold the bottom of the bag, I've lost my entire meal to the floor before. I would give this store 1 star but they FINALLY fixed most of the potholes to get into the parking lot (not sure if it was them or the city). I've also seen employees handle utensils touching the part that goes in your mouth with their bare hands. This was the ONLY Chipotle I trusted because It was always so clean and I never felt sick afterwards. Until yesterday. I should have walked out, but I proceeded to order. At 11:30 AM the stations were all half filled and the bins of rice, meats, salsa were all over the counter. The guacamole was dark green and there. There was only one guy behind the counter and he seemed inexperienced. He told the cashier that I had a chicken bowl, when I had a veggie bowl. He put it together! The service level of the night crew from Thursday night could have been a little more attentive. Arrived around 920 pm. 2 girls were restocking. Which is fine. Can't serve customers without food. But when both of them are ignoring us standing there. Do we really need 2 workers to restock while there are customers. Need to be re-instructed. Finally, one worker came to service us. Wearing gloves while doing so...BUT it defeats the purpose of wearing gloves, if you are touching your face and your cap. Need to be re-instructed as well. Went there today after an IKEA trip. I ordered a steak bowl and the Asian female that served scooped up what looked like less than a scoop. I asked her if she can give a little more and she scoffed at me with attitude saying it's a scoop, more than she needed to give and blew me off by closing my order and pushing it through the line. I was with my family so I sort of bit it and took the meal. It's funny because the person before me ordered a double and it looked like she was feeding a snail family. Today THIS Chipolte was unclean and very unpleasant... garbage can overflowing, no clean tables where we could sit, food scattered on the floor, napkins dropped on the floor and not picked up, the bathrooms unclean... The food is very good as has been my experience with other Chipolte restaurants, but given the unsanitary conditions in the customer area, I have to seriously wonder about what sort of unpleasantness/unsanitary conditions are beyond customer's viewing. What if someone after me had food allergies and something from his coffee got into the food and they got really sick. This Chipotle is the worst I've been to and I've been coming here consistently throughout the last 3-4 yrs. Now, the reason I am writing this review today is because I'm at my wits end. I would prefer to go here since it's close to my work but now I have to drive out of my way to go to a different one. Anyway, the employees are complete idiots. I ate takeout from here a couple of weeks ago. Within a couple of hours, I had full-on food poisoning. Once that was "taken care of" by that evening, I was 100% better and back to normal, so it was not some stomach virus. It was very acute to immediately after the lunch. You can never go wrong with chipotle. Best value for the money, healthy and amazingly tasty. Simple yet satisfying.

There's a reason why Chipotle's are closing and this location did nothing to help the brand. Everyone is rude and no one is happy to be working - I get it, it's not a glamorous job, but this is your job. The person in front of me had to ask for extra rice and I had to ask for extra meat as the portions are so small, I might as well just eat chips and salsa as I'd be more full off of that. And don't think for a second that when you ask for extra you get extra. You'll get about 2 grains of rice and 1 piece of meat, big enough for a mouse. I am not a frequent Chipotle customer, so while others may know the whole process, I don't. What I now realize I was being asked mild, medium or hot, I had to ask the girl to repeat herself 3 times and each time she said it the same and then just walked away and passed me off to the next person. Just because you say the same thing, 3 times, the exact same way, I'm not going to understand you any better. Paying wasn't any better of an experience. She was so quick to take our money that when we said we had 75 cents in change, you could already hear our coins dropping from their change machine. Not one word was said, our change was handed over and that was that. They only saved themselves from 1 star because the food was edible, but aside from that, I'll never have a reason to come back to this location or any Chipotle at all. read more
