Terrible, they forgot our cheese quesadilla. the manager was un-polite and argued with us. The building was very messy, cheese and smudged beans were all over. They also were throwing their hands up and said that "this is stupid" but we were just trying to tell them that they forgot our cheese quesadilla when they already charged us for it. we will not be going back to a chipotle ever again. read more

If I could give this zero stars I would. I went to the store tonight. My sister and I both ordered burrito bowls. We live in Grand Junction so we drove home to eat. After eating probably 15 bites of it. I did not feel good. my stomach was hurting so I stopped eating it. My sister did the same within five minutes. I had to violently run to the bathroom and throw up all over the place so hardly that I peed my pants throwing up throwing up Chipotle. I threw up a total of three times my sister threw up twice. I then tried to call the store to talk to the general manager or the manager on staff, when she answered the phone, I asked to talk to a manager she said this is. I asked her name, and she said to me "I do not have to tell you that I do not appreciate your tone". And all I had said was asked to talk to the manager in her name. She was extremely rude and ignorant. When I try to explain to her what was going on she basically called me a liar and said prove it how do you know it was my food. Didn't even bother to apologize for the fact that I threw up three times and Peed myself after I ate your food and Violet threw up. I will be calling the health department on Monday morning. I would appreciate a call back from somebody besides somebody in the building because apparently they do not understand how to deal with customers. I myself am a district manager for a fast food restaurant and this is unacceptable. read more

Only buy if you can get to the counter and see them make your food. Was a die-hard customer at this location until I began to receive multiple pickup orders with a severe lack of food content. I stopped ordering from this location for a few months, only to return to higher prices and even less food. Very nice workers and location, not worth the money. read more

We stopped here while we were travelling because we wanted something fast that was not fast food. I ordered the Pork Burrito loaded and my wife had a Chicken Bowl. I enjoyed my burrito, actually had a hard time finishing it. My biggest problem was just the size of the burrito which is a bonus except for the fact that you cannot get a bite with all of the flavors in it which left a varying flavor profile. Some bites were better then others, some bites were dry and some were juicy. I may go back to a Chipotle if I was in a hurry like I was this time but I am pretty sure I would order the bowl so that I could control the flavor. read more

Visiting Kalamazoo and went to this Chipotle for lunch. Big mistake! A little more than half a scoop of rice/meat/toppings for the amount of money is a ripoff. Chipotle is always busy but not this one and I see why. Don't waste your money eating here. Chipotle needs to go in and do some training in this place. Never have I felt so unwelcome in a chipotle. The staff had a very poor attitude and seemed like I was some sort of imposition. It is 1pm so I know they aren't closing. This review isn't about one specific staff member, this is about all of them. The three I interacted with were almost hostile towards me- and the person who wrapped my burrito was exceptionally rude to me. Since I've been to Q-Doba and Panchero's before, I'll compare it with the two. Less menu items but great quality and faster service. I love the fact thay they are a more natural foods restaurant. Animals are not given antibiotics and are pen raised. Vegetables are organically grown and use local when available. Prices are great considering the extra effort used in the food. I've always heard people talk about this place and now I'm sold. No queso sauce because it has perservatives. read more

Wow, What a mistake! We were actually going to Qdoba, and I said, "Let's try Chipotle." The atmosphere was nothing at least. Very blase. I had the carnitas burrito. They add either white or brown rice. The white had a perfume like scent and did not add to the flavor at all. The ingredients were second rate at best. i will give them Kudos for using all natural meats ( no hormones and grain fed no meat by products.) The place was loud and noisy. The young woman with glasses at the cash register was polite and genuinely pleasant. The guy who put my bowl together (tattooed arms) was very polite and personable. First time going here and the food was good just like any other Chipotle. Introduced this restaurant to a coworker and he seemed to like the food. The hot sauce is good, burrito was good. It's the (first!) new Chipotle in town. Super friendly service, even at 9:30 on a Sunday. They have all the latest items, including brown rice and organic cilantro. The layout is a little different: completely communal on the inside, so low bar and high table seating, but not individual tables except on the concrete slab outside (3 tables, not the normal patio structure). We took out meal outside to enjoy the warm summer night and also to enjoy a table. You can tell they are still working out some kinks - only one person at the front who tried completing two of our orders at once, kept forgetting our order. They were very accommodating though: went to the back for brown rice without cilantro. read more

When your store randomly decides to switch it to online orders only, it only makes it worse for your employees and customers. When I order online I wait for 25 minutes and I have heard your employees complain about it. I also have experienced your employees being extremely rude because they're frustrated with all the online orders and they also mess them up. Probably should rethink your strategy, it's inconvenient for everyone. I asked if the orders were only online and nobody replied to me, they ignored me. read more
